The infrared radiators discreetly suspended from the ceilings provide sufficient warmth in winter. The living room is equipped with an elegant Danish wood-burning stove. The living room and chic fitted kitchen form a single unit. Two comfortable bedrooms offer space for rest and retreat, while the spacious bathroom with bathtub and large, glazed shower cubicle invites you to relax. Barrier-free, with wide doors, every room is easily accessible, making our accommodation ideal for people with assistance needs.

The outdoor area of the PINTO ROSSO leaves nothing to be desired. A spacious carport not only protects your vehicle, but also provides dry access to the house. There is an infrared sauna under the covered half of the terrace. In the garden with its large green area, there is a swinging bench right by the lake, while a small red rowing boat on its own jetty invites you to have fun on the water. Additional comfort is provided by the only electric car charging station in the holiday home park and a garden shed that can be used by guests.
