56 km to the northwest from Joensuu, own artificial pond 200m (length 90 m, width 30 m), access to the water from pier, water depth at the end of the pier is about 2 m, the deepest point is 4 m. Wooden holiday house 1929, renovated in 1940, 1962 and 2013.
Living room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed, room with spreadable sofa bed, access to the bedroom with 2 double bed from this room. Bedroom with bed, double bed and balcony on the upper floor. There is also a bed on the staircase on the upper floor. WC on both floors. On the upper floor wood-heated sauna, shower in steam room and dressing room. Washing machine in the basement. There are also entrance hall, porch and terrace.
Lakeside sauna use only for summertime (Jun - Sept). Sauna with dressing room, no electricity in the sauna. Water to the sauna is transported in tanks by using a separate trolley.
Nice farm-like yard in the middle of the peaceful environment. There is a cooking hut in the yard and a campfire site by the artificial pond. There is also a playhouse in the yard and two rooms (can be used in summer) in the outbuilding. Wireless 4G internet.
