For shared use: large, well-kept garden with lawn and plants. Private: table tennis. In the house: infrared sauna, table football, trampoline, storage room for skis, bicycles available. Bread roll service. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Landl bei Gröbming" 3 m, railway station "Stein an der Enns" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 20 km.
