The house is in a residential area, very quiet but close to all amenities, supermarkets less than 1 km. beaches and centre of Denia 1.5 km away.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 extra beds for the living room or another area. Ample space in the living room, dining room, area with extra beds,
