The nearest beach is not suitable for swimming or boating. Along a path about 80 m away there is boat dock, where the rowing boat is. Both the boat dock and the boat is in shared use with the other neighbours. Outboard motor for hire at a different price (advance booking). Along a path about 300 m away (by car about 1 km), there is a public beach, which is also suitable for small children.

Log cottage 2011, living room - kitchen with a convertible sofa as an extra bed, sauna (wood-burning stove), washroom (toilet and shower), large partially covered terrace with facilities (hot tub). There is a freezer box in the fridge.

Low open loft (steep stairs!) beds for 4 persons. Due to the very steep stairs loft is not suitable for the elderly or small children.

In the cottage's terrace there is a wood heated hot tub (customer heats it by himself), which can be rented for extra price. The Hot tub is in use all year round. Hot tub rental paid along the accommodation booking + firewood 20 e / heating time. Firewood is paid with Mobile Pay, to a bank account or on the spot directly to the owner. The hot tub always has clean water from the well. You can bathe in it 2-3 times by adding an activated carbon tablet after bathing. The water change is charged at 80 euros (incl. emptying, washing and filling).

The cottage was previously called Sjöboda.

Next to the boat dock there is a large, smooth grass playing field where you can play football or badminton, for example. Nets and goals are available.
