Location: This beautiful holiday accommodation is located in a lovely campsite near Viareggio. We are in the heart of Versilia, just 800 metres from the sea (free shuttle available June to September), close to the historic Lake Puccini and not far from art cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence and Siena. The campsite is surrounded by a vast pine forest and is 1500 m from the town centre and only 800 m from the sea, which can be reached via an avenue through the unspoilt pine forest. Covering an area of 30,000 square metres, it offers its guests an excellent restaurant, a pizzeria, a bar and a TV room with Internet access, as well as a well-stocked shop.1 swimming pool (with swimming cap only) 10 x 20 metres and 1.10 to 1.40 metres deep, equipped with sun loungers and parasols and 1 children's pool 4 x 2 metres in size / 30 cm deep, barbecue area for the community are available to guests from 1 June to 10 September. Facilities: The campsite has 16 new brick-built flats. These are typical beautiful cottages with a veranda and a forecourt for bicycles and pushchairs. Fully equipped kitchen with dining table and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (or 3 single beds for an extra charge), bathroom with shower. WiFi reception (for a fee) is guaranteed near the reception.
