Large terraced house "Lajas de Chapin", 3 storeys. In the centre of Puerto de Santiago, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool round fenced (depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 09:00-19:00) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower, public parking on the road. Supermarket 150 m, restaurant 260 m, bus stop "Los Gigantes" 2 km, sandy beach "Playa de la Arena" 2 km. Nearby attractions: Acantilado de Los Gigantes 2 km, Masca 19 km, Siam Park 27 m, Teide 50 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
