This is a complex consisting of three independent residences in two levels total area of 283m2, is built in respect to the Cycladic Architecture and environment. Located on the hill of Elitas in Parikia with unlimited view to the port of Paros.

The terrace has an outdoor sitting area at the front with built sofas and unobstructed sea view.
Available also a roof garden accessed by an outdoor staircase. Villa is 120m2 and can accommodate up to 8 persons (4 adults and 4 children).
