This former farmhouse was comfortably renovated in 2014 for everyone to enjoy: a warm, relaxed, country atmosphere with everything needed for the most discerning guests.
On the ground floor, enter through the hall, guest toilet and utility room. Then discover the living room with wood-burning stove and access to the terrace. The kitchen is superbly equipped, next to the games room with kicker.
First floor: one bedroom (1 x 180cm bed) with en-suite bathroom (bath + shower, washbasin and toilet) and a second bedroom (2 x 90cm beds) with en-suite bathroom (shower, washbasin and toilet).
On the second floor, a large bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm), TV and en-suite bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet).
Opposite the house, 2 parking spaces.
Outside: first small terrace under a pergola with dining table and BBQ, further on, a second large terrace with heated swimming pool (01/05 to 30/09), covered jacuzzi heated all year round, sun loungers and lounge. All this with a view over Lake Coo .
The villa offers breathtaking views of the lake and in autumn, listen out for the bellowing deer in the wildlife park directly opposite the villa, on the other side of the lake.
