Private: property 3'500 m2, garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace (65 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, table tennis, billiard table, playroom, table football, trampoline, central heating system, washing machine. Parking (for 10 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 8 km, supermarket 14 km, restaurant 8 km, bus stop 8.2 km, pebble beach 11 km, rocky beach 11 km, concrete beach 11 km.
