Surrounded by a 2,000 sq.m. beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden, the property is filled with a variety of trees and plants that, combined with the private swimming pool, children's pool, playground, gazebo-covered jacuzzi, and al fresco dining area under the tree, will make you feel as if you’ve entered your very own "Small Paradise."
All of this is offered in absolute privacy, completely fenced and hidden from view—neither the road nor any nearby properties have visibility into the villa’s interior.
The freshwater swimming pool is adorned with elegant Greek white marble tiles and is surrounded by outdoor furniture. You can sunbathe on stylish loungers with comfortable cushions or relax on the lawn under the shade of the trees.
