Cozy Luxury Villa, located in a totally rural environment, very quiet, free of traffic and noise. So it is an ideal place to relax and enjoy a quiet vacation with family or friends.
With an exquisite layout, the kitchen, the hallway and the two double bedrooms have access and views of the heated pool. Large garden area with fruit trees and barbecue.
Its location in the north center of the island is totally strategic, since it is only 15 minutes from the West (Famara, Teguise, Mirador del Rio, etc.), Center (Arrecife "Capital", San Bartolomé, etc..) and East (Arrieta, Punta Mujeres, Costa Teguise, etc..).

Rural area, with fields of cultivation and grazing in its surroundings. El Mojón itself is known throughout the island for its ceramics, and especially for its famous figures "Los Novios del Mojón", which are very close to Villa Baljat.
Its unique and precious Hermitage of San Sebastián (16th century), even though it is small, is part of the town's identity.
Just 5 minutes away is the Villa de Teguise, where there are all kinds of services (Restaurants, Supermarkets, Shops, etc.), and the most relevant Flea Market on the Island every Sunday.

The House has one floor, with an exquisite decoration, in which even the smallest detail has been taken care of, which makes Villa Baljat a truly special and exclusive space.
