This cosy and tastefully furnished holiday home is located in the Vorstanddorf district of Rauris in the Rauris Valley in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park, approx. 80 km south of Salzburg and 25 km from Zell am See. The wooden house is situated on the quiet outskirts of the village, right next to the extensive meadows. The slightly elevated position of the property offers one of the sunniest spots in the entire valley all year round. In summer and winter alike, you can enjoy an impressive view over the meadows and mountains of all three sections of the valley. The house is accessible by car all year round.

The approx. 1000 square metre plot has a large driveway with a large carport for 2 cars and additional parking spaces for 2 cars and is completely fenced in. The house is surrounded on 3 sides by a terrace and garden. The garden also has an outdoor barbecue and a pond with a stream. The terrace is equipped with seating for 8 people.

The house has a total living area of approx. 190 square metres, spread over the ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor is the living/dining area with an open-plan kitchen measuring 55 square metres. In the living area you will find a large tiled stove, the spacious kitchen with cooking island, dining area and large corner sofa and TV. On the ground floor there is also a hallway and a further room with a TV and sofa bed, which can also be used as an additional sofa bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m). The bathroom with walk-in shower and WC can be reached from the hallway. On the upper floor are the 4 individually furnished bedrooms, all of which are equipped with box-spring beds (1.80 x 2.00 m). Two of the bedrooms have access to the balcony of the house with a view of the imposing mountains. The tastefully furnished bathroom on the upper floor with double washbasin has a large bathtub with a starry view through the skylight, a walk-in shower and WC. The gallery on the upper floor is furnished with a sofa for reading and relaxing. The corridors and bathrooms on the ground floor and first floor are equipped with underfloor heating. Skis and ski boots can be stored and dried in the basement in winter. In the basement there is also a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is located in the village of Wörth/Rauris. Restaurants and a small shop for daily needs are approx. 1000 metres away in Wörth. Further restaurants and supermarkets, doctor, pharmacy, bank, sports shops, swimming pool, etc. are located 3 km away in Rauris. The "Hochalmbahn" ski area in Rauris is easily accessible by car or ski bus. The neighbouring ski areas in Gastein, Kaprun or Zell am See can also be reached quickly by car. In summer, the surrounding hiking trails and mountain tours are also easily accessible by valley bus or directly from the house.
