The villa is located in Forte dei Marmi in the Vittoria Apuana area about 900 m from the sea which can be easily reached in 5 min by bike or on foot in 10 min while the centre of Forte dei Marmi can be easily reached by bike in about 10 min. The nearest supermarket is about 600 m away in the centre of Vittoria Apuana where most of the useful services can be found. For golf enthusiasts, the golf course is about 1 km away.

Ground floor: Living room, kitchen with access to a covered porch with table for 6 people and barbecue, 1 bathroom, boiler room with washing machine and dryer, another covered porch with white wicker sofa and armchairs.

First Floor: Wardrobe room, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and terrace, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bath, terraces.

We recommend the use of bicycles to get around Forte dei Marmi with which you can easily reach the beach the centre and any other place of interest.

While by car you can easily reach Pietrasanta, Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio, and other centres of artistic, cultural and gastronomic interest. Trips to Garfagnana and walks in the Apuan Alps are also very beautiful for mountain lovers. There is a taxi and bus service.
