It is located on the edge of the village, on its own fully fenced garden of 1280 m2, where guests have at their disposal a 35m2 outdoor pool with salt water, a covered terrace with table for outdoor dining, barbecue and lounge furniture. A swing is located on the elevated terrace.
The special features of this beautiful villa are the modern pool with counter-current system and hydromassage, an extremely large, well-kept garden and panoramic sea views. There is parking space for two vehicles in the courtyard.
Villa Serena for 4-6 persons extends over 140 m² on the ground floor. It consists of an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a living room with large sliding doors leading directly to the terrace and pool. In the second part of the house there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a separate toilet in the hallway. Both bedrooms have direct access to the pool area and offer wonderful views.
