Atmospheric cottage in the old mining village of Lampinsaari, a two-storey, 78 m² traditional wooden semi-detached cottage in Lampinsaari, approximately 26 km northeast of Oulai and 84 km south of Oulu. The location is peaceful and village-like, in the heart of the old mining village - here you will find outdoor trails and a genuine village atmosphere.
The cottage, built in 1959, has been renovated and is comfortably heated with district heating. Downstairs there is a large living room, kitchen, separate toilet and one bedroom (80 cm wide bed and mattress as an extra bed). Upstairs there is an electric sauna, a toilet-washroom with a washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and another space connected to the bedroom, with an 80 cm wide bed and a folding 70 cm wide extra bed.
The large yard offers space for playing and relaxing - there are toys and games ready for children. The Lampinsaari village common beach is about 600 meters away (sandy beach outdoor swimming place). There are many outdoor trails in the area and in winter you can ski 200 meters away. Pets and parties are not allowed. Come and spend a relaxing holiday in the peace of Lampinsaari!
The cottage has a barbecue grill for tenants to use, coals must be brought with them.
Tenants must take their garbage away from the cottage, the nearest collection points are in Vihanni or Oulainen.
The rental price includes final cleaning. Linen available for rent (sheets and towels).
Please note that a reservation cannot start on Sunday if the previous reservation is ending on the same day, thank you.
