Villa Suunnikas is an exclusive cabin near the slopes on the southern side of Ylläs. From the Länsiraja ski slopes, you can ski right to the corner of the cabin. Distance to the ski resort and gondola lift is approx. 1 km.

Wood-build cabin, completed in spring 2022, total area is 98 m². On the upper floor, two bedrooms, one with sliding door and two beds attached into a double bed, the another bedroom has separate beds. On the upper floors open loft (13 m²) 4 beds; two box spring beds attached into a double bed and two separate beds. On the ground floor, kitchen with high-quality appliances + living room with access to the terrace. Dining table for 8 people. Washroom with shower, WC and washing machine, also separate WC. Access to the sauna (including electric sauna stove) from the washroom via small terrace. There is plenty of storage space for clothes and a drying cabinet for equipment in the lobby.

Wi-Fi connection and locked storage for hobby equipment.

Final cleaning is included in the price, bed linen can be rented. No pets.
