A great place to stay when travelling with friends and family
This place is perfect for staying with friends and family, and probably one of the best places in Nainital. It was fun living in these luxury tents and the food was also great. The place also has many activities which was a bonus as we were travelling with Kids. The staff was very friendly Specially at the restaurant. The life music during dinner was also excellent.

The property is beautiful and very serene! The food is great and the staff is friendly and hospitable. The live flute in the mornings at breakfast, acoustic live bollywood at dinner adds so much more to the experience. Surrounded by nature, it’s very relaxing and rejuvenating. Very good place for a vacation in the hills.

A Gem to stay At Nainital
Nicely located Excellent property as if you are in a valley, courteous and helpful staff, nice food, adventure activities and play area makes it a must visit property at Nainital. You wake up to mesmerizing mornings to Flute by Kapil alongside nice breakfast spread. Magic show by Dev was an icing on the cake. And end your day with soul stirring musical evening by Manish. Something for everyone in the group. Just keep it up Ayar!!!

Best Resort in Nainital.
Probably the best Resort in Nainital. Great food, Prompt service. Right from reception Mr. Inder. To the F&B Chief Mr. Dixit. Mr. Roshan from the service team. You guys are doing a great job. The food is awesome. The Facilities in the resort are amazing. Great evening ambiences with live music. Lots of Fun activities in the resort. Thank you for the memories Team Ayar.

One of the best and possibly a rare location to enjoy the forest stay of Nainital and yet be nearer to most of the attractions of city.
Located at wonderland altitude, peaceful and natural surroundings.
Excellent service and food. Great time in this winter.
Tents are located at different levels with luxury interiors and quite spacious.
Got one of the best sights of night sky, which we miss in most modern cities and towns around the globe. Enjoyed stargazing for hours in nights.
