- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

Excellent place for relaxed vacation!
Wonderful stay! Everything was very nice. Delicious food, everything fresh and high quality. Nice and welcome staff. Amazing hotel teritory. Siamo stati presso questa struttura dal 27/10 al 03/11.
Organizzata in molti particolari. Lascia desiderare il bagno e il servizio navetta per raggiungere l’esterno che dista parecchio a piedi. Esperienza nel complesso molto positiva a partire dall’accoglienza dello staff del garden del ristorante il Melograno dove sono stati cordiali amichevoli ed educati sfatando il mito delle mance. Un occhio di riguardo va al bar vicino al ristorante sopracitato dove i due baristi Fady S. e Eslam con il loro responsabile sono le persone più accoglienti professionali e amichevoli che tutto Sharm possa offrire… i migliori che abbia conosciuto. Consiglio la struttura per la cura nei dettagli nella parte esterna delle piscine e dell’animazione. Esperienza da rifare

Staff are amazing
We stayed here with our grandchildren, first the positives, the staff are amazing very tentative and nothing is too much trouble,
Garden Lobby Restaurant
is clean and set out well, the food is hot and very tasty there is something for everyone all the staff in the restaurant are very helpful but one staff member stood out and went above and beyond especially with our grandchildren so a massive thank you to Ibrahim this man knows the true meaning of service and respect.

The staff at the bar are also amazing a massive thank you to the following guys hope I have spelled the names correct
Fade Simir / Mahmoud Raslan /Hanny George’s/ Islam and Amre, these guys always made sure we had a coffee waiting every morning and a drink on the table whenever we sat in the bar area, they also made sure our grandchildren had slushy’s and juice they went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and part of the family.

All of the staff work very long hours and are still plesant with a smile on their faces, but the ones already mentioned above went the extra mile so much so we are returning at Christmas purely because of the staff.
