À ne pas louper !
Super bistrot à Lacanau avec vue incroyable sur le golf en apercevant des petits chevreuils en pleine nature pendant que l’ont sirote notre cocktail. Cuisine raffinée , éveilles nos papilles, délicieux et décoré avec goût. Nous avons pris des gambas en plat et un craquant chocolat ganache en dessert succulent. Le couple gérant est d’une gentillesse nous avons été très bien reçue. Merci aussi au personnel ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir pour en prendre pleins la vue et les papilles !

On y vient et on y revient, le bistrot du golf du swing dans les papilles
Excellente experience culinaire dans ce restaurant avec vue plongeante sur le golf. Au-delà de l’accueil éminemment sympathique, le chef nous regale. Pas d’une cuisine minimaliste, où le cuistot imagine que la seule pointe acidulée de sa sauce aux deux façons et le croquant qu’il y met à la mode Top chef suffisent à régaler le palais. Non, là c’est autre chose. L’homme s’invente dans une cuisine généreuse où les saveurs éclatent. Le turbot est excellent, les poireaux et petits pois se disputant la première place pour accompagner le poisson. Quant à l, entrecôte, elle est épaisse, gouteuse, épaulée d’un os à moelle délicieux, proche de l’exceptionnel. Vraiment une bonne adresse. Mesdames et Messieurs les Canaulais, vous qui connaissez le chemin pour y accéder, ce devrait devenir votre cantine du soir assez rapidement

Délicieux. En cette soirée des vacances de février, bonne surprise de trouver ce petit restaurant. La cuisine franco-espagnole est raffinée, à base de produits frais et aux épices subtiles.
