    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.

Good service
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist 'deepra' and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

Wonderful stay in kumbhalgarh
Had a lovely stay in a beautiful property not to forget to mention the mesmerizing scenic beauty from the room window.
Everything is so well organized starting from checking in till checkout.
All the staff are so humble and courteous and always with a smiling face.
Food wise is so delicious and Chef Manohar is always there to know our choices of food and taste.
I would like to take staff names as well Nabanita, Manish, Ankit and Deepak.
They are always there to assist us.
Only one suggestion I would like to give about Breakfast Menu.
Please change your Breakfast Menu coz I stayed for 3 days and I saw the same Menu. At first it looks exciting later we got bored of the same Menu.
