Our rates are for double accommodation including breakfast and free access to Kenoa Spa (relax area). We require a pre payment to confirm your booking.We offer private transfers in executive cars, if you need this service, please contact our reservation department. Transfers are not included on the rates.

Rates are based for 02 people per accommodation;
All rooms are nonsmoking. Smoking in public areas and accommodations is not allowed (including terrace and decks). This policy is a way to respect our guests. If you smoke inside the room, we will charge a cleaning fee (R$ 850).
Corkage fee, R$100,00 per bottle.
Pets are not allowed.
GENERAL POLICY FOR CHILDREN
01 child with or under 3 years of age has a free stay at the same accommodation as their parents.
Kenoa Resort was built for couples. Due to our local landscape, we do not have structure and services for
children.
PAYMENTS AND NO SHOW GUARANTEE
• All reservations require a deposit of 50% of total amount at the time of booking. Remaining amount must be paid at check out time together with extra consumption.
• Carnival and New Year’s: Payment of 100% of the package’s total value (non refundable in case of cancellation).
• National Holidays: No-show guaranty required. In case of no-show full deposit will be charged as a penalty.
• Rates are based on 02 people per accommodation; for each extra person in the same room there
will be a 40% charge on the room rate. In our Araxa Suite, the rates are for 04 people and there will
be a 40% charge on the room rate for each extra person in the suite.
• All rooms are nonsmoking. Smoking in public areas and accommodations is not allowed (including
terrace and decks). This policy is a way to respect our guests. If you smoke inside the room, we
charge a smoking fee of R$ 850,00.
• Corkage fee, R$80,00 per bottle, should guests wish to bring and consume their own drinks, they may
only be consumed inside the room. It is not allowed to consume of the bottle in any common area.
• People with physical limitations: we inform that the ground’s morphology makes locomotion more
difficult.
• For events such as weddings, anniversaries or other big celebrations, we ask to book the entire 23
hotel rooms. For such it is required a minimum stay of 3 nights during the week, and minimum of 4
nights on weekends. In case of an event during a national Holiday, please check the
condition/minimum stay required above.
• All guests entering the Hotel must present their original personal documents upon check-in, as well as
fill in the respective guest forms, if not filled in in advance.
• We do not allow access by professionals from any area for direct work to guests without prior
authorization from the Hotel (photographers, for example) and we may charge a negotiated fee for
release.
• We do not allow under any circumstances the flight of drones in our facilities, preventing them from interfering with the privacy of other guests.
RESCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
• All cancellation requests must be written and sent directly to our reservations department: info@kenoaresort.com.
• Cancellation or changes on bookings up to 15 days from check in: 50% charge on the deposit value will be made.
• Less than 15 days, full deposit will be charged as a penalty.
• The deposits made are non refundable. The value referred to the package less the cancellation fee, will be available for up to 12 months from the supposed arrival date as a credit for future stay. After this date the credit will be expired.
• Early check out: We will charge 100% of the daily rates and/ or package.

What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.

If you book a rate that is not “flexible” or “non-cancellable” or “non-changeable”, you may not be entitled to a refund in the event of cancellation or to a refund.
