Flats for rent in Comporta are fully furnished and equipped, with Wi-Fi connection and free private parking. Spacious and bright, each flat has a master suite with a double bed and en suite bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with flat-screen TV, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher and oven, and one or two bathrooms with shower.

Apartments are allocated by the distributor according to availability. This allocation may be changed at any time before the keys are actually handed over. The distributor can therefore in no way guarantee a specific location for the chosen accommodation. Only the location, dates and type of accommodation are guaranteed.Reservations are nominative and personal. They may not be transferred, except in the case provided for in article VI of these terms and conditions, or sublet in whole or in part, without the distributor's express prior agreement. The distributor reserves the right to cancel any reservation from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.
The description of the programs and the price tables contain an indication of the services included in the package prices proposed. Our prices are published in Euros and include VAT. Prices do not include personal expenses.
These prices vary according to the period of the stay and sometimes according to the number of participants mentioned in the description of the stay.
A deposit of between 500 and 2000 euros is required on arrival, depending on the type of accommodation. It will be returned to you after your stay, after deduction of any replacement or cleaning costs and/or any other ancillary services not paid for. Any lost keys or cards will be billed to the customer. The customer is held responsible for any broken or damaged objects and for any damage that may be caused to the residence's installations and facilities. If this deposit proves insufficient, the customer will be asked to top it up.
In order to avoid any inconvenience for the duration of the stay or trip, and in accordance with the French Tourism Code, the customer must inform the distributor as soon as possible of any non-conformity noted during the performance of a travel service included in the package tour contract.
Prior to departure and in the event of unavoidable external events or exceptional and unavoidable circumstances, the distributor may be forced to cancel all or part of the planned services or to reschedule a stay. In such cases, alternative solutions in an equivalent resort and with equivalent facilities will be offered. In the absence of a replacement solution, the distributor will reimburse the corresponding sums paid, as well as all services requiring prepayment (transport, etc.), to the exclusion of any additional compensation.
