What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Memorable and comfortable stay.

Excellent service. Very spacious room. Neat and clean property. Food was delicious. Would recommend to all my friends. Very near Calangute beach. Had a nice stay. Swimming pool was clean. Lot of greenery all around. Washroom were neat and tidy.

Blissful stay

Couple stay

Stay was good. Had a bit of disappointment with the staff. Food and Beverages are good. Close proximity to beach is ideal. Restaurant staff was very helpul and accommodating. I will suggest and recommend for coming to this resort for the stay.

Nichts für alleinreisnde

Nach meiner 3 wöchigen Rundreise durch Indien war mein letzter stop dieses hotel. Mein Reiseprogramm warb mit der Überschrift "Entspannung pur in goa" ich bin froh, dass ich heute wieder abreisen darf! Von Entspannung nichts zu merken. Ich war alleine in dem hotel. Beim Check in keine Probleme, lag vielleicht auch daran, dass meine Reise von einer indischen Agentur organisiert wurde. Das Hotel ist allerdings nicht für alleinreisende gemacht. Hier passierte es mir das erste mal nach 3 Wochen, das mich hotel Angestellte anbaggerten. Die Gäste zu meiner Zeit waren ausschließlich indische Familien, wobei die Frauen mich immer bösartig anschauten. Und das war egal, ob ich im Bikini am Pool lag, oder mit langer Hose und top im Restaurant. Warscheinlich hatten sie Angst, ich will ihren Männern was??? Vom Personal wurde ich oft ignoriert. Da musste man schon richtiggehend nach einem Handtuch bettelt etc. Die zimmer wurden oft erst am späten Nachmittag gereinigt, war man da schon wieder im zimmer, Pech gehabt, dann wurde eben gar nicht gereinigt, und das kostenlose Wasser, das man eigentlich täglich bekommt, bekam man dann eben auch nicht. Ich war in den letzten 3 Wochen in vielen unterschiedlichen Hotels in indien. Dieses hotel, war mit Abstand das schlechteste. Positives? Das essen war lecker, der Strand ist nah (wobei der kurze weg gesäumt von Ständen ist..... das nervt, wenn die einem ständig ansprechen) und mein Aufenthalt war nur 3 Tage lang. Badeurlaub in diesem hotel, für mich nicht mehr. Da bin ich aus Europa (Griechenland, Spanien etc. ) viel besseres gewohnt.

Agréable séjour

Agréable séjour, l'hôtel est bien placé à 5mns à pied de la plage mais il est nécéssaire de louer un scooter (3 euros par jour) si on veut se déplacer dans Calangute pour flaner le soir ou aller au marché du mercredi à Anjuna.
Attention de façon systématique ; la réception vous donne leurs chambres les plus laides à l'arrivée (ex : rez de chaussée et vue décharge), expérience confirmée par de nombruex clients, ne pas se laisser faire, nous avons du faire un scandale pour obtenir une chambre conforme à notre réservation. Réserver une chambre à l'étage , loin du restaurant avec vue piscine.
La chambre est agréable, literie confortable, par contre la douche provoque des inondations et n'est vraiment pas très top, privilégier une chambre avec baignoire.

Globalement le personnel n'est pas accueillant (les moins chaleureux rencontrés durant notre séjour en Inde (+ de 10 hôtels testés)

Le restaurant pour le petit déjeuner est très moyen, par contre pour le diner, les prix sont plus que corrects (à la carte) nous n'avons pas testé le buffet et la nourriture est excellente.
Le responsable du restaurant n'est pas sympathique : refus de placer une table au bord de la piscine le soir, alors qu'ily a de la place, refus de troquer dans leur menu poissons 2 verres de vin blanc contre une bière etc... etc ....alors que c'est beaucoup moins cher !!

La piscine est rès très bien, très propre, calme mais un manque cruel de transats (12) pour tout l'hôtel, il est clair qu'il faudra s'assoir sue des chaise si on n'a pas réservé son transat de bonne heure !!

Donc globalement l'hôel est rès bien, calme et reposant, situation privilégiée
