8 ristoranti a disposizione dei nostri clienti, con una formula "Dine Around" che permette un’esperienza culinaria sempre nuova. Ristorante italiano Soprano con servizio a buffet e bevande incluse, angolo pizza e pasta con cuoco italiano. Qui possibilità di late dinner dalle 22:00 alle 00:00 e snack dalle 00:00 alle 05:00. Ristorante di pesce Culina dove si può mangiare all’interno di una terrazza con splendida vista piscina. Ristorante orientale Tagine, il Capitano situato sulla spiaggia, con splendida vista fronte mare, dove si trovano pasta, pizza, deliziose insalate, angolo della frutta e diversi tipi di panini. Sempre sulla spiaggia, possibilità di pranzare fino al tramonto presso il ristorante Beach Club. Ristorante asiatico à la carte Golden Buddha con menù à la carte (involtini primavera, una portata di sushi, noodles, riso, manzo e pollo). Ampia e di sabbia con fondale sabbioso. Da qui è possibile ammirare il fenomeno delle maree che caratterizza questo tratto di costa, quando in alcune ore della giornata il mare si ritira lentamente fino a permettere il raggiungimento a piedi delle piscine naturali, normalmente raggiungibili tramite pontile (consigliato comunque l’utilizzo di scarpette in gomma per ingresso in mare dalla spiaggia).

In questa zona di Sharm la Barriera Corallina è raggiungibile con barca in escursione.

Vacanza in famiglia

Splendida struttura, curata nei minimi dettagli, stupende piscine e meravigliosa spiaggia, camere spaziose e ben predisposte, cucina varia e buona unica pecca i cocktail dei bar non all'altezza di tutto il resto. Siamo parti con un'altra compagnia ma in loco abbiamo trovato l'animazione di valtur con la quale ci siamo divertiti tantissimo sia di giorno con tanti giochi che di sera con gli spettacoli. Ringraziamo di cuore i fantastici ragazzi della Valtur che ci hanno tenuto compagnia e divertito per tutto il soggiorno: Pietro, Mattia, Vittoria, Celia e Carlos. Per il prossimo viaggio penseremo bene di partire con Valtur.

PURA POESIA 💙

Villaggio stupendo sono stata per ben due volte in questo meraviglioso paradiso, ma questa volta siamo partiti con Valtur rivelandosi una grande novità . Ho conosciuto persone fanatiche dello staff i miei complimenti a Linda una ragazza splendida e dolcissima con i ragazzi e i bambini fantastico il miniclub funziona alla grande con lei . Relax al caldo

Camere spaziose e pulite, personale del resort bravo disponibile e servizievole.
Ristorante molto pulito con cucina ottima per essere in Egitto, complimenti alla pasta di Amedeo. Nel momento del bisogno abbiamo ricevuto il sostegno necessario da Tommaso.
Un grande ringraziamento a Mattia e a Pietro per come ci hanno fatto divertire in questa settimana.
Dopo 15 giorni ci siamo affezionati ai ragazzi dell'animazione, anche a Vittoria, Celia e linda.
Da aggiungere torneo di carte nelle attività che potrebbe aiutare nella conoscenza tra ospiti.

Exceptional service and superb hospitality

We stayed for a week and only the best experience! Delicious food- great choice! Amazing beach, friendly staff all over the hotel resort. We book several spa appointments- Egyptian massage and the well structured staff, especially I would recommend Abdallah and Anosh. They took exceptional care of my back. Now fully charged almost ready to go back to winter. Fully recommended hotel for family holidays!

Clean, unfriendly and aggressive staff in the main restaurants staff

Very clean, the food is ok
There is a gluten and milf free partition but you have to make sure if you have allergy as some times it contains milk and gluten and this is a disaster.
The staff in the main restaurants are.so unfriendly and aggressive except Mr. Fattoh and Islam in the Italian restaurant
Also.marwan at the biking area is so nice and helpful
Very poor animation team
The staff needs to be trained on the importance of customer service and satisfaction.

Entspannte Familienferien in gepflegter Anlage

Das Hotel ist und die gesamte Anlage wirkt sehr gepflegt, und hat eine Menge Pools. Es ist ein klassisches Clubhotel, mit viel Entertainment, was uns nicht so angesprochen hat. Aber das mindert nicht die Bewertung.

Die Zimmer Standardzimmer) sind zweckmässig modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche ist sehr gross und wurde ebenfalls immer sauber gehalten. Die ausziehbare Bettcouch für die Kinder ist ausreichend, jedoch für diesen Preis hätten wir hier etwas mehr erwartet. Für die paar Tage war es jedoch in Ordnung. für eine 14tägigen Aufenthalt wäre es etwas mühsam geworden, denn so bequem war die Bettcouch nicht.

Die Poollandschaft war, speziell für Kinder bestens geeignet. Für alle Alterklassen war das passende Poolerlebnis dabei. Das Personal rund um den Pool (Schwimmaufsicht und Kellner) waren phantastisch. Trotz mancher Sprachbarriere (nicht alle sprachen gut English), fanden besonders die Schwimmaufsicht immer den Weg zu den Kindern uns haben für viel Spass gesorgt. Das ist bei den Kinder sehr gut angekommen. Die Kellner am Pool und am Strand waren sehr aufmerksam, sehr nett, sehr zuvorkommend und es hat dem Gast wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Das war wirklich toll.

Der Strand war mit seinem flachen Wasser ideal für kleine Kinder. Schnorcheln war in der Nähe des Steges (ausserhalb der Absperrung) sehr eindrücklich für die Kinder, da auch dort bereits sehr viele bunte Fische zu bestaunen waren. Die Liegen und Schirme am Strand sowie die Servicekräfte und die Schwimmaufsicht waren auch hier aufmerksam, sehr nett, sehr zuvorkommend und es hat dem Gast auch wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Eine tolle Organisation.

Der Wasserpark mit den vielen Rutschen kam bei den Kinder natürlich sehr gut an. Das Personal an der Anlage war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Leider waren einige Ringe nicht mehr in bestem Zustand und die Antirutschmatten waren auch nicht mehr so ansehnlich und bequem darauf u gehen. Aber alles in Allem war es vollkommen in Ordnung und hat allen entsprechend Spass gemacht.

Die Strandbar fanden wir persönlich immer recht voll, weshalb wir hier nur selten waren, und wenn dann nur um etwas zu holen. Nichtsdestotrotz empfanden wir auch diese sehr gut organisiert.

Wir haben immer in den insgesamt 3 Buffetrestaurants Frühstück und Abendessen eingenommen (im Wechsel). In allen Restaurants war es innen leider sehr laut, es herrschte reger Betrieb und es kam uns ein wenig durcheinander vor (viele Leute liefen wild umher und versuchten sich zuechtzufinden). Im Aussenbereich unten (Terrasse) war es leider ebenfalls sehr lauf und hektisch was uns dazu bewogen hat, meist oben auf der Veranda zu sitzen und zu essen. Bei dem Wetter war das sehr angenehm und die Geräuschkulisse war viel, viel angenehmer.

Die Qualität der Speisen und die Darbietung derer war vollkommen in Ordnung. Es waren keine kulinarischen Highlights dabei, aber das Essen war durchgängig gut. Wir haben sehr viel im orientalischen Buffetrestaurant gegessen, da dort auch Speisen angeboten wurden, welche nicht so alltäglich sind.

Empfehlenswert!!!

Im allgemeinen ist hier richtig alles super! Super netter Service! Die Jungs ( Kellner, die, die das ganze Geschirr aufräumen, die, die das Zimmer sauber machen, die Barkeeper ) machen ihre Arbeit ausgezeichnet!!! Und vor allem sie warten nicht darauf, dass du denen Trinkgeld gibst. Deswegen gibt du es dann selbst von sich aus das Trinkgeld für ihre super Arbeit! Die Mädchen, die neben der Rezeption sitzen sind auch super nett und hilfsbereit!! Besonderer Lob an die Valentyna!!!!:)
Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat, das ist der Strand...Da gibt es keine Möglichkeit zu schnorcheln leider, nicht einmal kann man da schwimmen, da es sehr wenig Wasser ist. Angeblich wartet das Hotel auf einer Genehmigung für Ausbau des Strandes, damit man dann schnorcheln könnte.
Also die, die gerne schnorcheln gehen ist hier nicht das richtige Hotel dafür.
Was Essen und Trinken angeht ist alles richtig lecker.
Wir haben nur gute Erfahrungen mit Pickalbatros und werden weiterhin nur diese Hotelketten besuchen!!!

Por cierto no hay garantía de comer las 24 horas, por muy todo incluido que sea. Si te dejan sin cenar, no les importa.
La poca gracia con la que están puestas las cosas.
Las aglomeraciones en TODAS las comidas y la mala educación de la gente que mayoritariamente viene a este hotel.
Todas estas cosas hacen que no sea lo esperado con el dinero que cuesta.
Que te cierren la piscina a las 18 con los calores que hacen.
Que te sirvan bebidas calientes de botellas de litro y medio, en vez de usar bebidas de hostelería.
Que estes tomando el sol y te vengan a molestar para venderte excursiones, etc.
podría seguir, pues o mejoran todo esto y dejan crecer las plantas para que haya sombras o aquí no vuelvo.
A quien le gusten unas vacaciones así, es el sitio ideal.
Por cierto el personal todo lo amable que puede ser con la miseria de sueldos que les pagan y los turnos maratonianos que los pobres se ven obligados a realizar.

Hemos sido los primeros españoles en hospedarnos según ellos y espero que seamos los últimos si no cambian radicalmente las cosas.
