1. Minors (below 18) are not allowed to stay at our hostels (both in dorms and private rooms) even when accompanied by legal guardians 2. You may bring your pets (only in private rooms) at a fixed charge of ₹ 500 per day for each pet. Only 1 pet per room is allowed
3. Requisite licenses are awaited at (Palampur, Alleppey, Pondicherry, Goa Calangute, Goa Baga) properties so we are unable to host foreign guests only at these properties, at this time
4. Guests can get additional facilities including heater and laundry service (in select properties) for an extra fee. Reach out to the reception desk at your respective hostel for more details.
5. We don't provide toiletries to the guests. Please carry your own for personal use
6. Parking space is limited at our hostels and also may not be available. You can get in touch with the ground staff if you need alternative parking space nearby.
7. We encourage the guests to practice self-service at the hostel wherever possible
8. Alcohol consumption is only allowed in common areas At Pushkar and Rishikesh (Lakshman Jhula) hostels, consumption of alcohol is not allowed at all
9. We provide free Wi-Fi at all our hostels (up to 1.5GB per user per day)
10. No-Show (If you don't arrive or stay at the property on your confirmed reservation) and Early departure (if you depart prior to your original departure date) are non refundable under any circumstances.

- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

Unsatisfactory Experience. Worst ever experience with goSTOPS.

1. Worst staff I’ve ever encountered.
2. No Water Supply
3. No hygiene methods followed in the kitchen (Do check the photos below)
4. Only one fan in whole room of 6 dorms.
5. Common area is a mess. (No ball in Foosball, No tips in pool sticks also no chalks were provided, Very poorly maintained couch and seats, no powder given for carrom table)

Service is really poor.rooms shown on Google or aap is not true. I booked a private deluxe room,but trust me it looks like a dome even they can't provide us water ,towel etc. Worst experience pls dont go there .

All setvices provided were very poor.
The location is far away from the lakeside and very difficult to find. The images shown by the restaurant are not latest.. they seems good in photos but when you visit the place you will find that the sofas and furniture is dirty and not maintained well.. Food quality is very poor and expensive too

Worst services, staff and they are eating your money
This property is not at all for families...the staff is very rude.
They took the booking on the site, and on our arrival they simply said us that the children are not allowed. The money is non refundable and they behave very off, rude and they won't offer any solutions as well.
This is a no go.....if it is happening here

Have a detail study about everything...before taking services
The stay was ok but one thing that i want you to look on is your staff..They are doing a business...i just don't want to name anybody.. but instead of helping us your people are providing rental bikes and taking a large amount of commission..
Go stops nainital is having 5 to 6 scooties at their place 24 × 7 so that they could rent them on at a higher rate and later force customers to pay the amount for scratches..
I was not happy at all bcz they took 3200 hundred rupees from me for 4 scooties and later when i booked online from some other travel agency..they provided me for 2000...
I think there are lot of people involved in this ...
Its my request to the concerned person that you should look into this matter in detail and help your guests rather than taking huge amount of commission...
