Marcopolo Inn Hostel Bariloche

These are good budget accommodation for the price you pay, the 24 hr desk is very convenient as you will come back at all hours of the night. The hostel is close to the civic Center and bus ruta 20, that’s the one to take you out of town to the lakes or to the terminal de busses. There are a few eating and drink options near by with the Main Street being starting in the opposite side of the civic centre. You can find all the tourist information you need at the civic centre. Breakfast was decent but only a 4/5 rating because the bathrooms need help(ventilation) and I’m sure that’s contributing to the black mould the was on the ceiling on my top floor dorm. Still for the price you spend a few day’s there.

With friendly staff and a good private room accommodation, not too far from the center of town, this place is good value for money. The bed could have been a lot better, but the breakfast included offers good sweet juices and cereals, the rest is not too good though. Especially the coffee and tea are difficult...

It was good for what we needed. Cheap but staff could be nicer. Free breakfast was good, toast but it’s all you really need! The kitchen had all you need to cook. It was quite close to the centre which was handy.

La chambre passe pour le prix, l’hostel est bien placé, le problème est la cuisine, 3 feux sur 8 ne marchent pas, aucuns couteaux de disponible pour manger..., 1 seule poêle avec un manche (sinon 2 en plus mais à prendre avec un torchon pour pas ce bruler)...

grande structure où le personnel est toujours disponible ils vous expliquent le fonctionnement des buspetit déjeuner très agréable et on refait vos chambres pour la nuit du lendemainlivres en prêt je ne sais pas plus de choses car nous partions de bonne heure le matin car beaucoup de randos à faire dans la région et nous revenions tard le soir

I allready have stayed in this hostel 3 nights and we dont have preasure in our shower. The bad thing is how they treated it, or actually how they didnt. We are 6 in the room and we came few times a day and all the time they said that someone will come but nothing happened and we cant take a shower. Once, they told us that someone will come to fix it in 1:30 AM (!) And we waited, but no one came, its really a shame.

Some sites sell bookings of this hostel as if it was a hotel, but make no mistake about it. The service is hostel, even if there are private rooms. There are times when there is no one at the check-in and you have to wait good minutes to get in. You can only buy drinks inside the hostel. The wi-fi is extremely slow. Upon entering you have to pay a security deposit for the use of the key and the towel. If you do not dirty the towel and return the key, the fee is returned at the end.

Nous y sommes 4 nuits , excellent emplacement , super terrasse donnant sur la baie !
Le petit déjeuner est plus que correct avec notamment du dulce'de lecce !
Les dortoirs sont corrects avec salle de bain et wc privés !
Seul bémol, le personnel , notamment le jeune garçon , pas tres aimable et conciliant !

Personnel accueillant pour certains, un autre très désagréable. Cuisine petite avec un seul couteau pour 4 étages de chambres. Petit déjeuner correct, jus chimique, yaourt liquide mais le reste est cool.

La struttura è molto vecchia ed avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione. Noi eravamo in camere private piuttosto anguste, con bagni senza ricambio aria. I gestori e le bariste sono tutti giovani, gentili e molto disponibili, ma questo non consente di raggiungere la sufficienza

Consiglio sia per la posizione. Che per l'accoglienza , una colazione semplice ma accogliente biliardo per giocare un po' la sera, unica pecca Wi-Fi non sempre disponibile , e i consigli sulle escursioni non sono stati dei migliori !

Assez central, Chambre et salle de bain très propres, très bon petit déjeuner, restaurant sur place bon marché, accueil très agréable, vente d excursions, manque juste un petit patio ou jardin ou terrasse

Eigentlich hatten wir das Nachbarhostel über booking.com reserviert, da das aber schon geschlossen hatten, wurden wir ins Marcopolo Inn geleitet. Dort hatten wir ein DZ mit Privatbad. Das Zimmer war riesig und von der Sauberkeit okay. Frühstück und Abendessen waren im Preis enthalten und auch gut. Leider gibt es das Abendessen immer erst sehr spät. Es heißt zwar ab 20:30 Uhr, aber letztendlich warten das Personal immer bis 21 Uhr. Gut ist, dass man alle Touren, Busse und Hostels in andern Städten vor Ort buchen kann, leider werden manchmal wichtige Infos vergessen mitzuteilen, Z.B. hatten wir eine Tour zur Isla Victoria gebucht und mussten dann am Hafen nochmal Eintritt für den Nationalpark und Steuern für die Bootsfahrt zahlen, was nicht wenig war - zum Glück hatten wir gerade noch genügend Geld dabei. So eine Info wäre vorab wichtig gewesen.
Die Musik in der Bar ist bis Mitternacht recht laut. Wir hatten zum Glück ein Zimmer zwei Etagen darüber, war aber dennoch gut hörbar.
Jeden Tag Zimmerreinigung und sehr gutes WiFi.

Klospühlung ging fast nie, dusche nach Wanderung Fehlanzeige, weil kein Wasser ging. Bei Kritik an der Rezeption gesagt bekommen, dass wenn es einem nicht passt man ja auch gehen könnte..... Für das was man bekommt, auch wenn das Wasser gehen würde, viel zu teuer

Das Hostel ist relativ zentral 5 Min Fussweg ins Hauptgeschehen.
Lobbymitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich.
Unser erstes Zimmer war mit Schimmel an den Wänden übersäht!!
Im zweiten Zimmer waren die Wände zwar ok. doch die WC Spülung defekt.
Bettbezüge hatten diverse Flecken. Frühstück war ok. mehr nicht.
Das Hostel verfügte über keinen funktionstüchtigen Drucker zum unsere Bustickets auszudrucken.

Das Marcopolo Inn liegt etwa 10 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Schlafsäle sind sauber und die Betten recht bequem. Im ersten Stock befindet sich die Bar und der Esssaal. An der Recepcion ist jeweils nur eine Person, was eindeutig zu wenig ist, während der Hochsaison. Man wartet immer recht lange und dann wird man schnell abgewimmelt, da z.B. das Telefon klingelt. Ich hatte immer das Gefühl sie zu stören, wenn ich etwas fragen wollte. Dann beginnt das Frühstück erst um 8 Uhr, obwohl sie Ausflüge verkaufen, welche bereits um 8 Uhr beginnen. Als ich fragte ob ich daher ein bisschen früher kommen könnte, sagten sie ja klar. Die Türe war allerdings geschlossen und als sie uns dann 10 vor endlich reinliessen gabs nur Kaffee, Milch und Flöckchen.
