Good experience

Good experience. The staff were very helpful. They extensed their helping hands for all the requirements. I would like to recommend it for your stay at saket. It's location is also convenient from point of view of communication. Restaurant food was also hygieneic and delicious.

Horrible

Not so good hotel. Check in and check out experience was horrible. For 2 days during my stay no intercom facility was available. Food price is on higher side but taste and preparation is mediocre.
Has mo quality of 3 star hotel. And would not recommend the hotel for corporate bookings

Saket 27 - Great location and well appointed rooms

Booked this hotel for my guests and must say that the room allocated was very well maintained and furnished with a good view. the location of the hotel at J-Block, Saket, Delhi is its first plus point. Very convinient to visit Saket Malls - Selectcity, DLF, Metroplitan. Also very accessible to teh J-Block market, Metro station- Saket on one side and Malviya Nagar on another (Yellow Line). Bus stop is just next to the hotel.
The buffet breakfast spread has options however its repeatetive.

Cleanliness is good
Staff behaviour is good.

Recommend this hotel for guests visiting Delhi.

amazing :)

really nice staff that assist you with anything that you need and the rooms are clean and nice too with hot water

the customer service at the reception at night is really nice and provide you with whatever you need even in middle of night

Virender ji is also very polite and helps us with any food related queries

Stay At Saket 27 experience was Great

Everything was perfect,house keeping,reception,Restruant and friendly staff.Cleanliness of hotel is just too good.Just a phone call away to get assistance if required plus hotel is located near to saket mall ,nearby markets so location is good as well

Un buon hotel a prezzi modici

Siamo stati qui a marzo 2013, durante il nostro tour indiano in occasione dell'Holi Festival. Il Saket27 è un bell'hotel, pulito e confortevole, il cui punto di forza sono gli enormi letti king size, veramente comodissimi, e le grandi docce a cabina, davvero spaziosissime.
Ha qualche punto debole, anche se non grave. Mangiare in hotel richiede davvero troppo tempo. Noi eravamo gli unici in tutta la piccola saletta ristorante vicino la hall eppure abbiamo aspettato più di un'ora il cibo che avevamo ordinato. Bisogna prenderla con filosofia.... indiana, oppure andare a mangiare fuori. Delhi è piena di ottimi ristoranti e questo dell'hotel andrebbe usato solo in casi di emergenza perchè anche il cibo non era niente di straordinario. Come soggiorno comunque è ottimo. Le stanze sono ben condizionate, c'è acqua calda a volontà, la tv lcd, il frigobar e il necessario per farsi il tè o il caffè la mattina (caffè indiano ovviamente...) e il wifi è gratis.
Per uno che, come me, è stato 9 volte in India, questo è un buon hotel considerando anche i costi, decisamente contenuti. Ringrazio l'Agra Taj Tour per avercelo trovato :)
