    The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
    For this request, contact the property directly which may have a specific policy in this regard or may need further data on the person to whom you want to transfer the booking.

Super good experience
Super experience, good and clean and specious suite room, room cleaning staff is too good, they really kept room every day cleaned, room size is super specious, food quality is too good, bar service particularly by Gopal was good, overall experience super good, I visit here almost thrice or even 4 times a year but every time I get good service.

Good luxury place
Till now best experience in Goa. We went to celebrate my son's first birthday. We booked the acron for 5n 6 days. Well it was raining but still they make my son's birthday so memorable. The staff decorated the room on the occasion of the birthday along with a cake. I don't have words to express but last week was very good. Thank you so much to Manager Sir and his team. The car parking guard was also good, he took good care of the car even it was raining. The restaurant staff was quite calm and quite helpful. Please definitely go once with your family, you will feel luxurious here.

Our stay at ACRON was truly exceptional. The staff, food, and ambience were all top-notch. What truly sets them apart is the unparalleled level of service. Best One (Since last 12 Year & 2-3 times a year Visits Acron Candolim Regina)
Fantastic...! I visit this superb Acron Candolim Regina regularly and stays here only... Since last 12 Years...! 2-3 times a year ! It not only Hotel make you feel comfortable but the people like 'Ambarishji' and his staff...! Cool ambience, Best Food Quality and best Hospitality by the team make me come here only to stay (at least for 4-5 days)..! Even I look for change for the other Hotels, but lastly my mind and my family come to conclusion of staying at 'Acron Candolim Regina'...! Best Rates, Best Food, Near to the Beach, Near to the Market, Swimming, Bar, Food, & Every Type of Room is Good. etc. etc. Keep it up...! Thanks.

Ich hatte eine tolle Zeit, es war toll, ich liebe Indien sehr, alles im Hotel war sehr schön, vielen Dank,
Ein sehr nettes Hotelpersonal war sehr hilfsbereit, sie haben uns sehr geholfen. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Nummer 10 in Bezug auf Sauberkeit. Wenn ich wieder gehe, werde ich auf jeden Fall im selben Hotel übernachten👍👍👍👍😘😘😘😘❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hotel perfecto

Si te gusta se anticipen a lo que queres y estar en un resort muy calido, pequeño este es el lugar
Muy bonita habitacion con balcon, en una parte de India donde no es tan India salvo por las vaquitas en la calle, veredas etc, a pocas cuadras de la playa (te llevan y traen de cortesia en auto si no queres caminar las 6 cuadras), te regalan chocolates y media hora de masaje. Gran variedad de comidas en el buffet del desayuno y de las comidas, muy linda pileta rodeada de mucho verde. A veces abruman con tanta atencion.

Schönes Hotel
Check in schnell und freundlich. Die Zimmer grosszügig, sauber und grosse Betten.
Die Zimmer sind grundsätzlich sehr ruhig; wichtig ist aber, dass man nicht oberhalb der Rezeption logiert. Sonst ist es mit dem Schlafen 3-4 mal in der Woche nichts, da sich die Diskothek im 1. Stock befindet. Also: Zimmer im Nebengebäude verlangen.
Im Restaurant wird echt gutes Essen serviert; allerdings im Verhältnis zu den Strandbeizen etwas teuer. Hier gibt's auch das üppige Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt.
