  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.

Great central location
Best location across Sukh .Lots of restaurants in walking distance . Near by to starting point of Discovery Doha tours .. overall best location for stop over . Rooms are big and well maintained. Service was excellent . relatively near to airport. Great central location .

Amazing Hotel with exceptional staff
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. All the staff are super friendly and very helpful. They even helped us book our day trip to Banana island ( which is amazing) and even booked taxis for us to go places and recommended some amazing places to visit in Doha.
Hotel room was very spacious with one large bedroom, living area, large bathroom and two balcony’s allowing you to sit outside and get some fresh air.
The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.
Breakfast was tasty with many choices! ( something for everyone)
Will definitely stay again when visiting Doha.

A must to stay here when in Doha
One of the best hotel we have stayed. Love everything about it; the ambience, the room, the service, the food and the location. It also give us the nostalgia feeling with it's décor which is a mixed of the Arab cultural and modern design.

Definitely will stay here again if we were to visit Doha in future.

Très belle hôtel avec du charme !
Très belle hotel situé près du souq, l’architecture de cet établissement est magnifique, elle change des buildings du centre ville. L’équipe sur place est très professionnelle et serviable (merci Yassine). Très bonne expérience dans cet hôtel où je ne manquerais pas d’y séjourner à nouveau. Les chambres sont grande, décorées avec goût et très bien équipées.

Precioso y cómodo hotel en Doha
Un hotel maravilloso con una ubicación espléndida.
Una persona estaba diariamente en el hall del hotel ofreciendo un riquísimo té con dátiles, algo muy agradable.
El personal y los servicios del hotel de primera calidad por un precio muy razonable.
Los desayunos eran muy buenos, y a no mas de 100 metros del hotel estábamos en el precioso Zoco de Doha.

Gemischter Eindruck
Drei Nächte in diesem sehr zentral in der Stadtmitte von Doha gelegenem Hotel. Der sehenswerte Souq Waqif ist gleich gegenüber, die gleichnamige Metrostation nur wenige Schritte entfernt.

Von außen besticht das Hotel durch seine (für das westliche Auge) exotisch wirkende Fassade im arabischen Stil. Dazu passt die prunkvolle Lobby mit Rezeption, an der wir sehr freundlich empfangen wurden.

Unser Zimmer sehr groß mit bequemem Doppelbett, Couchgarnitur, Schreibtisch und ausladendem Balkon. Alles war sauber, der gesamten Einrichtung merkte man jedoch ihr Alter an: Starke Abnutzungserscheinungen an den Möbelstücken, am Teppichboden und teilweise auch an der Tapete springen ins Auge.

Das Bad ebenfalls groß und sauber mit voluminöser Duschkabine, insgesamt in etwas besserem Zustand als das Zimmer. Allerdings hatte das Housekeeping an zwei Tagen zwar die benutzen Handtücher mitgenommen, jedoch keine neuen bereitgelegt. So etwas sollte nicht passieren, schon gar nicht zweimal hintereinander.

Exzellentes Frühstücksbüffet mit Riesenauswahl. Hier fehlt wirklich nichts. Jedoch zeigen sich auch im Frühstücksraum die bereits vom Zimmer bekannten Abnutzungserscheinungen. So sind zum Beispiel die Polster der (komplett durchgesessenen) Stühle speckig und voller Flecken.

Um den selbstgesetzten Fünf-Sterne-Anspruch halten zu können, benötigt dieses ansonsten einen durchaus positiven Eindruck hinterlassende Hotel doch dringend eine Komplettrenovierung.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel für Sigthseeing
Wir verbrachten 3 Nächte im Hotel. Gute Zimmer, angenehmes Hotelambiente. In der Lobby gibt es für die Gäste tagsüber kostenlos Kardamonkaffee und gute Datteln. Die Lage ist direkt am Souq, Nähe zur Metro, das Museum für islamische Kunst fußläufig erreichbar.

Meraviglioso con personale gentilissimo
Hotel bellissimo ,pulitissimo ,buona posizione ,colazione super .
Personale molto gentile e preparato noi siamo arrivati alle 7 del mattino camera pronta e colazione compresa ,chek in veloce ,consigliatissimo ,bravi d grazie dell'ottima accoglienza e servizio

Mejor hotel de doha
El mejor desayuno que hemos disfrutado en todos los viajes, instalaciones impolutas, todo muy cuidado, habitaciones grandes y de lujo, piscina, personal muy atento, servicial y amable. Absolutamente todo perfecto.

Cogimos el hotel con discoverqatar ya que hacíamos escala nocturna, y la verdad que fue lo mejor que pudimos hacer. Hotel y atención excelente. Muy buena ubicación cerca del zoco. Sin duda repetiríamos!

L'hotel si trova in buona posizione per girare la città. Personale molto attento e professionale. Le camere con balcone sono grandi, ma con moquette. C'e' una piscina. L'albergo va bene per dormire 1-2 notte

Kundenservice auf einem hohen Niveau, Ausblick auf Skyline
5 Sterne Hotel, sehr sauber, mit schönem Ausblick auf die Skyline, Personal sehr hilfreich und kümmert sich um das Hotel, es wird regelmäßig geputzt und hier und da poliert und zwar ordentlich. Geburtstagsgeschenk haben wir auf Zimmer gebracht bekommen, eine kleine Torte. Essen war mega lecker und vielfältig. Während Ramadan bekommt man leider nirgendwo alkoholische Getränke zu kaufen. Weder im Hotel noch in der Stadt.

Magnifique hôtel
Hôtel magnifique, propre et très accueillant, un grand merci à Naline, Basit et tout le personnel. Je reviendrai pour un autre séjour car j’ai oublié un livre important dans la chambre et j’ai adoré Doha. Le Souq Waqif est à côté de l’hôtel, c’est juste génial.

Sehr schöne Tage in Al Najada Hôtel
Wir waren 4 Nächte im Al Najada Hôtel in Doha. Erst einmal, vielen Dank für das tolle Upgrade. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön. Direkte Lage am Souk und mit der Metro kann man leicht alles in Doha erreichen. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Auch zum Abendessen nur zu empfehlen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Hôtel d'exception avec personnels exceptionnels
Hôtel d'exception, très propre, très bien situé juste à côté du métro ligne gold et à 5 mn du fameux souk wakif. Les chambres sont grandes et très bien équipée. Un literie confortable. Personnels agréables et souriants très serviable. Rapport qualité prix top.

Parfait
Nous remercions tous le personnel qui est à l’écoute, il est très professionnel, bravo particulier à la réception aux deux collaborateurs qui parlent français , Moubarak ainsi que la jeune femme dont nous nous souvenons plus le prénom. Ils ont su satisfaire nos attentes, bravo aussi dans la salle à manger à Jitendra qui avec son sourire et sa bravoure nous a mit à l’aise tout au long de notre séjour, c’est bien la première fois que nous avons eu l’expérience d’être servi avec autant de talent et de respect . L’établissement est très propre, bonne literie, proche du métro qui coute 2€ par jour pour toute la journée, le Souq Aqif est juste à côté de l’hôtel, bon restaurants aussi , je vous conseil Damas. Inch Allah nous reviendrons dans cet établissement de qualité et à la hauteur de ses 5 étoiles. Que dire si vous allez a Doha choisissait Al Najada à yeux fermés.
Bravo à tout le staf .

Excelente por calidad/precio y ubicación perfecta
Servicio (trato humano) y habitaciones (amplias, confortables y limpias) excelentes. Ubicación perfecta (cerca del Souq Waqif). Lo el acceso desde el parking al hotel es una locura (se necesita manual de instrucciones y guía). Lo de tener un único interruptor para TODAS las luces es inexplicable

Soggiorno piacevole
Un buon albergo con ottimo servizio. Posizione perfetta vicinissima al souq waqif. Colazione varia e con ottimi piatti. La cucina in generale di buon livello. Piscina riscaldata vicina alla stanza. Stanza molto grandie è bellissimo bagno. Unico vero difetto è la moquette.

Ottima posizione vicino al souq che si può raggiungere a piedi. Camere molto grandi con balcone, io avevo una splendida vista, angolo tisane nella camera con te' di prima qualità e caffettiera a parte. Elegante ma senza fronzoli, bellissimo l'ingresso ampio con una fontana a muro. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Provata la spa in albergo della stessa catena a pochi passi ottima.Tutto l'albergo pulitissimo, personale gentile. Complimenti sono stata molto bene, lo consiglio con sicurezza.

Scarsa professionalità
Quando va tutto bene i problemi non esistono in nessun posto, è quando nascono degli inconvenienti che si vede la qualità della struttura.
Abbiamo prenotato con un mese di anticipo lo stopover in questo Hotel, ma all'arrivo dopo un viaggio di otto ore ci comunicano senza tanti complimenti che sono in overbooking e che ci hanno spostati in un'altro hotel (di qualità molto inferiore).
Un comportamento davvero inqualificabile e a nulla sono servite le nostre proteste.
Io non mi fiderei più a prenotare in un posto simile
