-
Are the prices always the same even if the date changes?Prices vary based on various factors which may be seasonal, day of the week, occupancy status of the hotel, promotions, particular fairs in the city and more. The advice, to see the prices, is to enter the dates of your stay and make your own comparisons.
-
Is breakfast always included? No, it depends on the rate and whether the structure is organized to offer it or not. Check carefully before booking what is included and what is not and what type of service is offered.
-
Can I make special requests?Of course, when booking you will have a field where you can write directly to the property and make your requests. These will be evaluated by the Hotel who will respond directly to you. MeTour is not responsible in this decision-making process.
-
What types of beds will I find in the room I booked? The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
-
How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
-
How can I cancel or change my booking?Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
-
Can I transfer my reservation to another person? For this request, contact the property directly which may have a specific policy in this regard or may need further data on the person to whom you want to transfer the booking.
-
How can I get help with my booking?Enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can contact us or by writing through our contact form specifying your booking number and the reason for the contact request. We recommend that you also leave a telephone number where you can be reached in case of need.
-
Are there taxes, local charges or extras to be paid directly on site? They are normally clearly indicated in the property sheet or added during the booking phase depending on local regulations or the facility's policies. But even if not clearly indicated, payments may be requested directly to the facility for any tourist taxes, local charges or extras not included in the rate. The advice is to read everything carefully before booking or writing to us through our contact form.
-
Are small pets allowed? It is often clearly stated in the property sheet and for this reason we invite you to carefully read their policies. Where not indicated, we invite you to contact us through our contact form for more information.

Food heaven
Excellent stay from start to finish, Food here is incredible.
This 3 star mini resort would put any 5 star hotel to shame when it comes to dining,
Plus it was an all inclusive stay. All the staff are welcoming & friendly we chose well coming here for our holiday. OK now let's mention what needs to be improved.
1, WiFi is very intermittent.
2, Lighting in the bathroom is very poor & no shaving mirror.
That's it just the 2 negatives.
So overall its a great little resort especially for the more mutual clients & families.
We will be coming back.

Friendly, welcoming and honouring the traditional . Keep your uniqueness!
We had a fortnight at the Aldeia Santa Rita [ASR] and found it to be staffed by a welcoming, friendly, and professional team. The hotel itself has lovely gardens throughout and plenty of palm trees, which allow for lots of birds, chipmunks, and other local fauna.
Rooms: A very traditional Portuguese villa style/looking hotel, the rooms are much the same, although some are of a higher standard than others. These rooms seem to be the ones on the main walk through and face the pool. We really liked the traditional feel and found our rooms to have all we needed, with the exception of a comfy bed. The mattress was very hard, thin, and laid on a solid wooden frame. We did ask for a topper, which helped to an extent. So just be aware. Two fans and air con ensured we could keep cool when needed. Very nice bathroom with a decent shower, and it all looked pretty new. There is no safe/safety deposit box in the rooms. These are all in reception, and you must provide your own locks. We had a first-floor room and would choose this again as it gave more privacy. It was also good to have tea and coffee making facilities plus a full-size fridge.
Food: All buffet style with the exception of "a la carte" nights [every other night]. We definitely had some very nice food on the couple of evenings we did eat at the ASR including a selection of curries and some nice soup . Although we were booked All Inclusive, we had no intention of being so as there are some very good restaurants in Candolim. Otherwise, the food was very much aimed at domestic tourists, so some may find a very limited choice at both breakfast and dinner. Fresh eggs , omelette etc where readily available and cooked to order each breakfast. There was a very efficient toaster and fresh porridge, 1 type of fruit and usually 4/5 hot dishes which, as I've said, were mostly Asian inspired. Overall, the quality of the food was average, in our opinion.
Pool: Very nice pool, well maintained, fair amount of sunbeds for the most part. However, there were not enough areas of shade/umbrellas, and it did get very hot. The world famous sun bed baggers were very much in evidence, and many beds were bagged but unused until later in the day. This is annoying whatever hotel or country you're in! One downside, the ants and other small insect critters. These were seen crawling all over the sunbeds throughout the day, and on the day I stayed by the pool (morning) , my bed was under attack all the while. The ants were even more active from about 1630hrs onwards. Not a pleasant situation and 3 of us were bitten, but it evidently did not bother the many who stayed at the pool every day.
Location: Very much situated at the Fort end of Candolim, fair to say you're in Sinquerim. It is a fairly quiet location which is nice and it's a good walk to the busier parts of the resort. Taxis are available at the hotel if needed.
Negative for us: the " entertainment " . This was mediocre at best with only a couple of accomplished singers, and often began during the evening meal thereby ensuring everyone had to walk across the entertainer to get to the buffet. Whatever the entertainment was, it was loud, very loud. Thankfully it ended automatically at 2230 each night. On our penultimate night, there was someone who thought they could do a better job than the singer. They couldn't and it became like a very bad karaoke competition. I was surprised the local cats didn't come running!
Please don't let the ASR become just another hotel, it has so much going for it, it would be a shame to lose its uniqueness.
Would we stay again? Yes...with consideration given to the location and our fellow companions, and if we weren't able to secure a hotel nearer to the centre / closer to the area of the beach we favour.

Excellent small resort - perfect for anyone with mobility issues.
Enjoyed 14 December nights in the Aldeia with TUI, All inclusive package. It exceeded our expectation in everyway! An excellent base to explore the area or somewhere you can just chill, making use of the restaurant and pool area.
All the staff are constantly genuinely friendly and attentive, beautiful buildings and gardens, a green oasis tucked away just off the main road.
The pool is the right size for the complex, never an issue with sunbeds and surrounded by mature trees and shrubs. Several large parasols so you can choose to be in the shade or sun. The photos on web sites don't do it justice.. particularly the pool itself which is more inviting in reality than the "green" tiles suggest on pictures.
Food was exceptional and varied. During our stay 3 al a carte menu evenings, 3 buffet and 1 "sizzler night a week. Lunch eother a buffet or menu. Always a good choice of Indian or European dishes.
We'd apprehensively booked the AI options due to my wife's mobility problems and uncertainty about how we'd cope with busy streets etc. We were glad we did, Aldeia is the only place we've stayed were you are actively encouraged to drink and eat there, amazing service in the restaurant and pool bar area. Evening meals were supported by solo singers and local cultural entertainment, a good mix.
Every night you are given a slip to provide feedback and the smallest suggestions are actively responded to on your next visit, its not just a tick box exercise.
A short walk out the back of the hotel to a nice quiet area of beach, left to Fort Aguada, right to Candolim, it's a sandy quiet track with shacks close enough on both sides, but none of the crowds found else where. A few minutes walk and you're into the busy shacks, with a paved and lit side road running back up to the main road for dark evening return trips. Straight out onto the road at the front, taxis always waiting and the bus to Mapusa via Candolim can be stopped on the bend outside. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance in both directions.
We'd booked the standard room with TUI as it wasn't clear what the pricey supplement would get you. Their web site isn't particularly clear as to what the rooms consist of between the 2 choices. We had no 3rd bed in the room but it was perfectly adequate, large enough with a spacious first floor balcony. 2 ceiling fans, effective Aircon. Kettle, large fridge ( stocked and replenished with included soft drinks and lager AI ) and sink area in the room + large TV. Great shower in the updated bathroom. Cleaned every day without asking, the housekeeper even came looking for the key if you hadn't left it in reception. A very thin futton type mattress but this was quickly topped up when we requested it, standard double bed.
If we come again we'd pay the supplement for the larger rooms which have a separate living area and bedroom, very spacious and looking out onto central walkway.
The balconies on the downstairs standard rooms are very small with some apartments backing onto the hotels boundaries, I'd have been very disappointed if we'd been allocated one of them so give some thought to how much you'll want to sit outside your room. Standard room J6 was perfect.
The other guests were a friendly mix of English, Russian and Indians.
Overall a highly recommended small hotel in a quiet beach location that we hope to visit again! A very good base for anyone with mobility or sensory issues as the resort itself is compact, all one level and quiet.
Thanks to all the staff for giving us an amazing stay in Goa !!!!!!!

My happy place
II love this place. You will find bigger, smarter, higher star hotels than this all over the world. But you will never find a hotel with a bigger heart. Every single member of staff - pool man, manager, waiters, cleaning staff, receptionist - everybody went the extra mile in looking after me after I had a serious accident on a TUI excursion. The food is lovely, the rooms are spotless, and I can’t wait to return.
