  • Is breakfast always included?
    No, it depends on the rate and whether the structure is organized to offer it or not. Check carefully before booking what is included and what is not and what type of service is offered.

    Of course, when booking you will have a field where you can write directly to the property and make your requests. These will be evaluated by the Hotel who will respond directly to you. MeTour is not responsible in this decision-making process.
  • What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?
    The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
    For this request, contact the property directly which may have a specific policy in this regard or may need further data on the person to whom you want to transfer the booking.
  • How can I get help with my booking?
    Enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can contact us or by writing through our contact form specifying your booking number and the reason for the contact request. We recommend that you also leave a telephone number where you can be reached in case of need.
  • Are there taxes, local charges or extras to be paid directly on site?
    They are normally clearly indicated in the property sheet or added during the booking phase depending on local regulations or the facility's policies. But even if not clearly indicated, payments may be requested directly to the facility for any tourist taxes, local charges or extras not included in the rate. The advice is to read everything carefully before booking or writing to us through our contact form.
  • Are small pets allowed?

The stay and food was great. Rooms are very spacious and the location of the hotel is also not an issue. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of choices. Lastly, the staff here is very welcoming and make sure all your demands are fulfilled.

Great experience

Amazing Stay and Authentic Rajasthani Food !!!
Amazing stay experience in the heart of Udaipur with Amantra! The hotel is super clean and the restaurant food has a great variety of delicious options. Hospitality at this hotel is at the next level. Every member of the staff from the doorman to the reception and at the in-house restaurant treat you with genuine warmth and are anxious to fulfill your every need. The spread at the breakfast buffet is the best. Food is awesome especially Rajasthani Thali. Travel desk facility is very good. Highly recommend .

Good place to stay
I got a special rate direct through hotel and an excellent place to spend the night with Amantra. The staff are extremely polite and service quality is excellent. Dinner was tasty. Breakfast was sumptuous with eggs on order. Parking space was available in the basement. Hotel provide transportation facility with reasonable price also have organic products items for sale . WiFi worked fine. All in all a good experience.

Das Hotel schaut sehr schön aus und das Essen schmeckte gut. Beim WLAN gilt der Code nur für eine Person und für 2GB pro Tag. Sollte das Datenvolumen nich ausreichen einfach nochmal fragen.

Unser Freund hatte Geburtstag und bekam einen Geburtstagskuchen von dem Personal nachdem wir bescheid gegeben haben.

NON METTO QUATTRO PALLINI PER UN MOTIVO
L'hotel si presenta bene ed è buono, il ristorante all'interno niente di che.. Alcune pietanze presenti sul menu non erano disponibili. Il fastidio in questo posto è che tutti chiedono mance e risultano essere invadenti, in particolare una persona che appena si entra nella hall prende i tuoi bagagli ed entra nella tua stanza, non se ne va finchè non gli lasci una mancia. Per mandarlo via gli ho offerto 10 rupie (visto che non ha fatto niente ed ha portato su una sola borsa molto leggera senza che nessuno glielo avesse chiesto) ma non le ha accettate perchè ne voleva minimo 100. Allora mi sono preso le mie 10 rupie e non gli ho dato niente dicendo di lasciare un feedback per questa cosa sconveniente.

We feel grateful to know that you loved the property. As an explanation from our side, we would like to put forward our response to your feedback. Firstly we have a strict policy of not accepting any tips from any of our guests. Our greatest rewards are valuable feedbacks and complete guest satisfaction. The bell boy was courteous enough to carry your luggage to your room even if it was light baggage. We have trained our staff in a way that no customer has to do anything in our presence. As a gesture to you, he must have stayed in your room for another second, in case you might ask for something or the other. His intention was not to have tips and because of which he returned the amount you offered him. We assume that because of the language and culture difference you must have miss understood the entire scenario.
Secondly, because of this one incident, you haven't mentioned any positive things which you may have experienced during your stay. Like the huge spread breakfast, Luxurious room amenities, the location of the property and many other minor things which our guests always points towards.
But above all, welcoming you is always more important to us. We really apologize for the misunderstanding. We sincerely hope that apart from this your entire experience was great.

Muy buen servicio
El hotel es muy bonito, las camas cómodas,el agua caliente bien.Destaco el servicio en el restaurant,donde siempre con paciencia nos explicaron en que consistia cada comida
y nos dieron platos sin picante para los niños.Además tuvimos problemas con el wifi y el housekeeper siempre estuvo muy preocupado por arreglar los detalles.
Está al frente del parque que resulta muy grato visitar cuando necesitas un poco de paz...

Hotel confortevole
Hotel al di sopra degli standard indiani. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, ambiente profumato, camere molto ampie e pulite. Letto molto comodo. La doccia non è eccellente ma molto al di sopra dello standard indiano. Colazione molto ricca. Non è in posizione centrale: è necessario muoversi in taxi o con un autista per raggiungere le principali attrazioni. Certamente consigliato

Ottima struttura
Esperienza assolutamente positiva. Bella camera, spaziosa e pulita. Personale gentile e premuroso. Ottima colazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Da cosigliare ad amici e conoscenti.
Posizione non proprio centrale, ma facilmente raggiungibile con pochi minuti di TUC.TUC

Buono, accogliente
Ho trascorso due settimane a Maggio 2014, hotel molto accogliente, personale molto disponibile. Stanze buone molto grandi, pulizia discreta ma non eccelente.
Ristorante discreto, base vegetariana se si vuol mangiar carne bisogna avvisare il giorno prima o avere un po di pazienza.
Lo consiglio a tutti, ottima posizione.

Hôtel très confortable
Bel hôtel tout confort pour un séjour agréable. Très bonne cuisine avec un buffet complet le soir.
Internet (Wi-Fi) un peu lent parfois et payant.
L'hôtel est un peu excentré par rapport au lac Pachola (compter environ 40-45min de marche).

Accueil exeptionnel de la part du personnel de cet hotel
Heureusemement que le personnel de cet hotel nous a accueilli avec gentillesse pendant la reparation de notre vehicule, le voyagiste indien ne semblant pas etre concerne!!!!!! Nous avons trouve ici une chambre confortable,des repas varies et surtout un staff de grande qualite, chacun desirant nous rendre notre passage dans cet hotel le plus agreable possible.Nous recommandons cet hotel sans aucune reserve.
