- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

Amlle space for pets to roam.
The staff is kind, humble and very helpful.
One amazing move at this resort is that it is environment friendly too.
Plastic water bottles are not used instead refillable glass bottles are provided.
Restaurant is too good.
Menu is limited but food is very tasty.

Vantara Resort
I shad an absolutely amazing stay at Vantara resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with breathtaking views of the valley . The on-site restaurants offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. The resort's location was perfect for both relaxation and party.

A home like experience
The stay was absolutely beautiful. Mr. Ajay Kumar greeted us very warmly and we found the property very beautiful. The chef specially made Rajasthani cuisine for us in dinner which was superb. The staff is always eager to help. Only recommendation I ll give is please change the pillows as they are very hard & difficult to sleep in. They were superb at your Jaipur & Dharamshala properties. When I asked for spare ones they turned out to be same. Please change all of them asap as sleep is the most crucial aspect in a trip. The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean otherwise. Thank you.

An excellent value for money gateway
An excellent hotel away from the hustle and bustle. It's perfect for a relaxing gateway. The staff was very helpful and responsive. The food tasty and off a wide variety. The rooms of a very good size and the views of the surrounding country side amazing and peaceful. This resort is excellent value for money. Only reason I give a 4 instead of 5 is
a) They have only one type of pillow and if you are not comfortable with that pillow like me then a good night sleep becomes very difficult.
b) Remember that checkout time is 11 am. We were moving under the impression that it was 12 and started getting multiple calls for luggage etc.. as soon as it was 11.
