  • Are the prices always the same even if the date changes?

  • Is breakfast always included?
    No, it depends on the rate and whether the structure is organized to offer it or not. Check carefully before booking what is included and what is not and what type of service is offered.
  • Can I make special requests?
    Of course, when booking you will have a field where you can write directly to the property and make your requests. These will be evaluated by the Hotel who will respond directly to you. MeTour is not responsible in this decision-making process.
  • What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?
    The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
    For this request, contact the property directly which may have a specific policy in this regard or may need further data on the person to whom you want to transfer the booking.
  • How can I get help with my booking?
    Enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can contact us or by writing through our contact form specifying your booking number and the reason for the contact request. We recommend that you also leave a telephone number where you can be reached in case of need.
  • Are there taxes, local charges or extras to be paid directly on site?
    They are normally clearly indicated in the property sheet or added during the booking phase depending on local regulations or the facility's policies. But even if not clearly indicated, payments may be requested directly to the facility for any tourist taxes, local charges or extras not included in the rate. The advice is to read everything carefully before booking or writing to us through our contact form.
  • Are small pets allowed?
    It is often clearly stated in the property sheet and for this reason we invite you to carefully read their policies. Where not indicated, we invite you to contact us through our contact form for more information.

Excellent Service with Amazing Staff
The team at Anantara Chiang Mai was attentive, friendly, and very helpful. They accommodated our team for the business trip from the beginning until after leaving the hotel. Food & drinks selections were great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a nice time. Khun Nuttawadee and her team were truly exceptional!

Service was above and beyond in difficult circumstances
We had a fantastic week, despite our stay being impacted by the floods in Chiang Mai and I wanted to say a heartfelt thanks to the whole team for keeping us safe, dry and eventually getting us out!
Truly amazed by how well the staff handled a dangerous, stressful situation that was changing by the minute - the way everyone kept a smile on their faces and tried their best to maintain their levels of service was wonderful.
I hope the damage is fixed soon, the team are all safe and well and that Chiang Mai recovers quickly.

The best resort in Chiang Mai.
This is the best resort. All the staff were very friendly, and having Korean staff made it even better from a Korean perspective. I booked a room with Kasara service, and the service was excellent for the price, so I was very satisfied. If I come back to Chiang Mai, I will definitely book here again.

Relaxing resort with wood and plants decor
I am happy with my stay with Anantara. The room was spacious with a patio. The vibe was relaxing and calmly. The water was offered every day and the dishes from breakfast were changed everyday. The staffs were very helpful. I will come back again next time when I’m in Chiang mai

Super Resort
Wir waren für 5 Tage in diesem Resort und es war wirklich toll. Der strandabschnitt ist genial und der Service war super. Außer beim Frühstück, hier hätte ich mir einen besseren Service gewünscht, essen kam leider zweimal nicht wie bestellt.

Tout est parfait... sauf les grenouilles
Hôtel magnifique décoré avec beaucoup de goût, bois, pierre, verdure. Chambre très grande avec de belles attentions pour les enfants. Personnel extrêmement gentil et à l écoute. Restaurant thai excellent dans un cadre idyllique.
Seul bémol et pas des moindres, des plans d'eau avec nénuphars et grenouilles devant les chambres. Certes cela est très joli, mais le bruit est juste insupportable durant toute la nuit, même avec des boules Quies, ce qui n'est pas du tout normal pour ce genre d'hôtel!

Toller Aufenthalt mit tollem Service!
Einmalige Hotelanlage, sehr zuvorkommender, aufmerksamer Service.
Wir haben eine Nacht inklusive Wellness im Anantara verbracht.
Hervorheben möchten wir die extrem schöne Bar sowie der Barbereich drumrum.
Zum Dinner hat uns OAF bedient. Er war sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich und hat seine Aufgabe hervorragend gemacht!
Mit dem Essen selbst waren wir jedoch nicht sooooo zufrieden, dies hätte schon etwas besser sein können.
Die Massagen, die wir hatten, waren sehr entspannend und sehr gut, leider etwas teuer. Aber ja. Wir wollten ja den Wellnesstag im Anantara geniessen!
Zimmer und Service alles Top!
Beim Frühstücksbuffet ist uns aufgefallen, wie aufmerksam das gesamte Personal war. So wurde sofort - zB. ohne Nachfragen- eine vergessene Gabel oder Löffel sofort gebracht, oder etwa das gebrauchte Geschirr sofort abgeräumt:)

Sehr gutes Hotel - aber kein Resort
Die Lage des Hotels am Fluss ist schon einmal sehr einladend; die Anlage ist recht weitläufig angelegt - wenn auch in der Stadt. Als "Resort" würde ich das Anantara allerdings nicht bezeichnen.

Check-in: schnell, freundlich, alles gut

Zimmer: wir hatten ein Zimmer im 2. Stock zum Garten hin - allerdings war der Ausblick eher mau - der Zimmerblock ist L-förmig angelegt; wir hatten ein Zimmer dicht am Knick und konnten damit wunderbar quer in die Nachbarzimmer reinschauen.

Jedes Zimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon (sehr gut!); die Größe der Zimmer ist absolut ausreichend. Gut: der Eingang erfolgt von der Straße her; wegen des Lärms gibt es einen kleinen Flur (von dem das Bad abzweigt) und dann noch eine weitere Tür, um den Straßenlärm draußen zu halten.

Frühstück: super service, gutes Essen, schöne Lage direkt am Fluß mit "Überdachgung" durch ein in die Bäume gehängtes Netz, um herabfallendes Laub abzuhalten.

Der Pool ist extra-lang und es stehen ausreichend Pool-Liegen zur Verfügung.

Alles in allem: ein sehr gutes Hotel in Chiang Mai, allerdings kein "Resort" und ziemlich groß.

Un luxueux havre de paix
Magnifique hôtel, c'est la 2ème fois que nous y avons séjourné. La beauté des lieux, l'accueil, la gentillesse et le dévouement du personnel, tout est top. Nous avons dîner au restaurant 1921, c'était très bon et le service assuré par la si souriante et aimable Ice était formidable. Nous qui sejournons d'hôtel en hôtel en Thaïlande depuis 3 années que nous y venons, le buffet du petit-déjeuner est incontestablement le meilleur et le plus diversifié de tous ! Et quel plaisir de s'installer dehors sur les bords de la rivière Ping et de voir le jour se lever avec les écureuils qui grignotent dans les arbres et ces gros oiseaux perchés attendant de foncer sur un poisson et s'envoler avec dans son bec, et voir la vie qui reprend doucement sur l'autre berge, tout en dégustant des délicieux mets, le rêve !!
L'Anantara, c'est un havre de paix, tout n'est que douceur et calme, un pur bonheur.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon der Deluxe River View Suiten ist fantastisch. Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte in diesem wunderschönen Hotel im Anschluss an unseren Nordthailand Trip. Man betritt die Lobby des Hotels und es umgibt einem sofort eine unglaubliche Ruhe. Die Lage ist aussergewöhnlich - mitten in Downtown,unweit vom Nightbazar und doch weit weg von Allem. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, vom Receptionist bis zum Gärtner. Gerne wieder und ein grosses Dankeschön an das ganze Anantara Team?

Struttura stupenda, mix tra moderno e stile thailandese.
Massima disponibilità e flessibilità nel trovare soluzioni.
Ottima cucina sia quella tailandese (ma deve piacere) che la steakhouse (particolare e soprattutto più idonea ai nostri gusti occidentali).
Consiglio vivamente, anche altre strutture dello stesso gruppo in cui siamo stati ma in città diverse (Anantara the palm, Dubai).

BUEN HOTEL
Increíble Hotel, seguramente de los mejores de Chiang Mai, el servicio muy atento y cordial, incluso pedimos de cambiar la habitación ya que la inicial se encontraba en la parte baja del jardín y lo hicieron velozmente. Por otra parte también mencionar que es en el único hotel que no tuvimos detalle de bienvenida (ya que estábamos de luna de miel) y el desayuno es más bien escueto (pero de gran calidad) si queréis encontrar sitio en la terraza cerca del río debéis de ir a primera hora sino será difícil poder desayunar fuera.

De lujo!!!
Es un hotel de lujo, estuvimos de luna de miel y cada detalle fue único y especial. No adornaron la habitación como estándar, cada detalle fue pensado y así nos lo hicieron sentir.
Las instalaciones con tendencias japonesas son muy cómodas y acogedoras.

Meraviglioso.. ma quante zanzare
Location meravigliosa e lussuosa come solo l’Anantara sa essere in questa parte di mondo, ma l’esperienza è’ un po’ offuscata dalle zanzare che infestano l’area contigua al fiume e che sono onnipresenti nelle aree comuni (bar, ristorante, etc)

It sounds like you had wonderful stay while here in Chiang Mai. I would agree that our location beside the Ping River is a perfect base from which to explore the best that Chiang Mai has to offer.

However please accept my sincere apologize for any inconvenience you caused. Whilst we hope that all of our guests enjoy the resort’s scenic riverside location, tropical environment and exotic nature, your comfort is of the utmost importance and we do everything possible to minimise disturbance from mosquitoes. We work closely with a pest control company, and the resort grounds are fumigated on a weekly basis as per their professional advice. In addition we provide mosquito spray in every guestroom and mosquito repellent at all of our restaurants, bars and public spaces for guests’ convenience. We also advise to keep guestroom balcony doors closed to ensure that bedrooms are mosquito-free. Please rest assured that we will continue to monitor this matter closely and constantly strive to use best practices so that our guests enjoy a comfortable stay.

Ottima cena con vista sul fiume
Nonostante non abbia mai soggiornato in questo hotel, ci sono venuta spesso per cenare al The Restaurant. Nel complesso, l'hotel é splendido e dall'atmosfera chic. Il ristorante, con vista sul fiume Mai Ping, offre cucina non tailandese. Il cibo é sempre stato ottimo, bello da vedere ma soprattutto buonissimo da gustare.
Unico consiglio: portatevi un'anti-zanzare (che potrete comunque chiedere anche al gentilissimo staff) in quanto la posizione prossima al fiume lo rende l'habitat ideale per questi fastidiosi insetti.

Stupendo e pulitissimo
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo resort 2notti.
Posto incantevole , pulitissimo per non parlare del personale , sempre attento ad ogni nostra richiesta.
Abbiamo inoltre mangiamo nel ristorante interno alla struttura, ottima cucina thai. Da provare assolutamente, consigliatissimo.

Dopo l'Anantara Riverside di Bangkok (ottimo hotel) siamo adesso all'Anantara di Chiang Mai. Splendido hotel minimalista chic. La Spa è magnifica ed il personale, oltre che di una gentilezza estrema, è di una notevole professionalità. Lo consiglio vivamente.
