L’hotel si trova in cima ad una collina e si vede il triangolo d’oro. Appena sotto l’hotel c è una pianura dove gli elefanti passeggiano liberi e felici. Mentre si fa il bagno in piscina (a sfioro) si possono vedere gli elefanti e magari anche sentirli barrire: semplicemente magico! Il personale è gentilissimo e super cordiale. Il cibo era molto buono, anche se non tanto il nostro genere. Consigliato a tutti, hotel davvero TOP!

Das Anantara Golden Triangel! Was soll man dazu groß sagen! Selbst ich habe nichts gefunden das ich bemängeln könnte und Reisen ist mein Beruf!
Die Lage, die Zimmer, der Service, alles ist stimmig und das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist mehr als gerechtfertigt! Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Spaziergang mit den Elefanten und ein MUSS für jeden Besucher!

Penso di esser svenuto quando abbiamo messo piede in questo resort. Questo resort è noto per essere un hotel di lusso situato nella regione del Triangolo d'Oro in Thailandia, al confine tra Thailandia, Laos e Myanmar. Offre agli ospiti un'esperienza autentica e un'opportunità unica di esplorare la cultura, la natura e la storia della regione. Non è sicuramente un hotel economico ma tutto quello che offre non ha prezzo. Un must è sicuramente dormire nelle bubble insieme ai giganti, esperienza che fa venire i brividi. Fate attenzione alle politiche di conservazione degli elefanti, poiché è importante scegliere un resort che abbia un approccio etico e responsabile nella gestione degli animali e sicuramente questo è uno tra i migliori in quanti ospita fino a 25 elefanti salvati. Insomma, ne ho visti di resort ma questo li batte a mani basse tutti quanti

Ein schönes Hotel super gelegen, dank upgrade mit tollen Blick auf 3 Ländereck. Beinhaltet ein schönes Programm wobei die Bootstour und Besuch der königlichen Villa zu empfehlen ist. Was verwirrend und nicht gut erklärt wurde was in dem Explorer Paket alles enthalten ist speziell was das Essen betrifft, war auch nicht unbedingt nachvollziehbar in Anbetracht des Preises

E’ stata la nostra prima volta nel Triangolo d’Oro e non potevamo desiderare nulla di meglio del meraviglioso Anantara.
Il punto forte di questo hotel è senza dubbio la vastità della proprietà nella quale è inserito, immerso nella giungla ai confini del Laos e del Myanmar. Non è un semplice hotel con SPA, ma un luogo che si impegna quotidianamente per preservare una specie in via di estinzione, l’elefante asiatico. E con questi giganti buoni è possibile camminare accompagnati da un biologo e un veterinario.
In più, una delle esperienze di punta dell’Anantara è la Jungle Bubble, una bolla immersa nella giungla, nella quale è possibile dormire una notte accompagnati dagli elefanti che stazionano di fronte alla camera fino alla mattina. La cena è inclusa in questa esperienza e il livello di cucina molto alto, con molti piatti tipici del nord della Thailandia. Davvero molto consigliato!

Ein langersehnter Traum wurde endlich wahr.
Wo soll ich nur anfangen mit schreiben. Die Anantara Hotels & Resorts sind und bleiben eindeutig unsere Hotels an 1. Stelle im Raum Asien. Schade das diese noch nicht so sehr in Europa oder in der karibik vertreten sind, aber das ist ein anderes Thema.

Nun zu unserem Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel, die gesamte Einrichtung und das wichtigste das gesamte Team waren einfach nur wundervoll. Eine Oase der Ruhe und an Herzlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen.

Es fing bereits schon lange vor unserer Reise mit der Kommunikation mit dem Hotel an. TUK hatte unseren Aufenthalt und die ganzen Aktivitäten gemeinsam mit mir Vorfeld abgestimmt und hat wirklich alles möglich gemacht was wir uns vorstellten.
Es fing bereits bei dem Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel an, wo wir gerne auf den Weg dorthin noch eine Teeplantage besichtigen wollten und dies war überhaupt kein Problem. TUK organsierte uns eine Bootstour auf dem Mekong River und plante mit uns die restlichen Tage sowie das schönste an dem Aufenthalt die Elefantenbegegnungen.

Unser Empfang wurde, wie in einem Anantara Hotel meist üblich, mit einer Trommelzeremonie begrüßt. Der Check In war äußerst unkompliziert und von höchster professioneller Qualität.
Als GHA Discovery Platinum Mitglied wurde uns sogar kostenfrei ein Zimmerupgrade in eine Suite gewährt welches keine Wünsche offen ließ.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß mit großen Balkon mit Blick in das Golden Triangle. Alle Annehmlichkeiten waren im Zimmer vorhanden und das Zimmer ließ wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Vielen Dank auch hier noch einmal für das Upgrade.

Das Restaurant und die Speisen zum Abend waren sehr lecker und wir aßen dort jeden Abend. Es gab Italienische und Thailändische Gerichte.

Das Frühstück wurde auf Bestellung serviert, was mir persönlich sehr gefallen hat und es kein Buffet gab.

Man muss dazu sagen, dass zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wenig Gäste im Hotel vorhanden waren, aber der Service und das ganze drum herum keines weges irgendwie heruntergefahren wurde oder an Personal fehlte. Einfach nur top.

Der Pool sucht in Thailand mit dem Blick auf die Elefanten im Tal und in das Golden Triangle seines Gleichen. Einfach nur ein Wow Erlebnis.

Die Bar servierte uns jeden Abend und auch tagsüber :-) hervorrangende Cocktails, ganz großes Lob dafür.

TUK organisierte bzw. reservierte ebenfalls für uns bereits im Vorfeld Anwendungen im Spa zu Uhrzeiten welche mit uns abgestimmt waren. Wir hatten gemeinsam jeweils das Anantara Signature Treatment und waren rundum zufrieden und danach wie neu geboren. Beim zweiten Besuch hatte meine Freundin dieselbe Behandlung und ich entschied mich für eine Thai Massage. Auch hier wieder einfach alles von höchster Professioneller Qualität und das ganze drum herum unvergesslich und sehr entspannend. Wirklich auch hier an dieser Stelle ein ganz großes Lob und Dankeschön an alle Damen aus dem Spa Bereich.

Eine weitere Aktivität im Resort war unter anderem eine Tour im Royal Enfield Sidecar. Diese Tour hat mir persönlich sehr gefallen und ich hätte noch stundenlang weiterfahren können. Die Tour ging unter anderem ins Hinterland von Chiang Rai wo wir Obstplantagen, Reisfelder und Einheimische bei der Arbeit beobachten konnten. Ich liebe solche Touren abseits der Touristenstraßen um die Menschen kennenlernen zu können wie sie Leben und wie Ihre Bräuche und alles drum herum so ist. Wirklich sehr schöne Tour, kann ich nur jeden empfehlen.

Und nun zu unserem Highlight bei unserem Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaften Resort, die Begnungen mit den Elefanten. Am 1. Tag hatten wir alles im Elefanten Camp über die Elefanten, Ihren Gefangenschaften und Ihren Mahouts kennengelernt, durften kranke Elefanten füttern und sogar abduschen. Ein Erlebnis was schon unvergesslich und auch sehr lehrreich war.

Am 2. Tag durften wir sogar mit den Elefanten spazieren gehen und dies kann ich euch sagen war einfach nur der absolute Wahnsinn und einfach unbeschreiblich.
Wir fuhren mit den Jeep zu den Elefanten ins Tal, welches man übrigens auch vom Hotel aus sehen kann, und dann kam ein Elefant mit seinem Mahout, dann plötzlich kam ein 2. Elefant mit seinem Mahout und dann kam plötzlich auch noch ein 3. Elefant mit seinem Mahout. 3 riesige Elefanten die nur darauf warteten endlich mit uns spazieren zu gehen. Wahnsinn. Die Elefanten waren so zutraulich und so behutsam und vorsichtig, sodass wir uns gleich in sie von Anfang an verliebten. Wir gingen mit Ihnen zum Grasen, wir gingen mit Ihnen durch die Natur, wir gingen mit Ihnen zum Baden an den Fluss, wobei ein Elefant auf die andere Seite nach Myanmar geschwommen ist weil dort der Schlamm wahrscheinlich besser war :-) und kam dann natürlich zurück. Ein Erlebniss was wir nie vergessen werden. Und nein Elefantenreiten oder irgendwelche anderen Touri Attraktionen sind dort tabu und wir wahren wirklich auch froh, dass dies dort so ist. Ein riesen Lob an die Mahouts welche sich so sorgam um Ihre Elefanten kümmern und an das Resort welches Sie dabei tagtäglich dabei unterstützt und gemeinsam das alles mit betreibt.

Unser letzter Abend, bevor es weiter ging, sollte natürlich noch einmal einen entsprechenden und krönenden Abschluss haben. Ich wollte meine Freundin mit diesem Abend überraschen und habe mit TUK auch hierfür im Vorfeld bereits alles abgestimmt. Es war ein Dinner "Dining by Design" am Fluss und das gesamte Team hat hier wirklich im beisein von meiner Freundin nichts verraten und gar angesprochen. Der Weg dorthin zum vorbereiteten Tisch mit Fackeln und alles war wunderschön angelegt und traumhaft. Die Überaschung ist mir sowie auch dem gesamten Team wirklich gelungen. Vielen Dank dafür. Das Highlight an diesem Abendessen war dann noch einmal die Begegnung mit 2 Elefanten welche um unseren Tisch herum grassten und wir sie auch mit Zuckerrohr füttern durften. Das Essen entsprach einem 3 Sterne Restaurant ohne zu übertreiben und der Service an dem ganzen Abend war unübertrefflich. Ein wirklich sehr gelungener Abend und krönender Abschluss unseres Aufenthaltes in diesem wunderschönen Resort.

Ich kann an dieser Stelle nur noch einmal das Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort zu 1000% weiterempfehlen und trauere immer noch den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt hinterher und sehne mich zurück dorthin.
Aber was wäre so eine wunderschöne Anlage ohne Ihre Mitarbeiter. Hier noch einmal vielen lieben Dank für alles und das Ihr dazu beigetragen habt, dass unser langersehnter Traum endlich in Erfüllung ging und wahr wurde.

Aussi pour éviter tout malentendu, je me permets de souligner un élément important concernant nos tarifs, ils sont tout compris, chambre en pension complète et consommation illimitée en boissons, alcools et nourriture avec trois restaurants au choix, Sala Mae Nam notre restaurant Thai, Baan Dhalia, notre restaurant Italien, et Opium Terrace avec une cuisine internationale; transferts aéroport aller-retour; une activité au choix par jour et par personne, promenade pédestre avec les éléphants, ou apprentissage approfondi avec nos experts, cours de cuisine avec votre chef privé, traitements spa au choix, yoga, et enfin excursion découvertes du Triangle d’Or.

J’ai la chance de beaucoup voyager et de séjourner dans beaucoup d’hôtels.
Vous avez des hôtels dont les chambres sont extraordinaires mais qui ne vous laisse aucune émotion mémorable.
Dans cette hôtel, vous vivrez une expérience extraordinaire.
Je vous conseille vraiment D’aller à la rencontre des éléphants que la fondation de cet hôtel a su protéger. J’étais monté il y a quelques années sur le dos d’un éléphant en me sentant mal à l’aise. Le sentiment que ce que je faisais n’était pas très bien pour lui…
Dans cette hôtel on propose une toute autre expérience : en pleine nature, accompagné de son cornaque, vous avez la chance de comprendre un peu mieux cet animal hors du commun. Là en marchant à ses côtés j’ai retrouvé les dimensions d’humilité qu’impose ses 4 tonnes en toute sérénité.
J’ai pu aussi réserver la nuit dans la bulle qui permet de dormir à l’extérieur de l’hôtel tout en observant trois éléphants qui sont à proximité. Juste à quelques mètres. Là aussi une expérience rare…Se réveiller en les voyant juste en face de vous, quel moment extraordinaire
Par ailleurs l’ensemble de l’équipe est vraiment très dévouée et a le sens du sourire et du service.
L’ensemble est très cohérent et je ne peux que recommander d’aller dans cette hôtel.

C’est une parenthèse naturelle en toute simplicité que cet hôtel vous propose.

Nous avons passé 3 jours magiques à l'Anantara Golden Triangle. L'accueil, l'expérience avec la ballade à dos d'éléphant pour les amener au bain est à ne pas rater.
Les 3 jours dans cet hôtel sont passés trop vite ! Le restaurant italien est délicieux et nous y avons diner chaque soir !

Ottimo resort nel nord della Thailandia, ai confini con Laos e Myanmar. Atmosfera rilassata e accoglienza eccellente da parte di tutto il personale sempre pronto a farti sentire a casa. Bellissima la spa e di buon livello i ristoranti, incluso quello con cucina italiana. Il resort ospita un campo di elefanti che vivono in grandi spazi ai margini di fiumi e pozze d’acqua all’interno delle quali possono bere e giocare. Non si ha la sensazione di essere all’interno di un campo recintato in quanto gli spazi sono davvero a perdita d’occhio. L’esperienza di camminare all’alba accanto a questi ‘giants’ è davvero impagabile. Bravi!

Es uno de los mejores (si no es que el mejor) hoteles en los que me he hospedado en mi vida. Las experiencias con los elefantes son maravillosas, y me encantó que también se enfocan en los mahouts y sus familias en atención de llevar a cabo una verdadera protección de los elefantes. La comida y el servicio de todos los que atienden es excepcional, todos te brindan toda la ayuda y te resuelven cualquier duda, y siempre con una sonrisa. Es una lástima que sólo me haya podido quedar 4 días porque fácilmente podría estar aquí 2 semanas, tienen muchas otras actividades que valen la pena. Las vistas desde la habitación a Myanmar y Laos son increíbles, la alberca también es preciosa y si tienen suerte desde ahí se pueden ver y escuchar a los elefantes. Es un lugar EXCEPCIONAL.

Estuve junto a mi esposa cuatro días en el Anantara Golden Triangle. Es difícil escribir con palabras todo lo que vivimos. Unos días de ensueño, mágicos e inolvidables. Sin lugar a dudas una de las mejores experiencias hoteleras de nuestras vidas. Llegaron a buscarnos con una limusina 4 por 4 con tablet, dulces, bebidas i wifi, la llegada es apoteósica, la entrada parece un templo, las vistas a Laos y Myanmar son fabulosas, me encantó el elegante estilo colonial, con obras de arte que hay en el hotel, las habitacion con unas vistas de infaerto, con jacuzzi, con todas las facilidades posibles, la carta exquisita, hicimos varias experiencias como cocina tailandesa, tienen toda una zona super moderna para cursos de cocina, por supuesto la piscina infinita, el jacuzzi con vistas a los tres países, todo muy loco, que parece que no puede ser cierto. Recomiendo una cena By Design, personalizada con el chef que te cocina y van a verte unos elefantes, De locos repito.
Pero es que lo mejor está por llegar, disponen de unos 20 elefantes rescatados, y ese es un punto muy importante, de circos y de campesinos que los explotaban, puedes tener una experiencia muy próxima y personalizada con estas maravillosas criaturas. impresionante.

De verdad, una de nuestras mejores experiencias!!!

Este magnifico hotel es ideal para pasar al menos 3 días..esta situado a 3 min del triangulo del oro y del big buda.

Para familias, parejas o amigos es ua opcion perfecta. Tiene tantas actividades que no te da tiempo a aburrirte...yoga,boxeo, paseos en barco, visitas a los templos principales(en, shuttle gratuito),pero sin olvidar lo mas importante del hotel: el campamento de elefantes.

Viven en semilibertad en la jungla y los llevan al campamento para hacer actividades con los clientes..una experiencia inolvidable y cien por cien recomendada... para los honeymooners no podeis dejar este hotel sin organizar una cena privada con los elefanfes... sin palabras..

Para los yoguis,es un lugar idilico..tienen un espacio en lo mas alto de la propiedad con unas vistas insolitas, un lugar lleno de paz y que invita a meditar.

En cuanto a la comida, simplemente decir que exquisita..el restaurante principal -donde sirven el desayuno con vistas a laos- sirven cocina tailandesa y lanna que es una delicia...
Respecto a las habitaciones, intentad reservar con vistas a la piscina.. los atardeceres alli son una autentica maravilla... tienen una bañera de ensueño.

Que decir de la piscina.. de las mejores que he visto en mi vida con vistas a las montañas (subo picture).

Los alrededores de la propiedad invitan a pasear y buscar los bufalos de agua! Puedes coger una bici y explorar la zona... inclusoo los alrededores..cuando fui, tenia curiosidad por probarlas y sin duda fue un acierto.

Pero lo mejor sin lugar a dudas, es el equipo humano..educados, profesionales, atentos y muy serviciales.. Toeng, fue maravilloso con nosotros y nos regalo mucho tiempo en explicarnos todo al detalle. Gracias!!!

Mi sono recato all' Anantara per una cena speciale , organizzata in anticipo,anche se non soggiornavo nell'hotel. Abbiamo scelto la cena al campo degli elefanti, ed è stata stupenda! All'arrivo abbiamo deciso di fare un aperitivo al tramonto vicino alla bellissima piscina, poi siamo stati accompagnati con una jeep al campo degli elefanti dove si è tenuta la cena privata. Il cibo era buono e la location magnifica! Abbiamo anche avuto modo di dare da mangiare agli elefanti e fare delle foto con loro. A fine cena poi, abbiamo acceso una lanterna, è stato molto romantico. Speriamo di tornare presto per soggiornare nel resort!
