What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". Feel like home!!
Anantara Iko Mauritius.. Where do I start!! Location one of my favorite beach in Mauritius, Le Chaland, La Cambuse!! Our host is Nilesh was simply a gentleman, great intro and quick tour around the Property, insightful tour.
Our first diner was at the Sea Fire Salt, amazing seafood platter, a bit expensive but we were very satisfied. An impressive young lady Tisha made sure we had a table that night.
Breakfast was very interesting, Mrs Rekha took great care of us, the lady making the pancake also prepared the Sagoo and it was the best i ever had for a very long time.. I had 4 bowls of it until it was finished.. haha..
Diner tonight was gorgeous like Tisha, she took us on a quick tour through the buffet, we felt like home and special.. Vinesh also met us and we had a good chat.. In short, take good care of your staff and they'll take good care of your business..

Yummy breakfast
I was very impressed by the warm welcome by restaurant staff. The buffet offers a wide range of breakfast options that will please most guest. Staff are very friendly and willing to assist. Food is well prepared, presented and tastes yummy. Decor and cleanliness is acceptable.
Possible place for improvement: There are birds that are flying around the dining area above the guests meals to find their food. On a lighter note, I am not sure if my coffee that was left unattended while i went to plate my breakfast. Wonder if the birds flew down to my coffee. I will never know but i did finish the coffee.

We’ve been there for the second time and our stay was very pleasant. Good hospitality and such a warm welcome by Mr Indiren at the pool restaurant. He took great care of us. Quality food & service for sure. Would defo visit again.
