  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. This place is premium quality. I highly recommend the lagoon access rooms. The lagoon is very big and often quite empty giving you a big space. I also really enjoyed the food service Sakhuni was an excellent waitress she was very helpful and attentive. It was our 3rd time coming here and I would do it 100 more! Anantara is suitable to ALL guests. And I highly recommend

Lovely Stay at the Anantara
We visited the Anantra earlier this year with our 4 year old son. This was our second visit to the resort (first with a child) and both times we were not disappointed.

The rooms and facilities are clean and the staff attentive and polite. The food at the restaurants both times has been amazing and the variety was great.

We had our son attend the kids club and he loved it. We found it a little unorganised at times but our son was happy which was the main thing.

All in all a great trip and somewhere we would come back to.

A wonderful hotel which is different and totally delights
Gorgeous hotel. Fabulous staff. Food is excellent and always very fresh. We booked a standard room which was lovely. Very spacious excellent shower and huge king size bed.
The hotel complex is spread out over a large area interspersed with gorgeous lagoons where you can sit and swim. It really is a stunning hotel with a large main pool and children’s pool. The hotel boasts a long beach with well spaced loungers. There is no shortage of beach towels and staff who are on hand to provide you with food drinks and general information.
This hotel is amazing and we would definitely book again.

A peaceful haven in amongst the busy life of Dubai
Had a lovely 7 night break here at Anantara Dubai. Have lost count of the times we have stayed here as returning guests. There is something magical about this resort. Being by the lagoons under a moonlit sky transports you to Thailand. I feel this every time we come. Thank you to The GM for welcoming us back and taking the time to meet with us personally. To Zarifa & Eve for helping us create more wonderful memories. The birthday cakes and balloons were much appreciated. To the wonderful Sumi at World Islands, your effervescent personality never wanes - we loved spending time with you! To Mike & Lily and everyone in Revo. To the whole of the Bushmans Team, especially the Chef who took the time to especially make sublime meals for my wife who is vegetarian. Team Beach House, we enjoyed our late night drinks and watching the sunsets. To Kevin & Sultan At Conceirge for the trouble you took to find us a rooftop bar to finish celebrating our son’s milestone birthdays. Die im thailändischen Stil erbaute Anlage und der wunderbare Service aller Mitarbeiter/Innen haben wir sehr genossen. Die gesamte Anlage vermittelt uns Ruhe und Entspannung, welchen wir in unserem Lagunenpool-Bungalow erlebt haben.

Séjour à l’hôtel
J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant une semaine et j'ai été agréablement surprise par la qualité de la chambre. Elle était spacieuse, propre et bien équipée avec un lit confortable. Le personnel était très accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. Madu a fait en sorte que nous ne manquions de rien. La localisation est idéale pour un séjour reposant.

Rien à dire. Personnel adorable. Lieux magnifiques. Si seulement les hôteliers pouvaient tirer des leçons de ce type d'hôtel. Les sévices sont au top.

Me encantó el lugar estuve en the lotus lounge y es fantástico.
El.lugar es increiboe tiene una vista Hermosa, su ubicacion es perfecta, estube en the lotus lounge tomando El te y es una experiencia Unica, su musica, su menu, su Ambiente es muy instagrameable, las meseras son muy atentas a todas tus necesidades, viví una experiencia increíble volveré pronto.

un hôtel incroyable et ça commence à l’arrivée avec un accueil exceptionnel ,boisson, serviette rafraîchissante , la réceptionniste a même prit le temps de mettre deux minuscule chaise pour nos deux enfants et elle a mit à leurs disposition un sac d’activité afin qu’ils s’occupent le temps du Check in

Nous avons une chambre vue sur lagon , chambre très spacieuse , propre

Les repas sont sont très très bons
Pour ma part nous profitons ma famille et moi du restaurant qui propose des buffets , que ce soit le matin ou les repas de la journée ils sont dignes de grand restaurant
Il y a beaucoup de choix et on sent que c’est fait avec des produits de qualités

Le lagon est propre est très surveillé
Le personnel est d’une gentillesse remarquable..

( petit point négatif on avait une odeur de renfermé dans la chambre)

Personnels sympathiques , hôtel agréable.
Hôtel agréable , très bon service , chambres grandes et propres , l’homme qui nettoie la chambre était très à l’écoute ( SAI) et son service était 10/10. Piscine parfaite, service SPA est de haute qualité.

Reste quelques points à améliorer, la variété de la bouffe, surtout samedi soir (puisque la concentration est plus pour le brunch de midi)
Aussi faut penser à des activités pour les enfants.

Un hotel muy limpio con servicio excelente. La habitacion grande directo a la piscina me encanto esto y desde allí te vas directo a la otra piscina y después a la playa ... fuimos a celebrar mi cumpleaños y la sorpresa fue maravillosa junto con la torta y la champaña ... muy hermosa sorpresa . fueron días inolvidables muchas gracias a todo el personal... saludos desde Suiza.

Il massimo come ogni anno
Come ogni anno sempre tutto perfetto. Dalla camera al servizio alla colazione. Con la mezza pensione si mangia benissimo e in quantita' ad un prezzo davvero ragionevole. Ci torno di sicuro l'anno prossimo. Raccomando come il migliore hotel a Dubai.

Ottimo Resort. Stile Anantara sempre elevato
Affezionati clienti della catena, ci siamo fermati, proveniendo da Anantara Iko Mauritius, per la nostra ultima tappa verso casa.
La camera con accesso diretto alla laguna è stata una scelta azzeccata in questa stagione ancora molto calda, camera che abbiamo apprezzato per dimensione e disposizione, nonché per la qualità del servizio, che è sempre stato impeccabile, dopo il primo giorno in cui la stanza alle 16 non era ancora stata rifatta, ma una volta parlato con l'addetto e con l'ottimo customer relation service, nei giorni successivi è stata perfetta.
Eccellente la colazione sia per qualità che per quantità, comodo lo shuttle per l'Emirates Mall.
Nella norma la cena presso il ristorante Mekong, che propone specialità asiatiche .
Bella e ampia spiaggia di cui non abbiamo usufruito molto a causa del calore e umidità, ancora elevate nonostante fossimo alla metà di ottobre.
Concludendo, lo standard elevato della catena è stato rispettato, un plauso al customer service davvero efficiente ed attento, nonchè al servizio in camera rapidissimo.

Ottima struttura
L’hotel è molto grande, ben organizzato e pulitissimo. Il personale sempre disponibile e gentile. Nella camera si trova ogni tipo di confort, dalla bilancia, all’asse con il ferro da stiro. Nei kit in bagno c’è anche lo spazzolino una e getta di legno con il dentifricio. I vari ristoranti che si trovano all’interno del complesso sono tutti di ottima qualità. Si mangia davvero bene, si sente davvero poco la mancanza del buon cibo italiano. Consiglio assolutamente 💯
L’unica pecca è che se volete spostarvi con la metro bisogna comunque prendere un taxi per raggiungerla, ma considerando il costo si può assolutamente fare!

Mala experiencia en este hotel
No tuvimos una buena experiencia en este hotel.La sala de desayuno principal estaba abarrotada de gente con un ambiente mas de un todo incluido que de un hotel de primera línea como se supone que es.El personal de recepción tampoco estuvo a la altura de un establecimiento que se supone tiene el nivel de calidad que dice.Nuestra reserva tuvo un montón de problemas porque no se había volcado bien en su sistema y nos volvieron locos .Experiencia que con seguridad, no repetiremos y establecimiento que lamentablemente no podemos recomendar

Maravilloso! Maravilloso!!!
Este hotel tiene todo para unas Perfectas vacaciones! Es julio y hace mucho calor así que reservamos habitaciones con acceso directo a la laguna. Fantásticas!!!! Tenían mucho espacio, cama grande y cómoda, baño grande con bañera y ducha por separado, agua para beber de cortesía todos los días.
El personal es increíble! siempre atentos, simpáticos, eficientes todos en todas las secciones, recepción, choferes tuctuc, limpieza, en los restaurantes.. TODOS. El desayuno es muy variado, hay de todo y más … los sábados con música en vivo pues ofrecen un brunch por lo que hay aún más opciones deliciosas.
Teníamos media pensión así que comimos en los cuatro restaurantes. Quedamos maravillados!!! Este hotel lo repetiremos con seguridad!!!

Nice and relaxing
Hotel ideal para pasar unos dias de relax total. Estuvimos 3 dias en Nochevieja en una de las habitaciones con acceso a la piscina. Es muy tranquilo y tiene varios restaurantes. Mi hija es celiaca y tienen una seccion especifica de comida sin gluten. Acceso a la playa directo donde te atienden de maravilla. EL personal es muy amable y dispuesto. Para lo que suele ser Nochevieja en Dubai, un lugar tranquilo y a muy buen precio con todo lo que necesitas. Vimos los fuegos artificiales de Buj al Arab y Burj Al Khalifa desde alli y fue una maravilla. Incluso se pueden ver los del Hotel Atlantis y JVR. Y sin agobios.Absolutamente recomendable
