SERVICE DEPLORABLE
L'hotel était en réfection et toute la réception en travaux . Vous traversez donc un véritable chantier vos bagages à la main en essayant de ne pas vous cogner dans un obstacle.
Bien évidemment personne ne vous a informé de la situation ( alors même que nous avions réservé en janvier pour un séjour en juin !!)
Du coup la réception provisoire est dans un autre bâtiment du complexe et il vous faut prendre pas moins de 4 ascenseurs ( quatre vous avez bien lu ) plus de la marche pour atteindre la nouvelle reception. Et le moins que l'on puise dire c'est que vous vous débrouillez tout seul pour la trouver.
Meme trajet pour le petit déjeuner le lendemain.
Même trajet pour la piscine qui en plus vous impose le port du bonnet de bain( je n'ai jamais vu cela dans un hotel auparavant !) et des tongs( !!). Autant dire que les clients, ne s'y pressent pas.
Tout cela pourrait inciter le staff de l'hotel à être un peu arrangeant? Et bien non .
A l'Anyos c'est circulez il n'y a rien à discuter .
Nous avions réservé 5 chambres , quatre dans l'hotel et une( la mienne) dans des appartements situés dans un autre building . On me propose de me mettre dans une chambre à côté de mes amis. Sans supplément me dit -on . Bel effort mais en réalité la chambre est moins chère que l'appartement et les petits déjeuners sont même compris ... Sauf pour moi . Qui doit payer le prix de l'appartement( après tout pourquoi pas ) et les petits déjeuners en sus !
Tout cela dans un hotel aux trois quarts vide .
J'ai essayé de parler avec la reception puis avec le superviseur mais on m'a bien fait comprendre que c'était comme ca et pas autrement.
Ce sens aigu de l'hospitalité me dépasse totalement.

Pas top
On a passer une seule nuit et Dieu merci ! Déjà à l’arrivé vous avez la réception anglais ou espagnol , les français c’est pas au goût des Receptionniste , après elle vous donne vos cartes , on nous donne une chambre qu’on accède après 3 ascenseurs , on arrive au parking P10 celui qu’on nous a dit le temps de dépose de bagage il nous dit pas possible ici c’est en face , bref , une partie de l’hôtel en rénovation la réception de cet hôtel déjà y’a n’a plus on y accède dans un garage humide avec des fil qui pendent , regardez juste la photo .. 4 étoiles , on a la vue encore qui est bien sur les montagnes , mais on comprendra qu’elle est aussi pas bien le matin à 6h quand le balais incessant de voitures y défile sous notre fenêtre , et là on allume l’eau le début coule marron … et oui l’immeuble est en travaux à 105€ la nuit sa commence à m’agacer … mais si c’était que ça ! On essaye de partir à la piscine alors la un sketch : vous avez le bonnet ? Les tong ? … non ok 2 bonnets 2 paires de tong 16€ … obligatoire bien entendu ! … bref ! On avait pris un nuit avec ma femme et ma fille et là je me retrouve avec 2 petit lit à coller en terme de lit parental le top chacun sont côté oublier le King size ici ! Et puis là on se dors paisiblement , les voitures attaque la montée sous le balcon , puis a 7h30 l'artisan qui attaque sont travail à casser des carreaux de carrelage au dessus de notre balcon avec sont marteau ! Oui oui à 7h30 du matin un bruit phénoménal ... j'ai téléphoné à la réception et mis les point sur les iiii ! Bref sa c'est calmer convenablement même si on a entendu encore quelques coup de marteau disons discret ... comme je vous l'ai dit si vous voulez du calme et du facile et pas qu'on vous voit comme un portefeuille ambulant n'allez pas dans cet hôtel c'est un village rien de passionnant je déconseille fortement ! Ah oui j'avais oublier 2 passage d'hélicoptère le matin les vitrages sont simple comme le lit à mon avis !!!

Hotel mala calidad
Cambio de habitación, imposibilidad de ducharse si no llenas toda la habitación de agua, por mal desagüe. Encendida la calefacción en pleno julio, sin aire acondicionado. Otra habitación mismo problema pero el agua no llega a la habitacion. Habitaciones y hotel en si viejunos, falta limpieza y desconchones hasta en el ascensor. Calor insoportable, me ofrecen un ventilador portatil. 4 estrellas señores. Finalmente reembolso y buscar otro hotel. No aconsejable

Extraordinaria estancia. Todo un lujo en Andorra.
Top ten de mis hoteles.
Sin duda alguna que se trata de uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que he estado y eso que soy un viajero experimentado.
Destaco la profesionalidad de su personal, la ubicación y sobre todo las instalaciones porque el circuito termal de Aquaspa está al alcance de muy pocos.
Buffet completisimo, limpieza diaria de las habitaciones y los paisajes desde cualquier punto del resort son especialmente signos de resaltar.
No entiendo las quejas de los ascensores, precisamente porque el hitel se encuentra ubicado en las laderas del valle de Anyos y de ahí su encanto. Ni tampoco entiendo las críticas a los horarios de co.oda, puesto que te lo hace más fácil todo, para que no halla aglomeraciones.
Insisto, perfecta estancia de Semana Santa y sin duda se nos hizo corto por el lujo del resort.
100% recomendable.
