  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Super séjour
Petit séjour en couple fin Septembre, le cadre est super sympa !

L'accès à la mer se fait via un escalier qui descend depuis l'hôtel.
Personnel très agréable, et le petit déjeuner était super bon.

La vue pour déjeuner est juste magnifique.

Les chambres sont très confortables et spacieuses.

A refaire sans hésiter.

Lovely public areas but the apartment was pretty grim!
We stayed in one of the ‘traditional’ apartments. I found the apartment size to be great. The kitchen area was very clean & so were all the plates, cups, glasses etc…
However…..the bathroom was awful! It was dark, dated & had no window or extractor fan which meant that it smelt damp all the time. There was also a stale smell of urine as the toilet appeared to have a bit of a slow leak. Housekeeping was not good either! We started the week with female cleaners which were great but then make cleaners started coming & honestly, they were useless!! Just did the bare minimum & left.
There was a huge TV in the lounge & it had loads of English channels which was perfect when we had a couple of drizzly mornings.

We stayed half board. The breakfast was fantastic! So much choice. Dinner was also good but it appeared to have a weekly menu & as we stayed for 12 nights we found it quite boring having the same meals second time around….
I have to follow a gluten free diet & found the main dining room very good. Everything was labelled & there was always at least one gluten free dessert. At breakfast there was always a gluten free cake available which was amazing & something I’ve never experienced anywhere that I’ve travelled to. I was so impressed!

The poolside restaurant was a huge disappointment as apart from salad there was nothing gluten free for me. No chips, no rice, no potatoes. Nothing!! I was very disappointed. Because of this my family went out to eat pretty much every afternoon. I was also disappointed with the fact that the hotel sells tiny 330ml bottles of water for €1.50! These bottles are for children under 5 - NOT grown adults! The restaurants on the beach sold 500ml bottles for the same price so we just went there or bought some from the supermarket.

Evening entertainment was horrendous! The worst we’ve seen by far…..
We would’ve purchased more drinks from the bar if it had been something worth watching…..but instead we just went back to our room.

I should also add that the furniture on the balcony was old & filthy!! That wouldn’t be acceptable in a hostel - never mind a 3 star hotel.

I’ve scored this review 4/5 but in all honesty a 3.5/5 would’ve been more appropriate.
The views of the beach are really what sells this hotel. I did enjoy myself but I definitely wouldn’t return,

SUPER CLEAN & GREAT LOCATION
Spotlessly clean apartment in an ideal, peaceful location. The road ends with an overflow car park for the hotel, so only hotel traffic. Impressed that we could go to the pool at 11am and still plenty of sunbeds available. Short walk down steps to the gorgeous beach. Lots of fabulous restaurants within walking distance. We hope to see you again soon.

Family summer break
First family holiday after Covid lockdowns and restrictions. Overall it was a good break. A few negative sides but it's the same as anywhere due to personal preference. Would recommend family with kids and couples looking for quietless in the evening. Still able to get somewhere noisy within walking distance if fancy.

Lovely setting quiet resort few flaws not for the unfit or disabled
The hotel is set in lovely well kept grounds has a beautiful view and the pool area kids park games room pool bar main bar (a little expensive) lots of steps to the beach and everything is lovely and clean all the time.

It is up a graduated steepish hill with lots of other 3 hb hotels . The resort is quiet with a few restaurants bars down the hill towards the beach 10 15 min.away.Maybe not enough choice to eat out for two weeks I feel. the resort lacked supermarkets that you didn’t have to walk for at least 15 min to and the intermarche was half empty. the hotel has a small shop which was expensive but it’s not stocked enough for so many self catering apartments.

On arrival at 12 lunch time they advised we could not get in our room till 4 which is a bit late I feel .

When we went back we were given a room in block 5 on the fourth floor ,there is no lift so thats 8 steps x 2 flights times 4 floors which totals 64 steps . With 3 suit cases so if your not super fit this is hard work. and I did feel as the week went on I got more fit but it did mean you didn’t really want to keep going up and down through out the day. In the heat.

The hotel room is basic but very clean and had a big balcony air con was only in the living room ,not in the bedroom that had a ceiling fan which didn’t do a lot. The kitchen was adequate but they need more glasses that are not tiny and bowls to put in the microwave. I didn’t want to cook much but the equipment didn’t really work for us to make something simple.

We enjoyed the pool and the grounds it’s quiet and beautiful which we enjoyed but maybe back ground music for a bit every now and again not all day would have been nice as it lacked atmosphere at times .also maybe opening the upstairs main bar in the day earlier with aircon to get out the heat. the hotel would be better half board as the option to do self catering was not ideal with the option of a kitchen .

Or you need a car and are prepared to drive everywhere.

We liked the fact that you got pool towels and the safe was free of charge free wifi which on the balcony and in the living room was pretty good and ok round pool etc. nice touch keeps a teenager happy.

Summary -we had a lovely time but will probably not return as it did not quite work for us

If your not pretty fit or have walking issues or are disabled maybe this is hotel is not for you and if you have a bulky buggy with sleeping kids what would you do with it on all the stairs ,it was not obvious at a glance how a disabled person would navigate around the grounds and was not stated clearly on booking so could be a unwelcome surprise for some people.

Buena experiencia pero necesita una reforma urgente!!
En general bien la experiencia, porque la ubicación es preciosa y el personal atento, y al final eso suple muchas carencias.
El desayuno y el buffet de la media pensión no están mal, pero al segundo día ya te parece todo igual, cambian muy poco las comidas: siempre hamburguesas, perritos, embutidos, quesos, pizzas, pasta.. todo exactamente igual y de los mismos sabores, y luego algún guiso de carne y pescado que iban cambiando. El desayuno igual siempre.
En cuanto a las habitaciones bastante limpias pero muy muy antiguas, con olor q rancio, el baño años 60 y las puertas y ventanas no cerraban bien, entraba todo el aire.
Las camas supletorias son un sofá cama de cemento con 2 colchones… casi me asusto cuando llegué..
Necesita una reforma urgente, son bastante caros para tener esas instalaciones.

Hotel funzionale ma datato.
L'hotel è su una collina occupata anche da altri hotel dello stesso gruppo. Questo in particolare è in un comprensorio formato da una portineria/ reception con la sbarra e circa 15 palazzine di circa 12 appartamentini l'uno, il ristorante e la piscina.
Il nostro appartamento era formato da una camera, un salotto,bagno, cucina e terrazzino. L'arredamento è spartano e datato ma il necessario c'è ed è pulito. La TV prende un canale RAI. E' una soluzione adatta a famiglie con bambini.
Il ristorante è grande e c'è anche una veranda ed un terrazzo che si affaccia sulla piscina e sulle belle falesie. La piscina è adattata per far entrare in acqua anche persone disabili o con difficoltà deambulatorie. Intorno ci sono ombrelloni ed un bar. C'è anche una zona giochi per bambini.
Dalla piscina, tramite una comoda scala di legno si scende alla bella e lunga spiaggia di sabbia in parte attrezzata con ombrelloni e un bar.
Colazione e cena sono al buffet Il buffet è abbastanza vario ma orientato ad una clientela nordeuropea. I camerieri sono gentili e attenti.
Si può parcheggiare gratuitamente lungo la strada centrale oppure in un ampio parcheggio in terra battuta in fondo al comprensorio.

El mejor hotel en la mejor playa de todo el Algarve
Fantástico en todo y ahora también en cumplir con todos los requisitos más estrictos de seguridad dada la situación del COVID. Además de todo, el staff es muy simpático y extremadamente diligente en todo lo que lea hemos pedido. Y la playa de Falesia es una de las más bonitas del Algarve, donde es muy fácil bañarte. El agua es un poco fría pero eso se agradece.

Eigentlich schöne Location, aber leider nicht geeignet in der Hauptsaison für entspannungssuchende Paare
Allgemein
Es ist ein sehr großer Komplex mit 15 Häusern, die jeweils 16 gleiche Apartments beeinhalten.Aber besonders die Häuser vorne mit Meerblick sind veraltet, die in der 2ten Reihe - Falesia Garden - sind wohl teilweise modernisiert, sogar mit Aufzug. Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt, viele blühende Pflanzen im Hochsommer, wirklich schön!
Lage + Umgebung
Die Lage zum Meer hin ist traumhaft, direkter Blick und Zugang zum tollen Falesia-Strand, auch wenn es ein paar Stufen hinunter zu gehen sind.
Die Umgebung aber auf der Landseite ist einsam bzw. einfach nur touristisch praktisch, kein Highlight. Der Ort an sich bietet keinerlei Sehenswürdigkeit, nur Snackbars u.ä.
Ausnahme: Ein Klettersteig oberhalb der Felsen entlang der Küste mit toller Aussicht, der aber auch im Nichts endet.
Land, Region, Stadt
Portugal ist sehr interessant, vielfältig und von der Mentalität der Menschen einfach nur angenehm.
Die Algarve ist landschaftlich einfach nur schön und bietet viel Erholung. Für Strandurlaub sehr geeignet, aber auch viele interessante Ausflüge in die Städte der Umgebung sollten nicht fehlen.
Ort:
Nicht vorhanden, einfach nur touristisch. Man braucht wirklich ein Auto, um in interessante Orte zu gelangen. Aber das lohnt sich wirklich!!

Service Hotel:
Wir hatten extra ein Apart. Meerblick gebucht, teurer, um Balkon genießen zu können , tagsüber nicht möglich wegen Lärm vom Pool, abends keine normale Unterhaltung möglich wegen Livemusik in der Hauptbar. Im Apt. Innen nicht besser, Türen + Fenster nicht dicht. D.H.auch den schönen großen Flachbildferseher konnten wir nicht nutzen. Außerdem Körperschall von extremen Bässen durch Mark + Bein, durch 2 Gebäude vom EG in d. 4.Stock
Außerdem schallte gleichzeitig Musik vom Nachbar-Hotel Portbay herüber, ein ganz wunderbarer Mix, obwohl dort die bessere Musik geboten wurde, z.b. Barmusik am Piano u.ä., unaufdringlich und stilvoll.Jeden Abend lautes Livemusikprogramm von 21 - 23 Uhr.Immer andere Interpreten, aber immer dieselben Songs von Beatles, Tom Jones, Elvis etc eher Zielgruppe 70+, als die anwesenden Familien von 0 - 50 Jahren. Mit etwas "Glück" wure ab 20:30 auch noch eine Kinderdisco in extremer Lautstärke angeboten.Leider war das dem Reiseangebot im Vorfeld nicht zu entnehmen. Das hätte ich sicher nicht gebucht, da man das ja auch noch mitbezahlt.
Erwachsenenpool von 10 - 20 Uhr von kleinen KINDERN belegt, die kreischen .
Bademeister greifen nicht ein, obwohl es extra einen Baby-Pool gibt.
Entspannt am Pool die Sonne genießen + ein Buch lesen war absolut nicht möglich wegen ständigem Kinderlärm. Auf dem Balkon aber auch nicht, s.o.
Apt. Einfache Ausstattung, Bad miserabel, vergilbte Badewanne, überlackiert, Abplatzungen, Fliesen Sprünge, Armaturen Küche + Bad schlecht zu öffnen + zu schließen.
Schrank Schlafzimmer nur bedingt nutzbar: die rechte Tür war durch Nachtschränkchen neben Bett blockiert, sodass die Schrankschubladen nicht zu öffnen und nicht zu benutzen waren. Seine Kleidung auf dem Sofa oder im Koffer zu lagern, macht in 10-tägigem Urlaub nicht viel Spaß.
Verpflegung
Wie passt das zusammen? Einerseits extrem Kinderfreundlich, und dann laute Musik bis spät Abends, kleine Kinder sollten dann schlafen können, was aber zumindest in den Blöcken 1,2,4... nicht möglich sein dürfte.
Hervorzuheben sind das wirklich vielfältige Frühstücksbuffet mit frisch zubereiteten Speisekomponenten. Große Brotauswahl, sogar 2 Sorten Baguette, täglich mehrere Kuchen bzw. Teilchen zur Auswahl, frische ungesüßte aromatisierte Wasser z.b mit Orange+ Minze, Ingwer+Zimt, Zitrone, daneben das übl. Programm an Müsli + Co., Aufschnitt, teilweise sehr schmackhaft, z.b.der Ziegenkäse. Gemüse, frisches Obst Melonen, Ananas, Orangen, Obstsalat, Joghurt , versch Marmeladen, Honig, Eierangebot sehr groß, tägl. Rührei, jed. 2.Tag gekochte Eier, Spiegeleier, Pfannkuchen, 3Würstchensorten, gebratener Bacon, Baked Beans, auf Wunsch von einem Koch vor Augen zubereitet Omelett mit Zutaten nach Wunsch (Tomate, Zwiebel. Champions, Schinken, Speck, Käse) - sehr lecker!

Nachteile: Mind. 150 Tische im Restaurant, sehr hallig, sprich laut, viele herumirrende Kleinkinder, die Essen verschütten und Gläser fallen lassen, also absoluets Großkantinen-Niveau. Nur an einer kleinen Außenterrasse (links vom Eingang aus) wirklich ruhig, dort auch morgens schon Sonne pur.

Die tolle Lage direkt am Superstrand macht vieles wett, aber Erholung sieht definitiv anders aus!

Servizio insufficiente
Ottima posizione a Olhos de Agua, sopra la splendide spiagge di Falesia e Belharucas. Il complesso è formato da circa 14 palazzine di 4 piani, ognuna con 8 appartamenti. Le camere sono vendute con due marchi differenti anche se nulla li distingue all’interno della struttura: Falesia Garden, rinnovato e con ascensore; Falesia Mar, più vecchio, dove siamo stati perché non sapevamo della differenza. All’arrivo c’è stata data una camera al terzo piano, ma il problema erano i circa 80 gradini di una scala molto stretta e molto ripida. Occorre tenerne conto nelle prenotazioni, soprattutto se si hanno problemi, anche piccoli, di movimentazione. Trasportare le valigie è un problema. NON ADATTO A PERSONE CON DISABILITA ANCHE MINIMA. Pedro Serralha del ricevimento – gentilissimo – si è prodigato per farci avere una camera al primo piano con vista mare, aiutandoci anche nel trasporto delle valige.
La camera da letto è piccola, con armadio parzialmente inutilizzabile perché il comodino fisso impedisce l’apertura della porta. Abbiamo dovuto lasciare i vestiti in valigia. Le cassettiere hanno tre cassetti, ma i due inferiori sono finti!!! I letti sono due singoli accostati e imbullonati. Sembra essere così in quasi tutto il Portogallo. Niente letto matrimoniale classico. La cassaforte è a pagamento e non contiene una Laptop. I serramenti sono vecchissimi, la ventola in camera è rumorosa e quindi inutilizzabile durante la notte. Per fortuna il clima in Algarve è sempre ventilato e non ne abbiamo mai avuto bisogno, così come non abbiamo mai acceso il condizionatore in sala. La cucina è piccola, ma dotata di ogni attrezzatura, stoviglie, posate, bicchieri etc., piastre elettriche, forno a microonde, frigorifero, bollitore per l’acqua (forniscono anche il tessuto asciuga piatti), cosicché qualche sera abbiamo potuto cucinare.
La sala è molto grande con tavolo, divani angolari e un caminetto (finto) che è una tradizione dell’Algarve. Televisore Samsung e Wi-Fi ottimo e veloce. Purtroppo il bagno è orrendo, piccolo, vecchio, triste, datato, con i sanitari ossidati, poca illuminazione, piastrelle rotte e sostituite con altre differenti; ASPIRATORE NON FUNZIONANTE. Il balconcino è bello con tavolo, quattro sedie e stenditoio.
NEGATIVO: La manutenzione lascia molto a desiderare, il rubinetto della cucina perdeva, l’estintore sul pianerottolo era scarico. Ciò che è più grave e che non è degno di un albergo è il servizio di pulizia in camera. Per la scarsità di personale le camere vengono a riassettate nel tardo pomeriggio, anche dopo le 17:00. In 12 giorni per TRE VOLTE abbiamo dovuto reclamare con la direzione perché le camere al nostro rientro verso le 19:00 erano così come le avevamo lasciate alla mattina. Dopo proteste è stato solamente riassettavano il letto e una sera NON sono stati sostituiti gli asciugamani (il deposito era chiuso!). Ciò è inqualificabile.
L’albergo è per famiglie, ma comunque i bambini non disturbano (pochissimi italiani...), L’animazione è molto tranquilla. Piscina con grande prato, ombrelloni e comodi lettini, buon bar. Parcheggio gratuito.
La prima colazione è ottima e ricca, anche con frittate, uova eccetera preparati al momento. Il ristorante offre una magnifica vista sulla falesia, ma non lo abbiamo mai provato perché il menu è quello di una tavola calda di un’area di servizio in autostrada. La cena a buffet costa 19.50 euro + bevande, quasi mai carne di bovino, sempre maiale e pollo, poca varietà. Con qualche Euro in meno si può mangiare (e bere) alla carta nei buoni ristoranti di Olhos de Água o nelle decine di ristoranti di Torre da Medronheira, raggiungibili a piedi. Tutto il personale è gentilissimo, collaborativo, professionale. La struttura necessita di importanti interventi di ristrutturazione e manutenzione. In complesso il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni (così come trovato su Expedia, con la quale abbiamo prenotato) è sufficiente/medio. La posizione è molto buona; la scala che scende alla famosa e bellissima spiaggia della Falesia è larga, comoda e molto ben strutturata.
Ripeto: tutto il personale è gentilissimo e professionale, la direzione no.

Una maravilla de hotel, con todas las instalaciones comunes nuevas y muy completas: piscinas, parque infantil, restaurante, bares, sala de juegos.
La comida, muy rica y variada, y el personal agradabilísimo.
La playa a la que se accede desde el hotel es el barranco das belharucas, preciosa y con todos los servicios.
Solo les falta mejorar las habitaciones. Son muy completas, con cocina, salón y terraza, pero están bastante viejas y, sobre todo, tienen varios bloques sin ascensor (entre ellos el que nos tocó a nosotros). Afortunadamente, estábamos en el primero...

Que nos vayan apuntando para el próximo año
Nos encantó. Las instalaciones comunes muy bien, la comida de primera (cada día cosas nuevas y todo muy rico), y el personal amabilísimo. Los niños disfrutaron al máximo. la playa a la que se accede (barranco das belharucas) es el extremo oeste de la playa de falesia, que es larguísima, preciosa y con todos los servicios, bolinhas incluidas, jeje.

UN HORROR
NO es un apartahotel. Es una serie de bloques de una urbanización. Le han puesto una barrera a la calle para acceder los vehículos. La recepción incluso està fuera de la urbanización.Y para aparcar o t toca la loterìa y aparcas enfrente, o vas a un descampado de tierra al fondo.
NO està en primera lìnea de playa. Hay 135 escalones con sus respectivos rellanos para llegar a la playa..y después hay q subirlos.
NO puede ser que en pleno siglo 21 , t ofrezcan un "hotel con vistas al mar, en primera lìnea de playa...". Los apartamentos son espantosos, me cuesta ubicar la decoración en alguna década del siglo XX. Puede ser q en los años 70: armarios viejos, los enchufes q hay son cada uno de una época,no tiene aire acondicionado en la habitación, tiene un ventilador q se acciona con interruptor de la luz, q parece q va a salir despedido todo el techo.No hay ascensor ( subir a un tercer piso con maletas y bolsas de playa) ( sin contar los 135 escalones anteriores, más los 20 de acceso a la piscina). La puerta del balcón se cierra con un pestillo al suelo, pero una vez cerrada, queda separada del marco ( completamente corroìdo) unos 2 cm....
Las zonas comunes son buenas,supongo q serà x el único motivo q le habrán dado las 3 estrellas.
Las vistas al mar , se reducen a una vista de un trozo de agua entre 2 pinos.....

Séjour inoubliable
On a passé un excellent séjour à Falesia Mar. L’hotel est très bien situé. Une vue magnifique à couper le souffle sur la falaise. La chambre est spacieuse. La bouffe est excellente avec une organisation pour le dîner sans faille. Le personnel est très gentil, serviable et à l’écoute. Une grande piscine ensoleillée toute la journée. Une plage accessible via des escaliers en 5 minutes (quoique l’eau est glaciale 😅) l’animation nocturne acoustique est géniale. Vraiment le top. Les enfants ne voulaient pas quitter, moi non plus d’ailleurs. Un petit paradis. On y retournera sûrement

Un petit bémol :le ménage dans la chambre laisse à désirer.

Une vrai destination malgré quelques bémols...
Une vrai destination malgré quelques bémols...
Une équipe réellement à l'écoute et sympathique.
Un cadre somptueux, vue piscine et mer si vous demander un appartement avec vue directe sur la mer.
La vue sur la falaise et la mer est tout simplement à couper le souffle.
L'accès à la plage est privé et se fait en 5 minutes.
Les aménagements sont de qualité (appartement vaste avec chambre double, salon, coin cuisine et terrasse avec vue imprenable. Le restaurant est également très bien, tant pas l'accueil, le cadre que les plats diversifiés.
Les bémols :
- L'anglais est la langue principale alors que le complexe se trouve au Portugal. Si vous ne parlez ni anglais, ni portugais, ni espagnol, il sera difficile de vous faire comprendre en français à de rares exceptions.
- Les animations du soir sont généralement les mêmes et dédiés à 99% aux anglais (très peu voir aucune musiques portugaise).
- Le café qui est pourtant, sans doute au Portugal, l'un des meilleurs du monde, n'est pas à la hauteur ici, tant au petit déjeuner (machine d'hôtellerie classique malgré la marque delta) qu'au bar. Idem pour le jus d'orange du matin, loin d'être à la hauteur pour un pays ou l'orange est reine et alors que depuis peu, la marque Compal en distribue un très bon, 100% pur jus ; il était temps...
Encore un grand merci à toute l'équipe malgré ces bémols, réception, restaurant, animatrices, personnel de ménage...Nous gardons un très bon souvenir malgré ces bémols.

Hôtel à recommander sans hésitation de part son excellente situation , sa très belle vue sur les falaises, son excellente restauration et son équipe à l’écoute des clients. L’appart hôtel est un peu vieillissant au niveau de la décoration , une salle de bain un trop petite pour 4 mais reste tout à fait correct et très propre

sehr schöne Anlage
Die Appartement Anlage mit sehr schönem Ausblick befindet sich ca. 30 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto vom Flughafen Faro entfernt und liegt etwas abseits vom ganzen Urlaubertrubel. Der weitläufige öffentliche Sandstrand ist über Holzstiegen in ca. 5 min zu erreichen. Rund um den Pool gab es immer ausreichend Liegen mit Sonnenschirmen. Das Zimmer mit Balkon war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gepflegt. Mehr Stauraum wäre wünschenswert gewesen. An der Rezeption war man immer sehr freundlich und bemüht. Auch das Personal im Restaurant war immer freundlich und das Essen war gut bis sehr gut (!) Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen.

L'extérieur et le restaurant très bien, appartement très décevant !
Dans cet établissement, commençons par le positif :
Nous avions un appartement pour 4 personnes vue mer, la vue appart 233 est belle.
Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus, la piscine est propre, il y a suffisamment de transats..un accès à la plage par un escalier en bois.
Le restaurant est au top pour les petits déjeuners, du choix, plutôt de bonne qualité, vraiment une agréable surprise...
Pour le diner, nous y sommes allés 4 fois et idem le choix, le service sont vraiment satisfaisants.
Les points négatifs :
L'appartement est vraiment indigne à ce tarif, fenêtres qui ferment mal, taches sur le matelas, les lits des enfants sont des matelas posés sur du carrelage ( pas de sommiers), salle de bains vieillotte...C'est dommage car avec un vrai appartement correctement aménagé l hôtel serait top !
Quasi rien en équipement dans la cuisine, bref le but aller au resto ! pas de cafetière, 4 assiettes pas une de plus, pas d'éponge pas de sel....bref le strict minimum.
Les animations sont moyennes également, mais nous ne venions pas pour ça.
Bref un hôtel correct, juste les appartements vraiment vieillissants .

Posizione Splendida
Complesso Alberghiero molto ben attrezzato. Vista mare splendida.
Bellissima piscina.
L'arredo della camera un pò datato però locali spaziosi, praticamente una suite.
Abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione e la scelta si è rivelata ottima : colazione e ristorante a buffet, molto abbondante e vario.
Cortesia alla reception.

Schöne Anlage mit Strandzugang
Das Hotel befindet sich ca. 30 Fahrminuten vom Flughafen Faro entfernt. Es liegt oberhalb des feinen, schönen Sandstrandes, der direkt über 101 Treppenstufen erreicht werden kann. Die Appartements sind zweckmäßig mit Pantryküche eingerichtet und verfügen über einen Balkon. Die Einrichtung könnte eine Modernisierung vertragen. Es ist aber alles sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig und für ein 3 Sterne Haus lobenswert. Der Service insgesamt hat uns enttäuscht. Außer dem Personal an der Rezeption, das ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit war, wird auf das Grüßen der Gäste kaum Wert gelegt. Selbst die Animateure laufen grußlos an den Gästen vorbei. Das sind wir so nicht gewohnt. Hier sollte unbedingt nachgebessert werden. Der schöne Garten
bietet Schattenplätze, und man bekommt jederzeit eine Liege, die in großer Zahl zur Verfügung stehen, zum Teil aber zu dicht beieinander. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge aufgrund der Lage.

Un buon complesso
Una struttura grande ma non percepisci il caos.
Ottimo per i servizi adulti e bambini,inclusa la comodità per accesso alla spiaggia.

Necessari miglioramenti
Sebbene ottima vista e comoditá per scendere in spiaggia, gli appartamenti (al contrario dei luoghi comuni) erano molto rumorosi e trasandati. Bagni datati e poco puliti, dalle condutture per l'aria del bagno si sentivano i rumori della sala giochi di sotto... In generale non siamo stati molto soddisfatti del servizio

Schöne Anlage, alles neu ! Ein atemberaubendes Blick ! Gutes Essen und wundert mich warum die nur 3 Sterne haben. Ich habe im Portugal einige 4 Sterne Anlagen gesehen die nicht mithalten können mit diesem Ort!Wirklich zu empfehlen!

Eine Medaille mit 2 Seiten
Die frisch renovierte Anlage ist schön mit spektakulärem Meerblick, leider sind die Zimmer und der Zimmerservice (Reinigung) nicht so gut. Wir hatten ein Apartment im Block 3 gehabt. Das Mobiliar war teils kaputt (Griffe am Schrank fehlten) und runtergewohnt. Fenster und Türen ließen bei geschlossenem Zustand dennoch den Wind durchpusten und das Bad war auch renovierungsbedürftig. Kleine Ameisen in der Küche, so dass nichts außerhalb des Kühlschranks liegen bleiben konnte. Der Gemeinschaftsbereich (Pools, Restaurant, Kinderspielplatz, Liegewiese) sind dagegen frisch renoviert und wunderschön . Das Personal an Rezeption und der Kundenbetreuer sehr nett und hilfsbereit, was die schlechte Qualität der Zimmer rausreißt.
