La ubicación del Apart Hotel es excelente, esta ubicado a pasos de Avenida Alemania muy cerca de restaurant y centros Comerciales, los departamentos son amplios y cuentan con muy buena calefacción, realizar la reserva y el pago es simple y rápido.

Sin calefacción, estacionamiento incómodo y mala información
Cuando llame para consultar eramos 4 adultos y un niño de 5 años me dijo el tipo de la recepción que debía arrendar dos apart y le dije y no puedo cancelar el adicional a lo cual se negó, después me enteré que cancelando 25.000 adicional si podía ingresar mi niño y así arrendar uno solo, me dijo que tenían estacionamiento, pero ahí solo caen 4 vehículos tuve que esperar que salieran los demás para poder sacar mi auto, estuvimos toda la tarde con demasiado frío y al llamar dicen que prenden la calefacción a las 19, pague 225.000 aproximadamente para estar bien y ni por el alto monto más de lo quenpague en el diego de almagro los siguientes días estuvimos super mal y muertos de frío, deberían revisar bien disponer del tema de la calefacción uno no paga esa suma para que no inviertan 10.000 o 20.000 en tener sus huéspedes cálidos, además las toallas estaban super manchadas limpias pero muy viejas y manchadas. En la página muestra como si tuvieran un restaurante abajo pero sin embargo el desayuno es a la habitación y no tienen un lugar donde comer.

Solo se olvidaron de anotarme un dia el horario correcto del desayuno y tuve que reclamarles; el resto estuvo todo perfecto. Es muy cómoda la habitación, y muy gentil el personal que nos atendió. La calefacción central es el punto a favor más que destacable teniendo en cuenta el clima de Temuco.

me quedo siempre por razones laborales, como son depto poseen cocina me parece que para mejorar un servicio debieran contar en las habitaciones una alcuza como para tener y cocinar lo minimo o aliñar una pequeña ensalada( aceite sal) ademas poder tener unas bolsitas de te o cafe simplemente como mejoras en las habitaciones y no tener que salir a comprar una caja completa o una botella de aceite para hacerse un bistec o un par de huevos o aliñar una ensalada surtida

Muy buena experiencia.
Excelente tamaño de la habitación. Desayuno muy completo y puntual, lo llevan directo a la habitación. Personal muy amable. Quizás lo único a mejorar es que en uno de los baños hubo un sonido muy molesto al parecer relacionado con el sistema de ventilación.
