  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?

Bel établissement, calme avec un personnel vraiment très pro.
un établissement vraiment top : chambre confortable, salle de douche superbe (!), une déco très originale.
Le personnel est vraiment très professionnel, accueillant, au petit soin avec les clients sans pour autant être pesant.
Le petit-déjeuner est juste ...wahoooo !!!

Comfortable, discreet and clean
This hotel is very welcoming and pristine. Jao Martins is excellent at his job, the future manager of one of the world’s great hotels for sure. I had a wonderful stay and will no longer go to the grander old hotels nearby. I am a frequent traveller and recommend this hotel

Such a lovely hotel, beautifully decorated, great ambience, fantastic food with an amazing choice for breakfast, and, best of all, the loveliest staff - everyone greeted us with a smile and were all absolutely charming. Beautiful stay in a great location
The hotel has luxury amenities and a rich decor. Rooms were very comfortable and well designed. Breakfast was open buffet style but also had some interesting choices from their select menu. Price of hotel included the everything in the mini bar. Centrally located to the station, all shops and food places.
Only callout was the poor lighting in the room. With red coloured walls and a couple of small wall lights, it was hard to pack your suitcase at night.

Stay in Lisboa
Intriguing space full of color and life. This is a 5 star is well deserved, but I will up the star count because of the top tier customer service, which increased the value and experience . Our visit started and ended with our host Denise, who really solidified what hospitality should look like in any space. From the staff to the food to the magnificent drinks. Their cocktails won my heart, which lives inside of my tastbuds. I also really appreciate the environmental conscious space. My partner and I shared a balcony room on the 4th floor. Our friends, some coupled and some single, stayed on different floors sharing in the great experience. We all loved our rooms... the attention to detail and the color pop walls, animal inspired art, and classic bathroom spaces. My favorite was the heated bars in the bathroom. I would only add more light in the bathroom, but again, I will give 7 starts for an overall experience. Thank you, or shall I say OBRIGADA Denise and thank you, staff of Arts Legacy Hotel. Bon séjour mais axes d’amélioration
Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre de Lisbonne, le petit déjeuner est très bon et de très haute qualité de même pour le restaurant, le personnel est au petit soin, service à la carte avec jolie vaisselle.

Cependant, quelques loupés. En effet, nous arrivons et nous sommes installés dans une chambre nous nous installons et 15 minutes plus tard nous nous demandons de descendre pour nous expliquer qu’ils se sont trompés de chambre nous avons du déménager toutes nos affaires, très pénible car nous venions de faire le voyage nous voulions sortir manger et nous reposer, pour compensation l’hôtel nous a offert un verre et des amuse bouche.

De même quelques loupés les matins où il y a du monde, erreur de commande serveurs perdus, certains peu souriants contrairement à d’autres.
Organisation assez troublante, le housekeeping qui passe encore à 22h dans les chambres. Un soir une jolie attention les chaussons préparés et une tasse de thé pour la nuit et certains soirs pas de passage, nous ne comprenons pas l’organisation de l’hôtel sur certains points.

La chambre sans vue est calme toutefois le couloir très bruyant nous entendons les gens passer parler ce qui peut nous réveiller ainsi que la femme de ménage qui toque aux chambres à presque minuit, de même côté cour à côté de certains habitations nous avons ouvert la fenêtre une très grosse odeur de marijuana très désagréable pour un hôtel haut de gamme.
Les chaises de la salle du petit déjeuner et du restaurant sont pour certaines sales et tachées assez regrettable pour le haut de gamme que prône l’hôtel.

L’hôtel est à disposition pour vous donner des plans de la ville et des explications ainsi que des bouteilles d’eau pour votre journée.
Dans l’ensemble le séjour et l’hôtel nous a été agréable mais reste quelques points d’amélioration pour tenir la réputation de 5 étoiles.

Un cocktail de bienvenue nous a également été offert à l’arrivée ce qui est agréable.

Súper buen hotel

Ottima struttura, posizione, colazione e personale!
🟢Ottima la posizione, baixa-chiado, centrale e comodissima per raggiungere a piedi i principali quartieri della città. Il personale della reception estremamente gentile e disponibile.
🟢Ottima la colazione, prodotti freschi e di alta qualità, menu alla carta ricco ed incluso nel prezzo della colazione; il personale gentile e disponibile.
🟢Necessario il parcheggio convenzionato (30 euro al giorno), il personale dell’hotel si occupa di tutto (parcheggio e gestione auto).
🟠La stanza è pulita e nuova. L’unica cosa negativa è che la nostra stanza era estremamente vicina al balcone del palazzo adiacente e quindi non abbiamo mai aperto la finestra e abbiamo avuto sempre le tende chiuse.

Très bel hotel
Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Très belle décoration, très originale. Personnel très agréable. Hôtel très bien situé dans la ville de Lisbonne pour entreprendre une visite des sites touristiques.
Petit déjeuner excellent.
Métro et lignes de bus très proches

Fabuleux !
Emplacement extraordinaire d’un hôtel de charme magnifique… décoré avec goût… le personnel est aux petits soins.

Les chambres spacieuses… tout est là disposition des clients pour leur faire plaisir.

Le petit déjeuné est copieux et varié… le vin servi excellent.

Bref : Merci pour ce moment fantastique !

Une nouvelle adresse à recommander
Un nouvel établissement à Lisbonne à recommander vivement.
L'hôtel est splendide, une décoration signée Moooi, une équipe d'une grande amabilité (aux petits soins)
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait : place du commerce, tram, métro à 2 pas
A 20 min à pied du château
