  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. Very good Service and Coffee
Still the best Hotel in Jember with its warm hospitality, attentiveness and good coffee at planet kopi. What I love the most is their coffee at Planet Kopi, I ordered their local beans with v60 method, surprisingly very good taste, note and body. Breakfast is good, in terms of variance and taste. I will surely come back to this hotel whenever I have a business visit to Jember.

The best Hotel In Jember
One of the best Hotel In Jember. The facilities, services, and products were great. I really enjoyed my 2 nights stay here. The food was awesome, especially for Sop Buntut. And then the Planet Kopi Cafe were awesome place to chill, the Coffee was great and the Staff too. Awesome!

Best at Jember but the pool
Best hotel at Jember but sad the pool on maintenance.
The breakfast was so flavorful. The room was clean. staff very friednly even the security got respect from me.
Would love to stay at aston jember next time. But I need the pool to be ready soon

Non eccezionale ma in zona non c'è di meglio
Jember è una cittadina con pochi hotel e l'Aston è probabilmente il migliore pur non essendo certo il top. Il palazzo è moderno e si trova in una via senza nulla attorno. Forse anche per questo al suo interno c'è un piccolo market, che però non è sempre aperto. La lobby è piuttosto ampia e allo stesso piano si trova la sala ristorante che ho sfruttato per la colazione. Buffet sottotono e pochi tavoli non apparecchiati che sconfinano addirittura nella lobby vicino ai divani, non proprio bellissimo. Al piano superiore c'è una discreta piscina all'aperto e il bar che fa anche da ristorante "a la carte", provato per cena. L'ambiente è curato, il personale gentile ma il servizio estremamente lento e i piatti così così. Il prezzo però è ottimo. Camera piccola con una buona finestra a parete e la mia vista piscina. Arredi moderni e di buona fattura, la scrivania ha un appoggio morbido. Mancano però la cassaforte e l'acqua, sostituita da un brocca che si potrebbe riempire dal dispenser in corridoio. Il bagno è grande così come la doccia però l'acqua era solo tiepida. Prodotti a disposizione solo essenziali e c'era solo l'asciugamano grande. Il phon invece e un po' troppo corto. Struttura ok per starci una sola notte di passaggio.

Hôtel classique
Un hôtel très classique, très "européen"... Nous n'avons pas le charme des lodges javanais, mais vous trouverez confort et modernité.
La salle de bain était impeccable, très bon lit.
Evidemment, c'est un hôtel plutôt imposant, donc beaucoup de chambre, beaucoup de monde, et forcément pas mal de bruit...
Petit déjeuner très convenable.
Massage possible pour des prix... locaux : Environ 12 € pour 90 minutes.

Situé en ville, cet hôtel a l'air luxueux au premier abord, les chambres sont certes confortables mais très bruyantes. L'hôtel en général est très bruyant. Et dorment buffet pour le petit-déjeuner mais très peu de saveurs... dommage!

Si vous le pouvez passez votre chemin...
Hotel très classique mais un grand manque de propreté, un personnel avec un anglais limité et une nourriture moyenne.
Nous y étions pour une nuit de passage et la literie était bonne mais vu la catégorie de prix pour la région c'est le minimum.

Le meilleur hôtel de la région
Une halte appréciable sur la route de Bali pour qui vient de Java Est. Belles chambres, petit-déjeuner de qualité, belle piscine, spa agréable, et accueil très professionnel. Le réceptionniste francophone, pak Iwan, qui était une mine de renseignements sur la région, a malheureusement quitté les lieux il y a quelques mois.
