Le camere sono spaziose ma non pulitissime. Nel bagno essendo all' aperto ho avuto un incontro ravvicinato con un topo non molto piccolo.
Hai a disposizione un asciugamano per tutto.
L' acqua della piscina è calda e sporca .
La spiaggia è impraticabile perché ci sono 4 ombrelloni e 8 lettini per tutti gli ospiti dell' albergo.
Consiglio di portare le scarpe per andare in acqua perché è pieno di coralli e se non le porti non entri.
Io ho usufruito solo della colazione che non è niente di che perché c'è poca scelta.
Insomma la struttura sarebbe anche bella ma non è curata è sporca.
Nel complesso nell'isola si trovano molti localini per andare a mangiare bene e si spende poco.

Hotel calme et beau
L'hôtel est super, un peu éloigné du centre ( 40 minutes à pied où 20 minutes de vélo) ce qui rend le lieu calme, idéal pour lune de miel, famille...
L'hôtel est propre, les villas sont magnifiques, le personnel est très souriant
Le seul petit soucis est l'attente au restaurant malgré que les plats soient bons. L'hôtel dispose d'une grande piscine et les villas des piscines privées, l'hôtel propose une location de vélo à un prix très correct ( par 24h ) tout est bien entretenu nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Great for chilling on Gilli T
Loved our two room villa. Perfect place to chill for a few days!
The spa here was wonderful, Ida was brilliant and very lovely. I would come again just to visit her!
I enjoyed my omelettes every morning and found the staff very friendly and attentive, right from when Sanur dropped our bags off, everyone we came across was really lovely.
Easy access to the beach and the bikes were great to get around. Thank you!

Si può fare meglio…
L’hotel si trova nella costa Ovest dell’isola, distante circa 20 minuti dal centro.
La struttura è datata e necessiterebbe di alcuni lavori di manutenzione, ma nel complesso discretamente ben tenuta.
La camera era spaziosa e pulita, tuttavia con alcuni difetti: presenza importante di zanzare, porte che non chiudevano adeguatamente e non isolanti e il bagno completamente all’esterno.
La colazione a buffet discreta, abbondante e con sufficiente scelta, ma mancanza di indicazioni sulle pietanze.
Personale della reception poco garbato, al contrario del resto dello staff.

Not a 4 stars hotel! Not even close
The hotel is huge, but seems that no one is taking care of it for a long time. It’s like ghost movie, you know that the place was fine once, but now it’s totally abandoned.
The garden is poor and every bedroom looks like needing repairs. Some rooms were totally destroyed.

Staffs are kind, but very lost. Some of them do not speak a word of English. Everything that you need, you need to ask for someone to attend you. We spent a lot of time on the pool without a person on the bar. I needed to go to the reception ask for service.

There are very nice places nearby and we went there every time to eat, because the food is also bad.

It’s sad because the place could be wonderful. They just need to take care of it.

Amazing wedding destination with wonderful people
We held our wedding at Ombak Sunset and had the most incredible experience. From our first visit we were made to feel extremely welcome and knew we made the right choice.

The hotel is wonderful and offers amazing sunsets and a great variety of accommodation. The pool is massive and became the social hub for our group.

The staff were all amazing and made us our friends and family feel extremely welcome, even with many requests.

Would highly recommend for a trip or wedding and we can’t wait to return

Un lieu magnifique et ressourçant, un accueil chaleureux. Un service aux petits soins. Des bungalows spacieux, confortables et calmes. Nous avons passé d’agréables moments inoubliables. Une piscine énorme et très chaudes, « tea Time », pool bar et « happy hours ». À recommander vivement autant pour des familles, des amis ou des couples en amoureux.

Stay at Hotel Ombak Sunset
I really enjoyed my holiday here. Beautiful gardens, trees and birds surrounding lovely rooms. Nice open spaces with the beach right in front and a big swimming pool and deck chairs. Very friendly staff. The best spot to watch sunsets on the island in my opinion. I enjoyed hiring a bike for the week here and riding to nice cafes and restaurants and swimming spots with the turtles. I would stay here again.

Great Hotel stay...food could be better
Enjoyed a 3 night stay at this hotel recently. Sunset bungalow rooms are fantastic, although the outside bathrooms are love or hate. We loved them. Spacious rooms and the common areas were good too. The lobby is nice to sit in and the pool area is brilliant.

The food and breakfast wasn't great but there are plenty of food places to eat at really close by and you can rent bikes to get there.

If the food was better, this place would be better overall for example we ate at the hotel just next door twice whilst we were there.

The staff were broadly ok, but frustratingly they were mostly on their phones so had to get their attention (especially at the pool and towel area)

Reception was great and especially Zepri was super helpful and caring.

Spa was good too! Definitely check that out.

Stayed here Friday 2nd Feb to Monday 5th. Would recommend for the price.

Tranquilidad y desconexión
La villa espectacular y todo el entorno de la isla. El personal muy amable y la experiencia de recorrer la isla en bici muy original, también que te recojan en coches de caballo. La piscina del hotel muy grande y muy tranquila, para leer y tomar algo en la barra situada directamente en el agua. En frente del hotel el ambiente de mirar el atardecer muy bonito .
Sesiones de yoga en sitios originales y con métodos novedosos.

Vacanza super
Hotel pulito, camere molto grandi, caratteristiche con bagno aperto. Giardini curati con piante che da foto precedenti si vedevamo quasi morte, ora stanno germogliando. Piscina, pulita ogni mattina, con sdraio molto comodi, anche per la spiaggia. Ottima posizione per vedere tramonti, peccato solo x il mare poco o addirittura per niente balneabile, dovuto al fenomeno della bassa marea. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, ero scettica sempre per le ultime recensioni, invece sia la colazione che il pranzo e i dolci, molto apprezzati.

Ombak Sunset: un flop, una delusione, al limite della truffa
La struttura è situata a ovest dell’isola di Gili Trawangan, si gode dei magnifici tramonti ma si è un po’ lontani dal centro e dalle spiagge balneabili (NB: il mare antistante l’hotel e in generale sul lato ovest dell’isola presenta un fondale con rocce e sassi molto spigolosi e taglienti + frammenti di coralli: senza le apposite scarpe non ci si può entrare. Inoltre, per oltre un centinaio di metri dalla riva, la profondità dell’acqua non supera 80cm/1m).
L’intera struttura, compresi gli spazi verdi, sono mal tenuti, vetusti e completamente in contrasto con quanto ci si immagina, da quanto si vede su internet (sito web del resort, booking, ecc). È incredibile che vi siano addirittura delle immagini che non sono più reali della situazione attuale: uno stabile a bordo piscina non c’è più, i lettini spiaggia e ombrelloni sono pochi e il ristorante in spiaggia non esiste più. Le camere non sono più nello stato che viene mostrato nei vari siti web già citati.
L’intero resort necessita di una radicale e completa ristrutturazione-rinnovamento. È percepibile il degrado ovunque: dall’area e spazi esterni, zona piscina (piscina con acqua non limpida), ristorante (ce n’è uno solo e non tre come pubblicizzato dal tour operator), camere (noi avevamo una “two bedrooms pool villa”).
Wi-fi pessima e instabile ricezione. Ci siamo rivolti sin da subito al personale della reception per comprendere se fosse un problema passeggero, ci hanno rassicurati che c’era un tecnico sul posto a sistemare il problema e che in un paio di ore tutto sarebbe tornato a funzionare a dovere. Peccato che per l’intero nostro soggiorno la wi-fi non abbia mai funzionato decentemente e il problema non sia stato risolto.
Il servizio ed il personale della struttura sono imbarazzanti: con qualche rara eccezione, parlano solo la lingua locale e neppure l’inglese è compreso e parlato (anche da chi serve e lavora nel ristorante).
La colazione è di pessimo livello; neppure il caffè si salva. A colazione, dopo la prima mattina, siamo andati nel resort a fianco (il Lumi, a pagamento), pur di poter fare colazione in una bella e attrezzata struttura, con cibi buoni e variati, succhi freschi, caffè e cappuccino, ecc. (anche in piscina siamo andati al Lumi: piscina nuova e acqua limpida, lettini nuovi e comodi, bel bar dinamico e ristorazione ottima).
Le foto che pubblico rendono meglio l’idea della situazione generale.
Sconsiglio vivamente il soggiorno in questo hotel-struttura (4 stelle), sia per le famiglie ma soprattutto alle copie che decidono di venire nella magnifica isola di Gili Trawangan in luna di miele o per una romantica vacanza.
Concludo dicendo che abbiamo trascorso un’ottima vacanza a Gili Trawangan: isola piena di vita, divertimento, con un paesaggio paradisiaco. Bellissima esperienza ma ci tenevo a dare qualche consiglio-suggerimento a chi sta pianificando di venirci: occhio al resort che andrete a scegliere. Buona vacanza e godetevi questo magnifico Paradiso.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage
Vielen herzlichen Dank für diesen wunder schönen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Haus und an das gesamte Personal - Empfang, Gepäcktransport, Kellner etc., es ist immer superfreundlich, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ gewesen.

Der Empfang im Hotel war bereits sehr angenehm, wohlfühlen und das Check-in an der Rezeption verging mit etwas Tee sehr schnell. Unser gebuchtes Zimmer war eine Private Poolvilla mit 1 Schlafzimmer. Wir waren mit dem Zimmer sehr zufrieden, es war von der Größe sehr geräumig und genau passend, modern ansprechend eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Highlight in diesem Zimmer ist der Private Pool und seine Gartenlandschaft, diese ist wirklich recht schön gestaltet und ansprechend. Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig, groß und hat je eine Dusche und Badewanne. Der kleine einziger Nachteil war das die Badezimmer nicht mit klimatisiert war. Der Zimmerservice ist sehr aufmerksam und füllt das kostenlose Mineralwasser großzügig immer auf.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und lecker. Jeden Morgen wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt und zu einem Tisch begleitet. Das gesamte Service Team aber auch die Köche sind sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Generell lässt das Frühstücks Buffett keine Wünsche offen, es gibt verschiede heiße und kalte Speisen. Die Qualität der Speisen und Getränke ist sehr gut.

Die Hotel Anlage selbst ist recht groß und in einem sehr guten, gepflegte zustand. Leider macht es den Eindruck als wäre es nie voll ausgelastet.

Es gibt ebenfalls einen Hauseigenen Strandabschnitt gleich am Hotel, dieser ist sehr fein und sauber nur ist dieser eingeschränkt nutzbar. Diese Abhängigkeit liegt aber einfach an den natürlichen Gezeiten, bei Ebbe ist das Wasser dann meistens nur noch sehr flach. Das Meer selbst ist sehr sauber, klar und angenehm von der Temperatur. Eine Liege am Strand oder am Pool bekommt man fast immer, geeignete Strandtücher gibt es kostenlos am „Towel Counter“. Lästige Strandverkäufer gibt es hier an der Ostküste von Gili Trawangan gar nicht. Die bekannte Strand Schaukel ist leider nicht mehr vorhanden.

Zum Abendessen kann man sehr das hauseigne Restaurant (im Haus für à la carte oder auch am Strand als Buffetform) empfehlen. Die Speisen werden frisch zubereitet und sind geschmacklich echt superlecker und auch optisch sehr gut angerichtet. Schade ist nur dass es wenig Laufgäste an der Ostküste unterwegs sind und somit auch nicht so viele hier essen gehen. Es kann also vorkommen das man fast allein ggf. mit weiteren Hotelgästen nur speist.

Für diejenigen die außerhalb des Hotels gern essen wollen, mietet sich einfach ein Fahrrad. Diese gibt es im Hotel aber auch gleich außerhalb des Hotels zu mieten. Die meisten Restaurants befinden sich an der Süd-/Ostküste und mit dem Rad sehr gut zu erreichen (geschätzte 5-15 Minuten). Man findet an der Ostküste weitere Restaurants, Bars/Nachtklubs und kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alle Wassertouren zum Schnorcheln und Tauchen gehen an der Ostküste los, Tickets gibt es dafür an vielen Ständen in Hafen nähe.

Achtung Gemeinschaftlicher Diebstahl !! Unseriöses Hotel
Wir waren für 2 Nächte im Ombak Sunset Hotel Mitte Oktober und das war definitiv der schlimmste Aufenthalt in ganz Bali!
In der 2 Nacht kamen wir abends vom Restaurant zurück und haben gesehen dass jemand nochmal im Zimmer war und Sachen umgeräumt wurden. Daraufhin haben wir das Personal zur Rede gestellt und es kamen nur Ausflüchte wie “noch mal Zimmer service am Abend zum schlafen gehen “. Das hatten wir in der Nacht davor nicht und der Hotel Rezeptionist hat uns auch versichert dass es nur 1x täglich am Morgen Zimmer Service gibt.
Es war für alle offensichtlich was der oder diejenigen im Zimmer bei uns wollten und der angebliche Hotel Manager hat mit deutlichen Desinteresse nicht mal zugehört.

Wie schon in anderen Kommentaren wie ich gelesen habe stecken hier wohl mehrere Leute unter einer Decke. Also falls ihr Wertgegenstände habt, nehmt es mit oder schließt es unbedingt ein!!! Wir wollten den anderen Kommentaren nicht glauben und dachten das sei Unsinn aber es stimmt alles was auch die anderen schreiben! Traurig aber wahr

Eine mega schöne Woche auf Gili T.
Super langer Pool.
Fahrradverleih- somit in 5 min an mega schönen Strandabschnitten.
Sehr schönes Hotel mit super Service, schönen und sehr sauberen Zimmern sowie sehr freundlichem Personal!!!

Leute passt auf eure Sachen auf.
Wir haben vor unserem Eintreffen eine Bewertung gelesen diesbezüglich dessen das es Diebe unter dem Hotelpersonal gibt und haben es erstmal nicht ernst genommen.
Jedoch ist genau das passiert. 
Wir haben am Morgen das Zimmer aufgeräumt bekommen und alles wurde gewechselt. Am späten Abend haben wir uns in ein Restaurant begeben, um dort zu essen. Als wir einige Stunden später zurück kamen,ist genau das passiert, jemand war in unserem Zimmer und hat einige Sachen durchwühlt und Alibi mässig zwei neue Handtücher ausgelegt und unser Bett nochmal gemacht. Wir hatten allerdings schon komplett neue Handtücher vom Morgen Zimmerservice .
Weil wir es nicht glauben konnten konfrontierten wir das Personal an der Rezeption und diese verneinte einen Service in der Nacht und war sichtlich überrascht. Daraufhin wurde der abends befindliche Housekeeper kontaktiert,dieser reagierte ertappt und suchte Ausreden.
Als wir ihn weiter konfrontierten, dass es kein Sinn macht, weil der Rest komplett so geblieben ist und er nur zwei neue Handtücher dagelassen und Bett gemacht allerdings nichts sauber gemacht worden ist (Boden,Bad etc war deutlich sandig noch) ist dieser einfach sichtlich geschockt verschwunden.
Am nächsten Tag wollten wir den Hotelmanager reden (es kam allerdings nur jemand von der Rezeption der uns paar Tage vorher eincheckte- er hat sich auch nicht als Manager vorgestellt)
,jedoch hat ihm das garnicht interessiert. Er äußerte nur das es normal sei,dass der cleanservice 2 mal am Tag vorbeikommt.
Jedoch waren wir länger hier und es war gestern komischerweise das einzige mal. Und weiterhin habe ich es noch nie erlebt, dass an einem Tag zweimal der Service kommt, wenn man ihn nocht bestellt.Darauf angesprochen hörte uns der angebliche Hotelmanager nichtmal zu.
Ich habe so einiges erlebt aber das die damalige Bewertung der Wahrheit entsprechend ist,hätte ich nicht gedacht.
Das Hotel bat überhaupt keine Hilfe an und Polizei gibt es auf der Insel nicht. 
Und nochmal der von der Rezeption den wir als erstes konfrontierten Versicherte uns das es nicht normal das jemand zweimal kommt ausser man verlangt danach. Wir wurden also von dem fragwürdigen Hotelmanager belogen.

Bien En zona tranquila
Hotel bien situado en el lado mas tranquilo de la isla. Buenas instalaciones. habitación amplia con mini bar, caja fuerte y baño exterior con su jardín precioso. Todo muy limpio y servicio impecable salvo que en nuestra habitación la cual era la primera pegada a recepción no llegaba el WiFi lo cual era irritante ya que por la noche era cuando intentábamos buscar restaurantes y sitios que ver y no podíamos. Eso si, en zona de piscina e incluso en la playa, si llegaba el WiFi!! Hotel a 30 minutos andando hasta zona puerto. Piscina grande y servicio bueno de camareros. Única pega grande es que dejaban utilizar la piscina a los no clientes del hotel que consumieran en su chiringuito de playa y por consiguiente, aparecían grupos que sin ducharse previamente lanzándose al agua con sus vasos y botellas de cristal ya que la mayoría venían un poco perjudicados hablando alto y siendo algo maleducados sin que nadie del hotel les digiera ni mu provocando el malestar entre los clientes.

Hotel perfecto para ver como cae el sol
Este hotel para mi es el mejor de todos los que he estado sin duda en este viaje, hemos ido haciendo ruta desde ubud, pasando por seminyak, nusa penida, canggu, kuta i sin duda alguna me quedo con este hotel, es como un mini apartamento solo le fltaba la cocina, era enorme, habia la cama principal muy comoda por cierto y luego otra al lado grandecita tambien, un baño enorme con ducha y bañera, y ya cuando ves la terraza te quedarias todo el dia haciendo el vago alli adentro si no fuese porque gili en general es bonito y hay actividades por hacer. La terracitamuy cuidada con una mesa amplia, dos tumbonas y muy important parasol! Si tuviese que poner algo pero diria lo de los demas hoteles, desayuno de bufet libre muy poco a escoger y repetitivo cada dia, y por otro lado que si alquilas alli las bicis tienes k llevartelas a la habitacion cosa que no nos avisaron y las djamos aparcadas donde estan todas fuera en el aparcamiento y al dia siguiente estaban con candao pk supuestamente no eran de nadie..y que el primer dia nos quitaron las toallas de baño de la habitacion y n volvieron a reponerlas pero enseguida que lo dijimos nos trajeron nuevas. por lo demas trato inmejorable, muy amables y serviciales, todo muy limpio y no quisiera olvidarme de decir que el coctail de bienvenida que te dan estaba muy rico.

En toda visita que se haga a Gili Trawangan se deben realizar dos actividades de forma obligatoria. La primera de ellas consiste en dar la vuelta completa a la isla, ya sea en bici o caminando, y la segunda es relajarse en alguno de los lugares con ambiente y preparados para que los visitantes disfruten de una magnífica puesta de sol. Para este segundo ritual, nosotros elegimos el Hotel Ombak Sunset, situado en la costa oeste de Gili Trawangan. Terminamos el día tomando una cerveza en sus instalaciones, en plena playa y enfrente del volcán de Bali como escenario de fondo. El “sunset” es espectacular y la experiencia muy recomendable. El trato del personal fue correcto, sin que haya nada destacable que lo diferencie de otros bares situados en la zona. Mi recomendación no es valorando el bar (Que no está mal) sino la zona en la que se encuentra. Quiero decir que si éste está lleno, cualquier otro te ofrecerá el mismo servicio. Lo importante es disfrutar al máximo de la puesta de sol.

Lo mejor de Gili pero necesita mejorar
El mejor hotel de Gili, primera linea de playa, pero necesita mejorar.
Desayuno decente pero sin florituras.
La comida del restaurante algo cara para la calidad que ofrecen.
Buena piscina y habitacion tipo bungalow grandes.
