    The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?

A Great Stay @ Krabi Islands
The staff , the property , the view of the blue waters and the village below , the limestone rocky mountains with vegetation and the beach @ an altitude of 2000 feet altitude is a great feeling - the balcony with a bathing tub completes the royal stay - the food was excellent and the stay pure bliss - words can’t express - please book , stay and enjoy ….

Very good option near also nang beach krabi
We had an excellent stay here. Situated right on the road but without any disturbances of the same. A lot of eateries including Macdonald's and Starbucks next to the place. Walking distance to the beach. Overall a very good option

Great place to stay while in Ao Nang
We had a great time here. The Avani is centrally located and the staff is super friendly. We had to take 3 elevators to get to our room, which wasn't my favorite, but I guess that's what you get when you stay at a cliffside hotel. Beautiful views, outstanding breakfast, I'd come back.

Tolle Aussicht, verschachtelte Architektur
Highlight ist sicher der Rooftop mit Pool und Bar wo man wunderbare Weitsicht über Ao Nang und das Meer mit den Nachbarsinseln hat. Dort wird auch das ebenfalls lobenswerte Frühstück eingenommen. Abzüge gibts, da man je nach Trakt, wo sich die teilweise in die Jahre gekommenen Zimmer befinden, in einem Labyrinth von Treppen und Liften umher navigieren muss um einerseits zur Poolbar oder aber dem Ausgang zu gelangen. Ebenfalls einen Abzug für die völlig überteuerten Preise an den Hoteleigenen Bars. Das Meer ist in 5-7 Minuten fussläufig erreichbar der Touristenstrasse entlang. Personal sehr freundliche wie in TH kaum anders anzutreffen.

Parfait
Nous venons de passer 15jours dans cet hôtel et nous sommes ravis du séjour. L’hôtel est propre, fonctionnel et bien situé. Les 2 piscines sont très appréciables mais le gros plus c’est la gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel que ce soit au niveau de l’accueil , de la restauration, du spa ou de l’entretien.
Une mention spécial pour Aek, pour son aide et ses conseils, sa disponibilité et son sourire.

Für den Touristen im Trubel sehr gut, für Ruhe eher weniger
Aufgrund der Bewertungen war ich gegeilter Meinung zu diesem Hotel aber unvoreingenommen. Wir sind für 4 Tage auf der Durchreise hier und muss sagen danach reichte es auch. Die Anlage ist wirklich groß und schön. Die Zimmer waren gut aber in die Jahre gekommen. Wer Partyurlaub mag kann die Zimmer zur Straße nutzen ansonsten würde ich direkt das Zimemr tauschen lassen( wie in unserem Fall problemlos). Der Service ist auch sehr nett und kümemrt sich sofort. Das Frühstück war ok aber für mich kein schönes Ambiente zu essen. Der Frühstücksraum ist viel zu klein für viel zu viele Gäste, bei spätem erscheinen muss man bis zu 20 min. warten, dass man Frühstücken kann. Manche Gäste haben sich auf die Liegen am oberen Pool gesetzt, sehr ungemütlich. Genau das gleiche was die Liegen angeht, viel zu wenig Liegen für zu viele Gäste, dies ist definitiv verbesserungswürdig !!Auch kaum Sonnenschirme vorhanden bei 34 grad in der Sonne. Weswegen wir nicht wieder kommen würden ist die Nachtruhe. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und ab 8 Uhr Morgens ist auch im Haupthaus jeglicher Lärm im Flur. Die Klimanlage ist extrem laut und kaum zu verstellen, sodass man kaum schlafen kann. Wenn man ohne Klimanlage schlafen möchte und das Fenster öffnet ist auch da kaum Schlaf möglich. An der Rezeption läuft die ganze Nacht leise Musik. Man muss definitiv abwegen wieso man nach Krabi reist. Wenn es nur zur Erholung dient, würde ich eher außerhalb ein Hotel buchen. Möchte man Aktion und ist gerne im Trubel ist das Hotel genau richtig.

Also, we are very sorry that on some occasions during your stay you experienced a service that was below our standards especially with the breakfast experience, the poolside experience and the disturbing noise in the room. You may rest assured that we continuously introduce corrective and preventative measures through our on-going Guest Experience Improvement programmes based on our guests’ feedback.

Super hôtel ( mais bien regarder où est la chambre )
Super hôtel bien situé avec un service super sympathique et compétent.
Piscine incroyable avec vue sur la mer.
Magnifique déjeuner.

Seul reproche, il n y avait plus de chambre avec vue donc les chambres sans vue donnent sur la rue, donc difficile de dormir avant 3 h du mat avec le bruit des gens qui font la fête ( mal isolé)

eine tolle Hotelanlage, sehr grün und ruhig gelegen. Das Zimmer mit einem großen Balkon war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Anlage befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt zum Strand. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Vor allem sind wir den lieben Damen an der Rezeption Hydee ❤️und Korn Veera ❤️ sowie dem Manager Teaw für ihre Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundlichkeit sehr dankbar❣️Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen und die Menschen ins Herz geschlossen. Das Hotel können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Ein langes Wochenende 😊
Nach 30 Jahren Thailand habe ich es das erste Mal nach Krabi geschafft. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, allerdings hat mich das extrem touristische immer abgeschreckt. Nach Koh Phi Phi wollte und will ich nicht "mehr" wieder kommen. Den Anblick vor 30 Jahren wollte ich gerne im Gedächtnis behalten.
Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn. Wir haben und das Avani in der Nebensaison ausgesucht und dank Status ein superior seaview room bekommen. Die Aussicht ist einfach nur der Kracher. Service und Frühstück wie man das von einem (4⭐) Avani erwarten kann. Die beiden Pools ( einer ist ein Infinity) und das Gym sind schon eher 5⭐. Ein bißchen viel Gäste aus Indien, aber was solls.
Wir sind mit dem Auto unterwegs gewesen und haben keine organisierten Ausflüge gebucht.

Voyage entre cousine
Nous avons séjourné à 2 pendant 1 semaine dans cet hôtel. Le séjour a été très agréable du début à la fin. Il y a de service disponible (2piscines, spa, restaurant,bar)

L’hôtel est très bien placé et les guides sont venus directement nous chercher à l’accueil de l’hôtel.
Le personnel est très agréable et chaleureux toujours disponible si besoin.

Schönes Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage
Das Hotel liegt in der Haupstraße nur wenige hundert Meter vom Ao Nang-Strand entfernt. In der unmittelbaren Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Geschäfte und Restaurants. Die drei Hotelgebäude sind in den Hang gebaut. Es gibt einen Pool im offenen Lobbybereich und einen weiteren im hintersten, höchstgelegenen sogenannten "Panoramagebäude", mit Blick auf das Meer. Es gibt mehrere Bars mit Speiseangebot, unter anderem auf dem Dach des Panoramagebäudes mit fantastischer Aussicht.
Ich hatte keine besondere Zimmerausrichtung gebucht. Das zugewiesene Zimmer lag im untersten Gebäude nahe der Hotelloby mit Ausrichtung zum Hang. Ich war damit sehr zufrieden, weil das Zimmer (abgesehen von gelegentlichem leichtem Baulärm tagsüber) sehr ruhig war. Bei Ausrichtung zur Straße oder zum Meer wäre es wohl lauter gewesen.
Mein Zimmer war geräumig mit großem Balkon und gehobenem Komfort. Der Internetzugang war schnell um die 40 Mbit/s aber gelegentlich instabil mit Verzögerungen. Einen häufigen "Fehler" gab es auch hier: wenn die Zimmerkarte nicht am Eingang deponiert war, wurden auch die Steckdosen am Schreibtisch nicht versorgt. Es war nicht möglich, bei kürzerer Abwesenheit elektronische Geräte temporär weiterlaufen zu lassen oder sie zu laden.
Das Personal war in allen Einrichtungen freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit bei Fragen.
Die Speisenauswahl beim Frühstück war gut.Ich habe einmal am Poolrestaurant in der Etage 6 zu Abend gegessen. Es war ohne Beanstandung, aber außerhalb hat es mir besser geschmeckt.
Insgesamt habe ich mich in diesem Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt.

El hotel es un caos
Lo bueno: la habitación amplia y luminosa, con bañera en el balcón. La atención del personal de la piscina muy amable. La infinty pool con buenas vistas. El desayuno correcto sin más.
Lo malo: faltan normas de comportamiento en todo el hotel y sobre todo en la piscina. La gente se mete con vasos de cristal dentro del agua....( deberían ser de plástico, por ejemplo). Permiten transistores de música con el ruido horroroso que ello conlleva. El personal del hotel hace la vista gorda. Si quieres tranquilidad no vengas. No repetiremos.

Poco personal y el agua del baño salía color café
La ubicación del Hotel es muy buena, la playa está a solo 5 minutos caminando y tienes muchos comercios y restaurantes cerca.

La alberca que se encuentra en el techo tiene una vista magnífica, excelente para mirar el atardecer.

Cuando llegue al hotel me dieron una habitación la cual no tenía luz eléctrica y estuvieron alrededor de una hora intentando solucionarlo para que al final me cambiaron de cuarto, alejándome de la habitación de los amigos con los que venia.

En la zona de la alberca no había personal por lo que pedir toallas, ordenar algo de comer o tomar era muy molesto porque tuve que bajar al lobby para pedir que mandaran alguien a brindar el servicio, y tiempo después volvía a desaparecer el servicio en la alberca, tuve la mala suerte que no tenían cervezas ni sombrillas.

El cuarto se veía bien y espacioso, sin embargo al querer usar la tina que se encontraba en el balcón el agua salía sucia.

El personal fue amable sin embargo la amabilidad no solucionó ninguno de los problemas que tuve durante mi estancia en el hotel.

La ubicacion del hotel es muy buena, el personal del hotel es muy amable, las vistas desde la piscina son expectaculares el unico detalle a mejorar es el desayuno no esta alineado con la calidad del hotel pero siempre tienes unas tostadas y fruta

Gran personal
Muy buen resort, reformado prácticamente en su totalidad, con todos los servicios en menos de 20 metros y la playa a unos 5 minutos andando (no es muy buena, pero puedes coger ahí mismo el barco a railay).

Ha sido genial el trato recibido por el personal del hotel (cociner@s, recepción, camarer@s, staff..), todos amables y atentos.
Gracias especialmente a “Wat”, uno de los camareros que nos ha atendido en los desayunos y en la piscina y a “BB” una de las chicas de la recepción, fantásticos!

Algo a mejorar es la señal de wifi en las habitaciones y en ciertas partes del hotel.

Experiencia recomendable.

Buon buffet al ristorante
Siamo stati solo a mangiare nel ritorante al piano terra ed era davvero buono.
Un all you can eat con molta varietà a buon prezzo.
Purtroppo non abbiamo alloggiato, ma il posto era molto elegante e se tornassimo ad Ao Nang, cercheremo di tornarci sicuramente.

Buen Hotel, atencion de primera!
Me hospede 5 noches, y valio la pena, tiene una piscina infinita , la vista es increible!!!! el desayuno buffet es normal. La limpieza ,la ubicaciony las habitaciones de primera. Tuvimos la suerte de estar un primer viernes del mes, donde hay tragos y piqueos gratuitos al costado de la piscina. El gerente del hotel super amable, tuvo la gentileza de llevarnos en su carro a comprar nuestro billetes.

Mi sono trovato a pernottare in questo hotel con la mia ragazza perché mesi primi lo prenotammo per via delle foto e per le 5 stelle . L’hotel si è rilevato di una sporcizia inaudita, non ci cambiavano la stanza, i letti, le asciugamani. Non lavavano il pavimento , hanno cercato di farmi pagare due volte. Un giorno ho chiesto due caffè( compresi nel pacchetto da me acquistato insieme alla cena, le bustine solubili non erano nella stanza perché appunto non la rifacevano ) e mi hanno preso in giro per un’ora dicendo che le stavano portando e chiudendomi il telefono in faccia. Ci hanno preso in giro ogni giorno , scostumati è dire poco. Acquistata la cena per tutte le notti è stato un grande vantaggio! Pensate che non avevano la cucina e se volevi , dovevi mangiare alle 7. Non ANDATE È UNO SCHIFO

Super cliffbeach
A cinque minuti a piedi dal lungomare di aonang, il cliffbeach si rivela un ottima soluzione con buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Camera ampia e pulizia garantita tutti i giorni. Molto bella la infity pool. Colazione varia per essere in Asia, personale molto gentile. Forse da migliorare il segnale wifi nelle camere lato strada. La sera fanno un buffet a 499 bath. Se tornerò qui la mia base sarà sicuramente il cliffbeach resort.

Meraviglioso!
Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel dal 12 al 19 novembre, e ci siamo trovati davvero bene! La posizione è ottima, lontana dal traffico di Krabi ma vicinissima al porto da dove partono praticamente tutte le escursioni per le isole vicine. Colazione all’americana con pietanze fresche tutti i giorni, camere sempre pulite, personale più che cordiale e piscina sul tetto con vista mare...una meraviglia davvero! Consigliatissimo!

Ottimo hotel
Abbiamo prenotato 6 notti in questo splendido hotel a Aonang, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia.
L'inizio è stato "in salita" visto che la stanza doveva essere pronta alle 14, ma nonostante fossimo arrivati anche prima ci hanno fatto aspettare quasi fino alle 15, con parecchie persone arrivate dopo di noi che hanno avuto la camera prima..
dopo questo inconveniente però si sono riscattati alla grande: camera pulitissima e personale molto cortese!!
Consiglio vivamente le camere Ocean view che sono dal quarto al sesto piano e hanno la vista sul mare e una magnifica vasca in terrazza.
Sconsiglio invece l'aperitivo con tapas: costoso e non ti portano praticamente nulla da mangiare.
Ottimo anche il ristorante a buffet all you can eat che ha grande varietà di cibo e tutto di ottima qualità.

Nel complesso quindi hotel consigliatissimo.
