  • What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?
    The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?

Breakfast not muslim friendly
Breakfast halal food status is questionable and limited . Label as halal but mixed with pork dishes and did not use separate kitchen utensil for halal food. I can see that as the kitchen is open. Especially when preparing omelette

Das Hotel ist einfach top! Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Personal äußerst freundlich. Die Aussicht von der Poolbar bzw. Pool einfach atemberaubend. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Würden wieder kommen
Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind super und sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist sehr gut.
Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut. Der Pool und die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen

Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen
Der erste Eindruck von aussen war schon super. Wir wurden sehr nett von Mrs. Arm empfangen und haben sofort unser Zimmer bekommen.

Modernes Hotel mit gutem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis
Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet und bietet von der Skybar einen tollen Ausblick auf die Stadt und den Fluss.
Shuttleservice zum Sathornpier ist sehr angenehm für die weitere Stadterkundung.

Espectacular
Me ha parecido el hotel perfecto. Una habitación limpia y cómoda, con unas vistas increíbles del rio. El trato siempre muy agradable. la piscina del techo, un lujo para un turista que regresa al hotel cansado y acalorado. Transfer gratuito por el rio, al centro, cada media hora. Y el mejor buffet desayuno que recuerdo en un hotel.
El dia que tenga la suerte de volver a Bangkok, espero poder repetir ese desayuno.

Super expérience avec une vue à couper le souffle
Nous avons séjourné dans cette hôtel au 24eme étage sur 26, avec une vue incroyable que ce soit au réveil ou la nuit !
Il y a un bon rapport qualité prix pour un hôtel haut de gamme (avec une chambre standard) . La qualité de la literie est la , même dans les chambres simples .
L’accueil , les réceptionnistes et même le service bagagerie (mention spéciale à un concierge qui nous a aidé avec la compréhension avec notre chauffeur Bolt ). L’hôtel est situé à côté de plusieurs restaurants (en plus de ceux de l’hôtel) , de magasins (7eleven…)
Un petit déjeuner avec énormément de choix (surtout salé) et un service très rapide.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Seul bémol : le service du restaurant en haut qui a été un peu froid car nous n’y avons pas réservé …

Bellissima serata all’ultimo piano di questa struttura, tra ottima musica del dj set e superlativi cocktails del barman a bordo piscina con panorama mozzafiato su Bangkok by nigh. Consigliatissimo per l’atmosfera ma non economico. Un’esperienza da vivere.

Fin de vacances à Bangkok
Excellent accueil par Pare ,hôtel de grande qualité bien placé grâce au bateau qui vous mène à la station métro taksi.Piscine sur le toit c’est top ..Pour nos derniers jours de vacances c ‘est une adresse à découvrir . Pas très loin des temples et du centre pour faire les derniers achats. Très différent des hôtel de sumkuwit je recommande vivement pour un week-end ou une semaine ou plus .les 5 étoiles sont méritées.

L’accoglienza, la gentilezza e l’eleganza di questo hotel lasciano senza parole sin dall’inizio. Coccolati sin dal check in.. per non parlare della bellezza della stanza: non solo super pulita ma anche decorata in occasione del nostro viaggio di nozze. Un grazie speciale a Gift la ragazza che ci ha accolto al check in e ci ha spiegato ogni cosa inerente l’hotel nel singolo dettaglio. Grazie mille davvero!! Ottima scelta nella zona di Riverside
Ottimo hotel nella zona di Riverside. Molto comodo lo shuttle che porta a sathorn da dove partono i trasporti pubblici. Camera moderna e soprattutto molto silenziosa. Molto bella anche la vista dalla piscina sul tetto. Molto apprezzato il check in anticipato offerto da Alice dopo un lungo volo.

El mejor hotel de Bangkok. Muy agradecido a todo el personal y en especial a Candice.
Esta ha sido mi primera experiencia en Bangkok y también en Tailandia. Y menudo hotelazo!

Decidí alojarme en este hotel porque buscaba algo tranquilo y relajante, evitando así el área de negocios de Bangkok. Leí varios comentarios y opiniones de Avani Riverside Hotel y todas eran muy buenas, por lo que quise probar a reservar una noche!

Me veo obligado a realizar una mención especial a Candice, una de las recepcionistas. Nada más llegar, ella nos recibió con una sonrisa, de manera muy amable y dándonos conversación en un inglés nivel avanzado. Nos ofreció un helado que estaba riquísimo. También tuvimos suerte porque al ser nuestra primera vez allí no sabiamos que hacer en Bangkok, y Candice nos recomendó varios lugares ya que ella tenía experiencia profesional en el Luxury Private Tour (Tour Privado de lujo). Me impresionó y charlamos un buen rato.

Por otro lado, la habitación era más pequeña de lo que yo esperaba, pero las vistas eran increíbles. También me gustó mucho el bar que está al lado de recepción.

Muchas gracias a todo el personal del hotel y en especial a Candice. Después de pasar la noche aquí, hice una reserva para otro hotel de la cadena Avani en la Isla Samui y sin duda volveré a alojarme en Avani Riverside en Bangkok para mi último día antes de regresar a España.

Hotel espectacular
Ms Malinee es muy atentata y simpatica.
