  • Are the prices always the same even if the date changes?

  • Is breakfast always included?
    No, it depends on the rate and whether the structure is organized to offer it or not. Check carefully before booking what is included and what is not and what type of service is offered.
  • Can I make special requests?
    Of course, when booking you will have a field where you can write directly to the property and make your requests. These will be evaluated by the Hotel who will respond directly to you. MeTour is not responsible in this decision-making process.
  • What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?
    The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
    For this request, contact the property directly which may have a specific policy in this regard or may need further data on the person to whom you want to transfer the booking.
  • How can I get help with my booking?
    Enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can contact us or by writing through our contact form specifying your booking number and the reason for the contact request. We recommend that you also leave a telephone number where you can be reached in case of need.
  • Are there taxes, local charges or extras to be paid directly on site?
    They are normally clearly indicated in the property sheet or added during the booking phase depending on local regulations or the facility's policies. But even if not clearly indicated, payments may be requested directly to the facility for any tourist taxes, local charges or extras not included in the rate. The advice is to read everything carefully before booking or writing to us through our contact form.
  • Are small pets allowed?
    It is often clearly stated in the property sheet and for this reason we invite you to carefully read their policies. Where not indicated, we invite you to contact us through our contact form for more information.

Amazing place for vacations
Ultimate, mind blowing and very good resort to spend your vacations. Pool villas are extra ordinary, staff is so courteous and polite. Only one thing that the resort is a little bit far away from center place of KOh Samui. I wish that the resort would have been situated near Chaweng beach.

Fantastic relaxing stay in a very well managed Resort
We had a fantastic stay of 6 nights with the special pride package. All staff, even the gardeners and craftsmen always greeted friendly, gave their best to give us a great time. The pool villa was awesome, specious, very well equipped and everything worked well. The bed was so enjoyable and the pillows a dream.

The food menu is not too big but everything we tried was so tasty, best quality and nicely presented. The floating Sushi was a highlight.

If you look for nightlife, it's not the right location. But if you look for tranquility and relaxation, it's perfect. Thank all the staff for their heartful service, what proofs the very well managed resort. We can truly recommend to stay here.

Wunderschönes Hotel
Wir haben 3 Nächte hier verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Wir konnten ein vergünstigtes Upgrade auf eine Poolvilla geniessen, das hat sich definitiv gelohnt!! Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt, direkt am Strand. Es ist eher ruhig und es gibt fussläufig nur ein, zwei Restaurants. Das Essen im Hotel ist jedoch sehr gut und preislich in Ordnung. Auch das Frühstück war lecker und bietet für jeden etwas. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das sehr zuvorkommende Personal an der Rezeption (Game) und alle Mitarbeiter im Restaurant sowie den Room-Service und alle anderen sind stets freundlich und bemüht!! Herzlichen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt!!

We had three meals here, which were all excellent. Saturday was surf and turf BBQ, then Monday vegetarian.
Every time we came for a drink or a meal, staff were so welcoming and food and drink excellent.
We didn’t stay here, but I think this would also be good. For the restaurant, they have themed nights but always the option to order a la carte, mixture of Thai and other cuisines.

Paradise found
Beautiful rooms and wonderful service, the only issue is that the location is remote, but if it is total relaxation you are after this is the place. Staff are so helpful although the language barrier can be a little difficult at times. Food at the restaurant is beautiful, and the spa massages are to die for

Good times

Trotz schlechter/nicht präsenter Reiseleitung, schönsten 12 Tage Urlaub
Ein guter Freund hat uns Thailand wärmstens empfohlen und dann gab es dieses Angebot Koh Samui/ Avani+Samui Resort!
Da hab ich natürlich gebucht!
Mein Mann war Anfangs nicht begeistert,fast 13 Std.Flug mit einem Zwischenstopp in Singapure....,meine Vorfreude war bis dahin ungetrübt,dann kam die Landung auf Koh Samui,nach verlassen des Meeting point fühlten wir uns recht verloren,wir hatten das Gefühl vergessen worden zu sein,aber wir wurden "Gott sei dank"doch noch in Empfang genommen!
Im Avani+Samui angekommen war die Begrüßung sehr herzlich und unsere Poolvilla war ein Traum,mein Mann war restlos begeistert und ich sowieso!!!
Alle Mitarbeiter sind/waren super freundlich......der Abschied fiel schwer!!!

Nun komme ich noch zu etwas negativen...

ein Begrüssungstreffen gab es nicht und wir haben ihn in den 12 Tagen auch nie zu sehen bekommen,es lief alles via WhatsApp und bei Fragen wurde er patzig,die gebuchten Ausflüge über ihn fingen stark an ließen aber zum Ende hin auch stark nach!!!!!!!!
Und an unseren letzten Tag bekamen wir wiedermal via WhatsApp die Hiobsbotschaft (FTI Insolvenz)und wieder fühlten wir uns allein gelassen,da ihm der Weg zum Avani+Samui zu weit und beschwerlich ist/war!!!!

Wie gewünscht ruhige Lage
Wie gewünscht ruhige Lage.
Mit einem Roller die Insel zu erkunden hat viel Spaß gemacht, ist aber "nicht Zweirad erfahrenen" weniger zu empfehlen.
Der Strand ist leider nicht wirklich zum baden geeignet, da muss man entweder den Hotelshuttle zum Badestrand nutzen, oder wie wir mit dem Roller andere Strände erkunden.

Purtroppo l'acqua davanti del mare e solo così così
Il problema sn i pasti molto cari in quanto mettono il prezzo aumentanti del 10% per laancia obbligatoria e 7 per le tasse e l'acqua a 5€,,,capisco fosse america ma in Thailandia pagare così tanto non ha senso

Nice and friendly luxury holidays
Wir hatten die beachfront Pool Villa mit 2 Schlafzimmern und das Haus war schön. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, das Personal war toll und es wurde sich um jeden Wunsch gekümmert. Es ist etwas ruhiger gelegen und wenn man das mag ist die Anlage optimal.

Hotel au calme et plein d'activités
Dans un lagon au calme, un hôtel très sympathique et un personnel au petits soin. Bravo Stephan pour votre équipe et son sourire. Seul petit bémol les speedboats qui démarrent leur moteur au petit déjeuner mais il semble que ce soit en cours de résolution

Samui aprile 2022
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura in attesa del tampone negativo.
Ci siamo stati solo un giorno prima di recarci poi nella villa di amici.
Il posto è veramente bello, camera spaziosa e pulita alcune hanno anche piscina privata e acceso diretto alla spiaggia.
Colazione ben fornita, cena in camera buona e staff cordiale.
Un ottimo ricordo!

Une bonne SURPRISE sur Koh Samui avec un potentiel de Ouf !!!
Personne n'est parfait.....et l'Avani+ Koh Samui ne l'est pas ou en tout cas je dirais pas encore !!! Perso, pour en avoir discuté avec le nouveau Manager français de cet établissement, j'y crois et lui aussi (çà tombe bien !!!). Il y a des choses à améliorer mais le potentiel de ce Resort est indéniable......un emplacement magnifique et naturel avec une baie splendide et sauvage où des activités balnéaires et subaquatiques vont venir alimenter ce petit coin reculé de Koh Samui !!! Attention, ce n'est pas la foule et ce n'est pas l'agitation mais c'est le calme et la quiétude d'un endroit encore préservé sur cette île que vous allez trouver !!! Alors çà vous tente....???!!!

Un régal !!
Nous avons adoré notre séjour à l'Avani + tout est parfaitement orchestré . Le personnel est très attentif, nous avons bcp apprécié le barbecue sur la plage. la villa était très agréable, spacieuse , très bien aménagée et lumineuse. La piscine est un régal. Un grand bravo à Cindy pour son sourire, son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité et sa réactivité. Merci à toute l'équipe !

Un havre de paix savoureux pour le corps et l’esprit...
Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner : le meilleur de toute ma vie ! Les quantités, la qualité (tout en respectant le côté « healthy ») avec une variété de choix qui change quotidiennement : tout est pensé et tout est compris dans le tarif de la nuitée. Juste exceptionnellement savoureux dans tous les sens du terme !
On oublie pas non plus :
- le cadre magique de cette petite plage de sable blanc et de ses eaux transparentes,
- la piscine à débordement qui nous permet d’apprécier ce fabuleux paysage,
- une chambre spacieuse où tout est pensé jusqu’au moindre détail,
- les séances de yoga avec vue sur la mer,
- des cocktails savoureux (vive le happy hour!)...
Bref, on a adoré, on serait bien resté et on serait prêt à revenir !

Cuidado!! Una estafa!!!
Me gustaría hacer pública la estafa sufrida por este hotel. La habitación (Villa) por dos días la había pagado meses antes con una tarjeta de crédito que tenía en Booking.com y al llegar al hotel les entregué otra con la que viajaba. Me dijeron que al no ser con la misma tarjeta que había hecho el pago, tenían que volver a cobrarme con la tarjeta con la que viajaba y que en el plazo de un mes me devolvían el dinero del otro pago. Sólo me has contestado a un mail. Ni me contestan ni me han devuelto el dinero. Una auténtica estafa!.

For any reservation made on Booking.com, the credit card used to make the payment needs to be presented on arrival, this is also mentioned in booking.com terms and conditions. As for the refund process, it takes 48hrs to process with our bank but it usually takes up to 14 days for you to see the amount being credited to your account due to international bank transfer.

En obras :-( hasta Diciembre
Estuvimos a principios de julio en nuestra luna de miel y por desgracia nos avisaron 5 días antes que estaba el hotel en obras cuando la reserva de una villa la habíamos realizado con dos meses de antelación y hubo más que tiempo para avisarnos . Por parte de la directora, Cindy, nos intentó dar todas las facilidades posibles (transfer, masajes...) pero nos dolió que sabiendo que era nuestra luna de miel no nos fueran francos. Teníamos obras desde las 7 de la mañana hasta media noche..... así como ser un hotel fantasma con no más de 8 huéspedes en el hotel y sin tener que cenar a partir de las 9.30 de la noche. La playa no está operativa ya que están los obreros por todas partes. La piscina de la Villa nunca se limpió... Hablamos con la directora y nos fuimos del hotel perdiendo 2 de 4 noches....Tuvo la amabilidad de devolvernos 1 noche y ponernos un transfer al nuevo hotel que tuvimos que contratar. Te agrademos Cindy que hicierais todo lo posible pero tener en cuenta que hubiera sido preferible que nos hubierais avisado con antelación y darnos opción de devolvernos el dinero antes de ir y estropearnos la luna de miel. Para desconectarte del mundo
Excelente hotel, con una calidez de su gente que logras sentirte muy cómodo, vale nombrar a Jada y Tang con quiénes tuvimos más contacto pero vale para todo el personal. Cindy su manager está a tu servicio, te ayuda a resolver cualquier inquietud, hasta nos ayudó a sacar los vuelos !!! Sus recomendaciones cómo ir a ver la puesta del sol al Conrad fueron excelentes. Las habitaciones impecables al igual que todo el hotel con un exquisito gusto de decoración. El desayuno es a la carta, muy bueno!! Todo fresco. En el restaurante comimos muy bien, con precios lógicos 250 a 300 bats por plato. Está alejado del centro, al igual que su playa no es linda, pero si es precioso su entorno, para salir a caminar y recorrer la zona costera. Es un lugar para desconectarte del mundo. Gracias a Cindy y su equipo.

Piccolo resort, ottima gestione.
Questo albergo è molto carino ed efficente. Le camere sono ben curate e dotate di ogni comfort. Il personale è gentile e disponibile in qualsiasi momento. La colazione preparata al momento è varia ed abbondante preparata con ingredienti freschi. La posizione isolata richiede l'uso di taxi o motorini per godere delle bellezze dell' isola. Punti dolenti sono la spiaggia ed il mare. Molto buona la piscina.
