Bueno, Bonito y barato.
Frente al hotel hay un árbol enorme, hogar de muchísimas aves😍 desayunar con esa orquesta sinfónica no tiene precio.
Tiene lo que necesitas, Cartagena al ser una ciudad con infinidad de playas llegas al hotel solamente para dormir, en mi opinión le faltaría a los baños agua caliente, el desayuno es variado y está incluido, no tienen almuerzos pero todo está cerca, (supermercados y bares).
La playa de bocagrande no es de las más bellas pero está cerca.

Completa decepción de hotel, excepto por el personal que ha sido encantador, especialmente Dayana (no estoy segura si se escribe así). Las fotos no son para nada lo que es en la realidad, las condiciones de las habitaciones que nos dieron son pésimas, el baño tenia moho, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas en comparación con las fotos que vimos, el baño con agujeros en el suelo del que salieron bichos. Y el desayuno nada que ver con las fotos. En fin, bastante decepcionante. Algo bueno, como ya he mencionado, el personal, encantador y amable y el agua de la ducha tiene buena presión y sale calentita, que sé que en muchas partes no sale.

ES UN MOTEL, NO UN HOTEL
No se dejen engañar por las fotos. Es un lugar terrible para quedarse, las habitaciones son como de una prisión, la cama es de concreto, no tiene ventilación, ni iluminación natural, el olor es terrible y se escucha todo el ruido de afuera de la habitación. Las sábanas y las cobijas estaban sucias y manchadas. La puerta de entrada a la habitación y la del baño estaban dañadas por lo que no cierran, además no hay caja de seguridad por lo que es inseguro y riesgoso dejar tus pertenencias en la habitación. Pides ayuda al personal de servicio y no te ayudan, no te asigna nuevas habitaciones y no les importa tu inconformidad.
Este lugar es muy costoso para la pésima calidad de servicio que ofrece. Continúa oreciendo servicios de motel (Arrendamiento de habitaciones por horas para tener sexo).
Lo mejor de mi experiencia en el Hotel Azuan Suites fue al momento de abandonar las instalaciones

EL PEOR HOSPEDAJE
No recomiendo para nada este hotel. La habitación no se parece a la mostrada en las fotos, son de 4m2. Sin ventanas, sin escritorio. Con olores desagradables, mucha suciedad. No nos devolvieron la plata del lugar, ¡ES UNA ESTAFA!

This is the place to get sick and ruin your holidays! from tip to top is the worst place I've ever stayed in Colombia! there is too much noise in the hall area is impossible to sleep, the bed is decent at least, but the room is a nightmare so tiny if you open the luggage there is no way to pass, and the door handles are broken in the bathroom and the main door, you have only one tiny towel for the whole staying, there is no shampoo in the dispenser and I needed to ask for body wash, there were cockroach in our room, the breakfast is nothing alike the pictures, is filthy tasteless, waitress are so distracted and irresponsible, I asked precisely in Spanish how was made the fresh juice, tap water of bottle water as tap water is NOT POTABLE NOR DRINKABLE the girl said: is made with bootle water, we drank that and few ours later our holiday was ruined as we had food poisoning, in a place like that faraway from home is the most dangerous thing you might encounter, there are many tourists that have been dead due to this reasons, we head to the pharmacy and buy all necessary to get at list better without success, I had a confirmation from the lady in the reception that juices are made with tap water and she apologyze for the inconvenient, the hotel should not prepare drinks with tap water this migth be suitable for locals as their stomatch would be resistant to bacteria and parasites TURIST NOT i got the reservation through agency the lady was nice and deeply upset with this hotel, but I don't recommed this place. would find an air b&b for the same price at least cleaner and nicer. this place is disgusting!

Fair hotel with good location if you are looking into Bova grande district. Overall it is 3.5/5
Conveniently located around 5-7 minutes from the historic center. That is without taking into consideration traffick which can add up to 15- 20 minutes.

Staff in general are friendly and approachable. Willing to help 24/7

Rooms are very small like a matchbox. Cleaning was not to international standards. Found long black hair in my bed from someone else. One of the TV remotes did not work. But that is why I don't give 5 stars to this place.

Breakfast is included. Nothing extraordinary though. But you shouldn't be picking a hotel based on breakfast with a zillion options out there. Especially on the streets .

Price is good but cleaning should never be compromised even with a good room price.

It is also very true that you can hear everything from the rooms, like people talking on the hallway.

Good option if you will be outside. This hotel has a good location since is very close to the beach. The rooms are very narrow but still comfortable. The service customer is very good, especially Rolando who gave us very good advices!

The only 'bad thing' it was that it may be noisy in the morning, you can hear everything is going on outside.

The staff speak mainly in Spanish and are very helpful, the rooms are pretty small. No hand soap or conditioner, water never gets warm and sound goes right through the doors to the hallway which is unpleasant with crying kids or people talking. But the location is great, AC is cold, and the WiFi works so we were happy overall.

Bring your own toiletries, ask for a room away from the common area and neighboring restaurant. Always coffee and water available! Breakfast is included too 👍

This is so charming and comfortable!! Is very clean and the people is very nice! The rooms are so small but this is not a problem because is located very good and you can easily go anywhere! You have coffee free all day and this is my favorite part of being here🤗

El hotel vende paquetes completamente diferentes a la realtà ...
Las habitaciones son tan pequeñas que no te puedes mover, apenas llegas se siente un fuerte de humedad, en el baño no hay agua caliente..... el desayuno incluido es siempre el mismo!!!
Le di puntuación 1 porque menos no se podía .

L'hotel vende dei prodotti che in realtà non ha nel pacchetto ti offre l'asciuga capelli e ti esce anche scritto nella prenotazione poi quando vai a chiederla ti dicono che loro non hanno quel servizio.... in bagno non c'è l'acqua calda, la colazione si ripete sempre uguale.
Le stanze sono talmente piccole che a stento ti muovi ed internamente c'è un forte odore di umidità.
Ho dato voto 1 perché meno non si poteva.

Hotel ne loin de la mer et des commerces. Accueil et services proposés très bien, chambre climatisée, propres avec petit déjeuner style américain, pain mie, confiture, céréales, fruits, café, oeuf (sur plat, omelette).
Personnel sympathique et a vôtre disposition.

personnel très avenant chambre spacieuse avec salle de bain correct propreté ok petit déjeuner avec pain confiture beurre et fruits et oeufs du café est disponible toute la journée hôtel a 2 pas de la mer et des commerces bon rapport qualité prix

pas de fenêtre dans les chambres j'avais demandé une décoration spéciale pour notre lune de miel mais le manager a voulu la facturer très chère.... dommage !

Sono stata qua con un'amica per due giorni e devo dire che ci siamo trovate bene, il personale è molto gentile, le stanze pulite, i letti comodi e la colazione abbondante. Molto vicino alla spiaggia e ai ristoranti di bocagrande, praticamente attaccato a una farmacia, molto utile in caso di necessità e in 10 minuti a piedi si è nel centro storico.

Avevo riservato due settimane prima e lo stesso giorno mi chiamarono per d dirmi che c'era stato un problema con le camere doppie e che dovevano trasferirmi ad un altro albergo... Mi hanno trasferito a un albergo e non mi é piaciuto ho dovuto lasciarlo...
