When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. No merece la pena.
No es lo que promete en sus fotos:
-baño con moho
-bañera en mal estado y sucia
-puerta del baño de cristal que estallaba al abrirla
-suelo sucio
-cama antigua que se hunde al acostarse, no descansamos en toda la estancia
-ventana rota y con cinta aislante
-muebles roídos
Lo más GRAVE: olvidamos una bolsa con una cámara, llamamos al número de urgencia y nos dijeron que nos llamarían. Al día siguiente llamamos al número normal y nos dijeron lo mismo, nos daban largas pero nunca devolvían la llamada para avisarnos de si la habían encontrado. Finalmente volvimos desde suiza y encontramos la cámara en el parking. Nadie nos llamó nunca.
Lo bueno:
-a 20 min de la grande place
-el tamaño del apartamento
Resumen: por el mismo precio consigues un hotel en el que estar a gusto.

My nightmare in brussels I did pay 500 euro for a hole I never did
Please please always do inventory with them when you arrive because I did pay 500 euro for a hole I found in the kitchen wall when I arrived and the answer they are given to me that you should have told us.

Ottimo punto-base per visitare Bruxelles.
Appartamento ampio per 3 persone con privacy tra i due vani. Cucina attrezzata di tutto. Bagno grande. Letti comodi. Molto silenzioso nonostante l'affaccio su una via molto trafficata. Parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento ma a cifre concorrenziali che consiglio (attenzione con le auto grandi). Un quarto d'ora a piedi dalla Grand Place.
Unico problema, il codice di accesso alla struttura, che non permetteva l'ingresso all'hotel al momento dell'arrivo. È successa la stessa cosa a una coppia di inglesi che abbiamo aiutato un paio di giorni dopo il nostro arrivo e ad un altro cliente il giorno successivo. Il tutto però potrebbe essere dovuto ad una insufficiente chiarezza nella sequenza da digitare sul tastierino esterno.

Room and personnel was nice, streetnoise wasn't
Although we got a message that we needed to pay taxes upfront, in the end there was someone available for our check-in.
The hotel and rooms were nice as such, but there was a lot of streetnoise, as the hotel is situated on a busy main street.
If that doesn't bother you, it is a very nice place, although there is no breakfast service during the weekend.

Qualità-prezzo pessima
La struttura è in una posizione comoda, le camere sono ampie e ben arredate.
Ma qui finiscono i punti positivi della struttura.
La pulizia è inesistente abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni non sono mai venuti a pulire la camera e a cambiarci gli asciugamani. Almeno lasciare i prodotti per la pulizia uno a mali estremi si puliva da solo il bagno....
Le camere non sono per niente isolate acusticamente siamo stati ripetutamente svegliati dal bambino della camera accanto che piangeva o da quelli della camera sopra che spostavano sedie e gridavano.
Abbiamo chiamato e non ci hanno mai risposto al numero di telefono.
Di certo non ci tornerò in nessuna vostra struttura.
