Cote roc côté reposant
L’hôtel est super calme reposant, la terrasse pour prendre son petit café au soleil. La chambre côté roc avec cette verdure qui apaise. Le lit très confortable et une chambre équipée kitchenette. J’ai vraiment apprécié de faire mes soins de rentrer me reposer sans entendre de bruit, idéal pour faire sa cure et se reposer. J’ai adorée je reviens en août 23

L'appartement est très confortable et bien agencé. Parfaitement situé et d'un calme paradisiaque. Le personnel est très professionnel, serviable et aimable. J'y retourne au printemps afin de me procurer, une nouvelle fois, ce bonheur...

A éviter si vous avez moins de 75 ans
côté spa est fantastique!
Par contre, l’hôtel et la demi-pension sont à éviter si vous avez moins de 75 ans car l’ambiance est de type EHPAD.
Et la palme d’or revient à la réceptionniste Danièle qui ne supporte pas les clients ! Quoi que vous fassiez vous allez la déranger et vous allez savoir pour la déranger!
Par contre, l’hôtel et la demi-pension sont à éviter si vous avez moins de 75 ans car l’ambiance est de type EHPAD.

Surtout évitez ce centre thermal dans son intégralité
Catastrophique sur tous les points
A part l écrin de verdure et la façade
Ce lieu ne mérite absolument pas ses 3 étoiles ..
Intérieur très vetuste..déco. moquette tachée. Literie épouvantable :planche sur un sommier bas de gamme. 2 lits de 90 pour un couple.. salle de bains mauvais éclairage. Lorsque vous réservez côté roc ont ne vous dit pas que la chambre donne sur une route tees passante donc bruyante..machine à laver en panne pendant 2 semaines. Sèche linge dans un état déplorable. Barrière de parking privé en panne pendant tout le séjour et depuis suelques mois je pense,des personnes extérieures viennent donc stationner et plus aucune place de disponible si vous êtes PMR..aucune bornes de recharge pour véhicule électrique..
Nous avons aperçu tres rapidement pendant notre séjour MrBruno Tola le directeur de ce centre thermal ramassé quelques papiers devant l entrée apparament soucieux et portant un intérêt à la présentation de son établissement, je me demande si il a conscience de l état général de son site..
Je vous passe le détail côté restauration. Fuyez..pension complète:1 et semaine très moyen et ensuite descente au enfers que 2 plats le midi et le soir un seul..si vous demandez autre chose on vous présente une fine tranche de jambon et quelques pâtes digne d un menu enfant et cela pour 19 euros..
Côté cure thermal pas mieux..ambiance digne d un très vieil hôpital..box de soins très sombre..
A la réservation on vous fait rêver avec des belles photos du BO Spa ..sur place aucun kinésithérapeute..
Avions réservé en début d année et demandés les soins le matin vos à vis de la pathologie de mon épouse..nous nous sommes retrouvé avec les soins l après midi..
Les centres de la chaîne thermal du soleil me semble beaucoup mieux tenue..
Seuls points positifs les curistes que nous re.controns sont très sympathique

Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Hélas, il reste des moquettes qui sont imprégnées d'odeurs d'antan : tabac notamment
Le petit déjeuner n'intègre aucun produit local, maison ': salade de fruits , jus d'orange, confitures industrielles. La salle du petit dejeuner n'est pas agréable, très bruyante.
En ce qui concerne le restaurant, pas de produits locaux, sauces industrielles, cuisine mangeable mais aucun goût.
Dommage pour un établissement qui accueille des personnes âgées qui sont venues pour une cure de santé.. !
