- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. Non cooperative Manager
Booked this property for 3 nights , everything going well but one of the Manager ( Mr. Shivam) is non cooperative person in this property. He needs to understand that he is in hospitality sector.
Overall experience is good, Best place for staying, delicious food , huge variety buffet & cooperative Restaurant staff especially Mr. Yogesh.

Great view, spacious rooms, good food, poor service
The location, view, and food at this place are exceptional. However, the overall experience was marred by some significant shortcomings in service. The young and inexperienced staff made several mistakes, such as forgetting to deliver the cake we had ordered and neglecting to send the cart as promised. Additionally, they were not very accommodating; despite our flight being in the evening, the receptionist refused to extend our checkout time beyond 11 am (even though check-in time is at 2 pm). While I understand the rules, he didn't even check his computer for any bookings and seemed more interested in pushing us to pay for an additional half day.
Moreover, they were supposed to pick us up at the train station, but the driver conveniently asked us to walk 200 meters to meet him. When we raised this issue, Front Office Manager Vijay Singh apologized on the driver's behalf, explaining that it was a third-party service, and gave us his card, promising support if we faced any issues during our stay. However, when I called him the next day, he neither picked up nor returned the call. This is a strange and disappointing way to deal with guests.
Despite these issues, Sakshee stood out as a beacon of exceptional service amidst the chaos. She was incredibly helpful in resolving every issue we encountered. If it weren't for her efforts, we would have seriously considered changing hotels.
Overall, while the location and amenities are top-notch, the inexperienced staff and lack of flexibility in some situations detracted significantly from what could have been a perfect stay.

Always happy stay
Like every time, this time too our stay at Bamboo Sa Resort was good. Like always, the staff treated me well. Akshay manager at the reception happily gave us one of their best rooms for our fifth visit so thanks Mr Akshay. As for the food, like always the food was very good. Thank you bamboosaa team

A wonderful stay
On this staycation i went to Bamboo saa resort and spa Udaipur, in my honest review this was one of the most mesmerizing, memorable, enticing and engaging trips I have ever had.With the resort's unforgettable and alluring luxury into the bargain these moments of my stay got me a millon dollar view too! This was a short trip nevertheless I had amusement and pleasure.
